Ended up using AWR again for a water leak clean up in my current house (had used them in the past) and once again amazing service, professional, curteous, and really good communication.

Zack Gragg-McRae and his partner CJ did a fantastic job mitigating the water damage to my home. I was thoroughly impressed with how hard Zack worked, and CJ was helpful and very friendly. If you find yourself needing mitigation services, I cannot recommend AWR enough!

We were rescued by the professional team of Austin, Eric, and Cullen coming out same day within hours to begin water damage remediation in our kitchen after coming home from vacation. Jim was able to not only send the team but also help out with working with insurance. Insurance adjuster was super happy as well to contain further damage. Everything went smoothly and all water damage was cleaned, dried, and anything taken out that needed to be in days. This avoided any mold or further damage which was sure to come if I had not made the call. They were able to build a quick containment "tent" and we could use the rest of the house as normal during this process. Justin

I had water damage in my house and hired Advance Water Restoration. They were there for two weeks - every day. The three people that came in at various times were Collen, Nick, and Austin. Most professional and courteous group of folks. They would always confirm the time for next day, call in the morning with ETA, and then work carefully maintaining the sanctity of the house. They were thorough in their inspection, damaged floor removal, dry wall removal, insulation removal, moving the washer, dryer, removing toilet fixtures. They did their work while causing as little disruption as possible. As it was my first time dealing with such an issue, they were patient to explain and repeat the process and sequence. Always wore masks, and came with shoe covers. it was reassuring to have them be trusted with my house.

I never knew such a company existed but they were our saving grace when we found an open sewer line leaking into our crawl space. They were super quick with response time, incredibly knowledgable and articulate with what needed to be done to remedy the situation and got to work right away. I was impressed with the follow up and level of profession courtesy as well. I am so thankful our plumber recommended we start with Advanced Water Restoration- I would recommend these guys to anyone!!

So in a panic I reached out to AWR; needless to say THANK GOODNESS WE DID! A very professional and knowledgeable man, Austin, came and 👏saved 👏 the 👏 day! He not only told us that the other quote was priced way too high, but they were charging us for products we did not even need. Austin explained everything so wonderfully and made us feel safe in our decision with switching. He and Jessica made it possible to do it through the holidays, while it was terrible snowing weather, and within less than a week! Great attention to detail. Explained everything needed. Arrived on time, began on time, provided useful updates. Made sure everything was tarped to keep the area outside the work site clean. Highly recommend their them for quality and communication.

AWS was highly recommended by our plumber to mitigate water damage from a spray leak in our crawl space that also impacted flooring above. AWS was phenomenal from the very first call. Austin and Eric came out immediately to begin the water clean up + dry out process, and were a pleasure to work with. They were thorough, professional and always punctual. They came every day to check on the progress and make adjustments to ensure the job was done right. They always gave a time range for the next day, were flexible with our schedule and called when they were on their way. Our insurance agent, who received photos from the contractor, also commented that their work looked high-quality, including clean drywall cuts. We were very happy with AWS and especially with Austin and Eric who were wonderful. Thank you!

We have been impressed with the knowledge, and professionalism from Jim and everyone we have worked with at AWR. We have extensive water damage from a burst pipe in our upstairs laundry room, and AWR has navigated us through insurance conversations, and all of the difficulties with the issue we are having. Jim sent the "A Team" to take care of my house after a pipe burst in my kitchen. Austin, Eric, and Tyrell were kind, respectful and performed their work on my home meticulously! I am so incredibly impressed by how professional this team is and how much it seems they truly care about my home, the animals within, and my overall satisfaction. I received a call each day with advanced notice that they'd be arriving, a clear explanation of the work they were performing, and they always cleaned up after themselves better than most any contractor I've seen. It is NEVER easy to go through emergencies like these, but I truly feel Jim and his team are handling me with kid gloves and making sure this uncomfortable situation is as low-stress as possible for me. I have nothing but good things to say about the team at AWR. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, patient (I had a LOT of questions), and professional. I saw Zack, Nick and Eric several times over the dry-out process. They always gave me a courtesy call when they were on their way and made a point of helping me understand everything they were doing while they were in our home. They made the unpleasant experience of a plumbing failure, less stressful by being thorough and easy to work with. Thank you for an amazing job!

I hired AWR to do the rebuild of my bedroom after a leaky roof caused extensive damages. The were extremely responsive, professional and so easy to deal with. They took care of everything my insurance company needed to make payment and did a fantastic job on the rebuild. I highly recommend them.

I had an old dishwasher crack the motor housing and leak all over the kitchen/dining room. Austin and Donald from AWR Restoration & Cleaning were very helpful throughout the process of getting the water damage in our bathroom taken care of. Full disclosure: this is my personal experience with this business and the review is based on my opinion of what happened.

We had the unfortunate experience of a water heater busting and suddenly flooding our garage and then flooding into the house. I hope no one ever has to go through this experience, but I did want to express our gratitude to AWR and especially John! John came to our house within 40 minutes of calling and set up dehumidifiers and fans on a Saturday evening. I think the damage would have been much worse if he had not come out so quickly. They were great in communication, sent messages to let us know when they were on their way and also made sure to reach out to us each time they came to the house to give us updates and assessments of the situation. John did his best effort to minimize excessive removal of planking and walls, and because they came so early our walls were spared.

However, I was not happy and disappointed working with the financial department. They sent an invoice to the insurance for a final price and listed the price as “non negotiable.” After everything was submitted to insurance and insurance approved covering the cost, the finance department added an additional cost and charged a higher cost since they said they forgot to include the tax (which was an additional 500 dollars).

I felt it was unprofessional to send an invoice to me and the insurance that was “final and non negotiable” , have it accepted and covered by the insurance, and then turn around and say “sorry we forgot to include this cost” and then charge additional money to the price that they originally wrote was “non negotiable”. I wish their finance department did a better job the first time around because their mistake and error made going through insurance more burdensome , submitting more paperwork, negotiating with the insurance adjuster, explaining why the insurance needed to send more money because the first invoice was ‘“wrong” and the newer invoice was more expensive, etc. This is why I’m leaving a 2 star review. Had I not had this issue with finances, I would’ve said this was a 5 star experience.
