Luis and his crew did a fantastic job at one of my properties in Seattle. They were always on time and professional. I will be using Servpro of Kent whenever I have a disaster occur! 10/10 customer service!

You really need to becareful who you choose to do your Mitigation. We had no idea at first that this Servpro was going to over charge us. 30k is what they charged us. Over charged us for man hours and item not part of the Mitigation. If you dont pay up in 90 days they will put a lein on your house, as if the situation isnt stressful enough. It is all about the money. After my insurance company went after this Servpro for the over charges they never did pay us back. After serveral attempt to call them and leave a message they never did call back. If this is how you like to be treated then be my guest and use them. They are not the only Mitigation company out there. This Kent servpro has a bunch of hacks working for them. Dont let Carter work on your Mitigation. He destroyed our cabinets to the point we had to get new cabinets. There was no one person on site that was incharge as a Project Manager to go too on site. We had people coming and going without introducing themselves. I had to chase them down and introduce myself in my own house. After 4 months we are in the process of looking for all new cabinets after Carter of Servpro, destroyed the frames of our base cabinets to the point we can't use them. If it wasn't for that we would be moving forward and installing laminate flooring. There is no accountability for them ripping and tearing apart our house. From our interior doors to the baseboards. There moto should be, Like it or Leave it. So be prepared. There is nothing professional about the company.

I worked several weeks with Servpro. Andy, Kiso, and their crew were phenomenal. Andy and Kiso tag teamed leading my project, to keep my anxiety level to a minimum (I do not like strangers in my home). I explained at the beginning of our business relationship my past negative contact rating experiences. Kiso, Andy and the crew were very sensitive to my concerns. Servpro had to schedule around my work schedule and they were accommodating and forgiving. I give the team 5+ stars for making sure I was included in all decisions. Most importantly, the team was very respectful my home. Thank you Servpro for mitigating my water damage. I loved your service but I pray that I will never need to call you again.

Simeti and his team are awesome. They arrived promptly to an emergency over Father's day weekend. They were thorough, explained the process and my options and kept me updated everyday on progress. Highly recommend this team.

I wouldn’t use this company for mold removal in your attic. They were hired by the seller of the house I bought. They spot cleaned the mold and only sealed one area where they saw it. Mold is back now like 2 months later so they didn’t really seal it off. You need to treat mold in the whole attic. They don’t have a warranty or anything and wanted to charge me a service call to come back and look at the attic that they didn’t even do a legit job on. 1/5 for mold removal.

The crew did an awesome job drying my condo out after it flooded. Hopefully I won’t need to use them again, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to call them again!

Meki and Keith were helpful and knowledgeable in getting our home restored after a water leak. They took great care of our space and were curtious and timely. We appreciated their help!

Thank you to Andy and his entire crew for making what was a very stressful situation for my parents a quick and seamless transition from mitigation to repair. Andy was onsite promptly, even on the weekend, as the water issue was an emergency for my parents. He was patient, communicated clearly, and was respectful of their property, taking into consideration their stress. Meki and his team were very professional and considerate of the vulnerable population we serve. Our operations are 24x7 serving homeless veterans. Meki was flexible and kind and prioritized communication with our frontline operations team.

I had a really difficult experience with a contractor, who caused a mess in my home that required ServPro’s services. While the cleaning was amazing, I was most impressed with the people. Melissa came in with compassion for the situation, allowed me to call her cell to ask questions, was always responsive, and overall a friendly and kind person who was eager to help in a difficult time. Rashelle was also incredible in the office, answering every question and unbelievably patient throughout the process. The contractors made it incredibly difficult, and I’m so thankful ServPro was there to support. Their compassion is truly where they shine. I can’t thank them enough for restoring my home.

Our washing machine upstairs leaked and water went down to the kitchen below through the light fixtures. Servpro came out immediately and began drying out the affected areas, which, thankfully, was not too big. The guys were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They walked us through each step of the drying out process and also what to expect when they remove/replace the laundry room floor. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Luis, Brandon, Meki, and Dago were super professional and kind. Answered all my questions patiently and were great with working with my schedule. Luis was very communicative throughout the whole process. Bill was also helpful in answering insurance questions. The team was honest, and did their best to not take out more than what was necessary. Highly recommend - I am very happy with the service.
