The crew from this company was fantastic to work with. The work involved demolition of part of my kitchen due to water damage from my dishwasher. I expected to come home from work to a lot of dust and debris, but when I got home everything was spic and span. They had even installed plastic “doorways” at each entry zippers for easy entry and containment. Jeff, Leo, and Salvador were awesome. Very professional, pleasant, and conscientious in every way. It was a pleasure to work with them. I would recommend them to anybody!

Washington Water Damage and Cleaning Services completed restoration of our house following a flood that affected virtually the entire lower level. Mike Stewart, project leader, and his team continuously conveyed a commitment to do the job right and well, and everything they promised to do was followed through on. They were professional, well-organized, communicative, and responsive. All appointments were kept in a timely manner and schedules were carefully adhered to. The company clearly demonstrates a wealth of experience doing what they do and an effective plan for handling and coordinating all parts of the restoration process in order to achieve a successful outcome. Prior to the work beginning, I was nervous and skeptical about the challenges to be faced, but each encounter and phase increased my confidence in the high quality of service provided by this company. I am very appreciative of having an exceptionally difficult situation handled so smoothly and well and for an extremely desirable final outcome!

Broken pipe during freeze flooded four condos in our building - Including my ground floor unit. Damaged my ceiling, walls and floors - Extensive damage to my Kitchen and Utility, Dining and Living Rooms. Very disruptive and traumatic. Scott and team arrived on site within hours of the water leak being detected and were critical in limiting the damage and preserving my cabinets, possessions and important documents. From that point forward they were instrumental in drying out my unit and working with our HOA and contractors to get my unit and me back in action. In addition to doing great work the professionalism and care of Scott and his entire team put me at ease throughout the process - Priceless! Washington Water Damage will be my first call if anything like this occurs again.

I just want to say these individuals are amazing. They went above and beyond and functioned at the highest level of professionalism and customer service I’ve seen. I had some water damage they repaired and 5 months later I started to smell something in the crawl space. Without even a question, they came and looked at the problem without a complaint. The water line feeding our refrigerator / ice maker burst releasing water onto and under our hardwood floors. The water proceeded to run down into our basement damaging insulation and adding a layer of water to the basement floor. Once we were able to stop the water from continuing to flow onto the floors, we immediately called Washington Water Damage. Jeff came out that evening to perform a high level assessment of the damage. The very next morning he had an entire crew at the house and they began the process of recording the damage for our insurance, performing the demo work needed to remove the damaged flooring and preparing the damaged areas for the drying process. I could not be happier with the performance of Jeff's team. They were efficient, clean and extremely professional. They constantly kept my wife and I informed of each step so that we always had a solid understanding of the process and what to expect next. Once Jeff's team had completed the demo and drying process, Mike came directly out to the house to assess the restoration stage of the process. He handled everything from ordering new flooring materials to providing the proper paint for the drywall areas that had to be replaced. Once the materials for the flooring arrived from the manufacturer, Mike's team promptly began their work on the restoration. I was blown away by how quickly the team was able to bring everything back to the way it was. The quality of their work was excellent. The new hardwood floors that were installed looked so much better than they did prior to the damage. The drywall and exposed insulation looks great. They took care to make sure that all of the molding was reinstalled and repainted. Their workmanship really speaks for itself. They even handled most of the paperwork with our homeowner's insurance. The only part they didn't handle was what the insurance required me to complete. I'm very appreciative to the entire Washington Water Damage team for all of their help through this stressful time. I strongly suggest you consider them if you ever find yourself in need of a damage mitigation and restoration service.

This is one of the best and most professional companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with in any industry. They went above and beyond for me multiple times during my project, and did amazing work with excellent communication through the whole process.

We had a shower drain fail at our house, and cause water damage in the crawl space. Our plumber recommended a different company initially, and since we were new to water damage issues, we called the company recommended by our plumber. That company was an absolute nightmare to work with, and I became very worried we were being taken advantage of. So I asked around for a better company to call, and Washington Water Damage was recommended to me.

I called Washington Water Damage and they got someone out right away to inspect what was going on with our situation and the water damage to determine a plan for how to fix it. They were extremely professional and transparent through the whole process which was incredibly refreshing after dealing with the other company we had been.
They were extremely honest and upfront about what was damaged, what needed to be done to fix that damage, and provided detailed estimates for what that may cost since we were likely paying out of pocket, not through insurance. None of this information had been given to us by the previous company.

We were then able to get rid of the previous company we had been using and move forward with Washington Water Damage to make our repairs. The honesty, professionalism, and quality of work performed by Washington Water Damage was top notch, and I cannot stress enough how much the excellent communication from every member of their team gave us peace of mind throughout the process.

I will absolutely be using this company again in the future if water damage issues arise, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. You will not find a better water damage repair company and I cannot recommend them enough!

Xavier and his team were great. Xavier was responsiveand kept me informed about the steps in the process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done well and in a timely fashion. Juan, Carlos, and Antonio came in and patched and painted quickly, while still doing a good job. I will defintely call Jenkins again the next time I need help.

My refrigerator leaked and ruined my laminate flooring. My insurance agent recommended Washington Water Damage and they came out immediately and started getting everything dried up. I had no idea the amount of damage this caused until they started pulling up the floors, it was really bad and it was determined by my insurance agent that I would need my entire floors throughout the house replaced as well as kitchen cabinets, drywall, etc....I was overwhelmed, but Scott said they not only do water remedy, they can do everything to get my house functioning again including packing out all of my furniture, belongings and my 125 gallon fish tank and storing them while the rebuild took place. They work like a well oiled machine, everything was packed up incredibly well, the work to fix everything was beyond my expectations, their employees are very skilled at what they do and the communication was fantastic throughout. I am so grateful for them and glad my insurance agent recommended them. To say this was extremely stressful is an understatement, but they put me at ease almost immediately by their confidence and reassurance that they will take care of everything for me. I couldn't be happier!

Great experience! I had a hot water tank in my office building spring a leak over a long holiday weekend. When it was finally discovered, we placed a call to Washington Water Damage. They responded immediately and were onsite within a few hours. Their team jumped right in and got things cleaned up. They were clean, thorough, and very respectful of our tenants throughout the process. They communicated with me every step of the way which helped me keep my tenants updated. If you’re dreaming of an indoor waterfall straight from your attic — this is your company!

Here’s how it all happened:

I hired this company to do some work in my attic. During the process, their team managed to break a water pipe. The result? My entire attic got flooded. Then water poured down the walls, soaking my floors, walls, and even reached other condos downstairs. Perfect, right?

They assured me everything would be fixed quickly: “Don’t worry, we’re professionals, everything will be fine.” This happened on a Friday. They opened the walls and installed their noisy drying equipment — my house turned into an airport, with the lovely bonus of a damp, musty smell everywhere.

I had to leave and stay at a hotel for a few days. I warned the managers ahead of time, asked if they would reimburse the hotel costs. They said: “Yes, of course, our company will cover everything, sorry for the inconvenience.”

In reality: I paid for three nights at a hotel out of pocket. When I returned, my house still smelled like a swamp, the walls were not fully dried, and the whole process dragged on.

Once everything was finally dried out and they did their so-called “restoration” (I wouldn’t call it proper repairs), I reminded them about reimbursing my hotel expenses. That’s when the fun really started:

Managers keep passing me around from one to another, promising that their boss will contact me. But guess what? No one calls. Today is July 1st, and I’m still chasing them for my money.

Bottom line: unprofessional, avoiding responsibility, making empty promises. If you want this kind of “service” — good luck. As for me, they’ve earned this solid one-star rating.

This company is amazing and I would highly recommend them. My mother was taken advantage of by an unscrupulous contractor who left her home in shambles. Thank goodness we discovered JP South General Contractors. They were busy but had compassion for my mother's situation. They fit her into their busy schedule and worked long hours to complete the job in a short amount of time. They arrived on time and did an excellent job removing popcorn ceilings, constructing trim work and painting. We are so pleased with the results. Not only did JP South do a wonderful job but the owners were professional, considerate and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them if we need other work done.

They came out to do an appraisal and within a couple of days they where done with the tile work... The tile work looks amazing, and the workers are super respectful. They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who needs any construction projects!

Update to the update. my project was completed and the inspection past. cant be happier with the result. the best contractors are proven when things go wrong. This contractor worked with us to get the situation under control. It was greatly apricated. things are now looking good and on track. excited for the next phase.
