Constraction reviews in Kent, Washington

Easily the worst experience I've had with a contractor. Our work was done in the backyard and several components were done incorrectly. The workers didn't even know which direction the holes should point on a French drain. Alejandro constantly lied to us about when the work would be completed, and ultimately we had to take him to court to recoup the costs of work done incorrectly. We still have not received settlement payment from him. Avoid at all costs.

We had a leaking shower faucet that dripped inside the wall for months that led to a partial teardown by a remediation team. When it was time to rebuild, we decided to replace the shower surround with a jetted tub. Alejandro and his team did a great job putting the room back together. They stayed in constant communication with us, were flexible when the tub we ordered kept getting delayed, and they found another dripping pipe that would have put us back in the same situation all over again if it hadn't been addressed. We would definitely work with Alejandro again.

We developed a leak from an outdoor deck over an outdoor dining area. I had no idea who to call but luckily a friend put me in touch with Alejandro. He came out, diagnosed the problem and solution, got an estimate done super fast and then on their schedule. His crew always showed up on time, were very careful protecting the surrounding patio and garden, and got the job done on time. We had to juggle some rainy days but the communication and follow through were exemplary. In the end, the whole project got cleaned up and looks like new! I will happily hire him again.

Alejandro and his team did great work, in a timely fashion, and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Today’s crew worked non-stop and were meticulous with trimming several hedges and a weeping birch tree. They also checked with me several times to be sure the hedges were at the height I wanted. The flower bed cleanup and attention to detail is why I can never go wrong asking Alejandro’s guys for help with my yard each year.

Alejandro and his crew were the best! They were on time, communicative, professional, and did EXCELLENT work. We were very impressed with their wood working skills (fixed a scratched wood railing and built an exterior wood railing). They also subbed out some carpet work and their sub was also really great. Highly recommend!!

Great company to work with. Alejandro and Stephania have been very good with communication. The materials we were able to choose at their showroom and both our projects in 2024 came out beautifully. He recently renovated a clients condo for me and we also used his cleaning company and staging. The work and coordination were seamless. 100% recommend.

Alejandro and his team have helped me with several projects over the last 2-3 years - a new deck, full apartment remodels, multiple roofing fixes, and various other random fixes and improvements.

Alejandro has always been extremely responsive, is full of creative ideas, and his team does excellent work at a fair price. I've been extremely impressed with their work and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Alejandro and his team did a great job on our remodel project. He did a great job of laying out the project, helping us pick the proper materials, and delivered the fully remodel on time. When there were minor touch-up items need he was quick to respond and make sure those items were addressed to our standards. We used his team for a rental property and it was rented with our first open house thanks to his teams great work! Much appreciated again! THANK YOU!

Highly recommend Alejandro’s team for general contracting and other needs. They have been indispensable around my house and business and have done so many projects efficiently and smoothly. I don’t know what I would do without them!

Alejandro and his crew did a wonderful job with the repairs that were needed to freshen up our home. They worked quickly and efficiently to meet our deadline leaving everything complete and clean.

Alejandro is a great guy. He and his crews are easy to work with and always do a fantastic job. I have used them for numerous home repairs and paint jobs. Highly recommend!

I worked with Alejandro and his team to prepare a Renton home for the market. I met with Alejandro, we walked through the home, and we created a lengthy list of repairs and improvements that spanned a broad range of skills. Alejandro provided a reasonably priced, detailed bid and was communicative throughout the time the work was being completed. We needed the work completed quickly and Alejandro met the timeline set at the beginning of the project. We're really pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail Alejandro and his team demonstrated. I highly recommend General Contractor Alejandro's LLC.

Alejandro was very professional and helped us not only design our bathroom remodel and conversion from a four bedroom one bath to three bedroom two bath, but he also helped pick out good colors and fixtures to help with our project. We also used Alejandro to update cabinets and flooring in our kitchen and redo our outdoor living space and patio and build a deck. Alejandro was very professional and very thorough and if we had any issues he was quick to follow up and correct. We will continue to use Alejandro going forward. I would recommend Alejandro and his team to anyone.

I love working with Alejandro’s team! I’m a real estate broker and when I have sellers/buyers who need a full-service contractor who can manage numerous projects, they are the ones I count on! They produce high quality work and always go the extra mile to ensure my clients are happy with the final product!

Alejandro provided my client with a quick and concise bid which helped them towards understanding what was needed for their home renovations. He arrived on time and did not reschedule which is a rare exception. In addition he provided insight towards how they could save money with energy efficient utilities and design set-up that made the renovation area much more clean and user friendly. In addition he owns David Robertson Design which stages homes with furniture for sellers that are looking to sell. This is a great synergistic company ideal for those looking to get their homes renovation ready and staged to bring onto the market quickly for maximum dollars. Thank you Alejandro.

Alejandro did an excellent job with our re-model. It took a total of around 8 months to complete the project, which was 2 months longer than we originally talked about, but we also made a lot of changes along the way. Alejandro kept us well informed and updated on the overall status of the re-model. Whenever I would call Alejandro with a question or comment he was always available and took the time to listen. He is someone that you can trust, and I look forward to working with him and his team on future endeavors.

Alejandro’s LLC – Highly Recommended!

I recently hired Alejandro’s LLC for my home remodel, including custom closets and a beautifully built fireplace feature — and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The quality of their work is top-notch, and the attention to detail really shows. Alejandro and his team were professional, punctual, and communicative throughout the entire process.

They took my ideas and turned them into something even better than I imagined. The craftsmanship on the closets is flawless, and the fireplace design completely transformed my living space into something elegant and cozy. I’d highly recommend Alejandro’s LLC to anyone looking for reliable, skilled contractors who truly care about their work and their clients.

Alejandro and his crew are top notch. They're skilled, professional, and responsive to large and small questions. The preparation of my home for sale was a complex project, but each and every detail was handled with care and professionalism.

Both the timeline and budget were followed carefully, so I did not receive any unnecessary stress. Best of all, Alejandro was able to coordinate the entire project, including cleaning and a referral for staging, so now my home is updated, gorgeous, and ready for the market.

Best of all, he stayed within my budget and did a fantastic job.

I highly recommend Alejandro's LLC for anyone needing quality work done in a clear, skilled, and cost-effective way. I couldn't be more pleased!
