Do not return calls and did not tell me when they would be coming out. Just showed up. Luckily I was home. Very unprofessional providers. Service person was very nice though.

Absolutely fantastic. My insurance chose this company to do my pack out and move in, and my experience with them has been phenomenal. On the pack out date, they took pictures of everything, labeled each and every item, and wrapped fragile items very well. I was not able to be present on move in day, but when I returned to my home later that day, everything was right back where they were before. Could not recommend them more!

My upstairs neighbor recently had a serious plumbing problem which resulted in soaked carpeting, and damage to portions of the ceiling and walls. The team from WWD responded very quickly and had their fans and dehumidifiers set up within a couple of hours. They did an excellent job getting my place dried out and put my mind at ease.

I could not speak any higher about all aspects of this company!!!

A couple weekends ago, my washer continue to fill and it flooded my entire basement with about 2" of water.

My insurance company sent WWD&CS out to remove the water and take out the affected material that same day. Leo and his crew were at my home in a couple of hours. They were very reassuring that they could take care of all of the mess. This was largest issue i've had to deal with at my home so I was a little distraught. They were kind, friendly, very professional, wore masks at all times due to COVID concerns and their take out of all the materials was the cleanest work I've ever seen. Even the stacking and moving of my stuff was done with extreme care.

If I ever have the need for their services again, I will specifically request this company and Leo's team.

Had this company replace a repair kitchen cabinets because of water damage from a dishwasher. Roger Cormier cabinet specialist and Mike Stewart from Washington Water Damage and cleaning services were involved with replacement. I paid for like and kind but got drastically reduced cabinets in their place where possible.I trusted them because they were preferred provider from my insurance company. The workers that installed them even said they were smaller. Do not let these people or this company into your home.

Quick, efficient and complete. Nice and knowledgeable. Worked with our insurance company. Took care of everything for us that had to do with the water damage portion of our claim. The office staff were great at keeping us informed and the crew was respectful of us and our belongings. Would definitely use them again. (I just hope I don't have to call for their services again. Prefer to refer their services from this point on.)

Karina and her team were amazing! They made a traumatic experience of being displaced by fire, so much easier. Things were cleaned after the fire and stored. They helped me get important papers out of storage and needed items when I was in temporary housing. Karina was always reachable and responsive. And when I was finally able to move back in they did their magic and quickly moved me back in. I am amazed at the speed and effficiency of this crew! The company worked with the insurance, so I never had to deal with anything. What a blessing. Thank you angels!

Jeff Roach and his team saved our home. We woke up one morning last summer to a flooded house where it was literally raining indoors. We called Washington Water Damage and even though their crew was scheduled to do other repairs, they quickly rescheduled and showed up at our house ready to set up driers, pack everything and do the needed demo to the affected rooms. Jeff was responsive, honest and a bit of a rock in a situation that was completely unsettling for new home owners like us. His crew was professional and responsive and Jeff helped us deal with our very unresponsive insurance adjuster. I hope no one has to deal with a flood damage but if you do, Washington Water Damage can really make a big difference.

We were on the east coast when our under-the-sink water filter failed and sprung a huge leak. Water gushed out for who knows how long until the condo owners below us noticed the water dripping out of their ceiling; they rushed up and shut off our water valve. Bottom line damage to our condo: our lower cabinets were soaked, flooring ruining, wall to wall carpets soaked. Our condo property manager called WWD&CS. When we finally got back to Seattle (fearing the worst) I was amazed at their work: the workers pulled out the cabinet drawers and set them aside, pulled off baseboards carefully, pulled back the carpets, removed the floor boards, moved wall art, moved the furniture to "dry land". Neat, tidy and completely dry. All without us there. Beyond professional. Thank you so much.

We had excellent service from this business. They were recommended by our insurance company after we had two roof leaks. They got here right away, assessed the areas that were damaged, opened them up so that they could dry out, put blowers and air filters in place, and treated to prevent mold. They were very respectful of our home, cleaning up after they left and protecting our things. I highly recommend them.

My condo sprung two leaks simultaneously. The condo contractor/construction lead recommended Washington Water Damage and Cleaning Services. They sent the team of Leo Salgado and Salvador (don't know his last name). They were so great to work with! They came once to do moisture testing, then returned to do demo and dry out, and lastly to take away all the fans and dehumidifiers. They were timely, professional, friendly and understanding of my very curious cats! I appreciated their willingness to answer my questions and their communicativeness about arrival times and next steps. I hope to never have to use this service again, lol! But if I do have to, I would ask for these two again in a heartbeat. They made a very stressful situation a little less awful. I'm very appreciative of their excellent service quality and their reasonable prices. THANK YOU!!

Wash Wtr Damage worked on 3 jobs for us in one year ! Our Kitchen, bathroom and garage had water damage. The provided excellent service, a very prompt response to clean up the mess, and rebuild each area. Miguel and his crews were polite, kind, and very good workmanship. Mike Stewart WWD rebuild manager was polite, very patient and spent alot of time explaining things to us. We are 70+ yr old seniors and these 3 separate jobs in one year were overwhelming to us. Scott Russell owner of WWD is a good businessman. He followed up with us and 2 different insurance companies.

I'm so grateful for the quick response and support of Washington Water Damage & Cleaning Services. An overflowing sink created a waterfall and damage in the condo unit below! They were so responsive, assessed the damage, came up with a plan, didn't take short cuts that would cause problems later, provided a quote that they stood behind, worked well with the property owners (upstairs and below) in order to accommodate everyone (including Ember the cat). The staff was kind and professional during a difficult time, they had the right equipment to get the job done and left the areas clean, dry and tidy! I would highly recommend them for your next disaster!

We've had extensive water damage in two separate occasions in the recent past (ceiling flooding, fridge leaking) and the team at Washington Water Damage have been very responsive, friendly, and fast to work with both times. They worked with our insurance adjuster directly (Pemco), and talked me through their process each time. Joshua the team leader was always easy to communicate with, and Jeff the Manager worked to fit us in very quickly each time. I hope I don't have to see them again in the future for obvious reasons, but if I do experience flooding again I'll definitely call them up.
