Eric and Austin were also great - always called ahead, always showed up on time, and were always professional. Having your dishwasher explode is not fun, but these guys made it less stressful and feel more manageable. Thank you!

After a toilet wax seal gave way causing water damage, AWR did a great job eliminating the water damage and cleaning up afterwards. I 100% recommend AWR Restoration and cleaning. Lamar and Brian are great guys and kept me updated every step of the way.

We had a potential water and mold issue with a rental house we own. The tenant had complained of a moldy smell and dampness in the bathroom wall. AWR restoration, Lamar specifically, came promptly to do the inspection. Lamar was beyond professional and efficient. Our tenant is particularly difficult and he handled himself with distinction. it turned out the the dampness was caused, not by a leak, but by overzealous, cleaning by the tenant. Lamar, was very tactful in the way he explained how her overcleaning had caused the issue.
The repair of the wall still needs to be done. We have met Dwayne, also from AWR, who will be doing that repair. And so far, he is living up to the same level of expertise and professionalism that Lamar showed.

This is an update to my previous post. The repair work was completed yesterday. The team did exemplary work. They arrived on time and worked to complete the repairs in a day. The team made a concerted effort to work around a very difficult tenant. As before, they were all professional, friendly and knew what they were doing.
Ths team consisted of Dwayne, Lamar, Robert, Adrian and Miguel. I hope I didn't leave anyone out because they were all great.

I can't review the cost as this was an insurance issue and I haven't seen the cost yet.

Great company to work with. I had a sizable project and they responded same day, and got the project done quickly in the days that followed. Good attention to detail and even helped with a few small unrelated things while they were here. Good communication, quality, and timing are hard to find!

Servpro of Kent and their wonderful staff had helped us through such a hard time. My husband recently had heart surgery and it coming home to a flooded home was very stressful. I was given a lot of useful information from Lee Tran as to how the process worked and what to expect once they were finished with their service. He kept me up to date on the progression of the project and made our tough time easier. Raul and his staff made sure our property was cleaned and they performed their work with such care and accuracy. The demolition that they provided was quick and they always cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend anyone who has water damage to contact Servpro of Kent. A+ in my book.

Few months back serve pro came to my job Planet Fitness, we were having some sewage issues and they were able to quickly get the problem cleaned up and everything spotless! Always communicated and was extremely helpful! Definitely recommend

The team members that came to my home were great. They worked very fast, cleaning the soot and boxing up all the cleaned items. Thank you and I will highly recommend you.

Something I wish they would have asked is if I would have liked to have saved some of the LVP flooring. I only had 2 boxes of extra flooring and the water damage wasn’t severe enough to have damaged the LVP exposed to water. Instead they ripped it up damaging the tongue and groove of the floors. When I realized what they did I asked them to take the boards out of their van headed to the dump and leave the floors in my garage as these floors aren’t manufactured anymore for me to buy more replacements. It’s unfortunate and quite inconsiderate. They could’ve taken a minute to ask the homeowner before destroying something that wasn’t actually damaged. These floors were replaced only 2 years ago but now a portion of my floors aren’t sealed well because of broken tongue and grooves and chipped ends.

Everything else they did to address the water damage and mold on the walls was well done.

The serve pro crew, Jared and Chris, showed up and under difficult to hard to deal with conditions, moved promptly and without complaint. These guys and the serve pro company helped me solve a real mess. With gratitude I thank all involved.

The team was extraordinary and located all the water. They were on time and communicated the process. In addition, they covered all areas with plastic or paper. Their professionalism was greatly appreciated.

Meki & Keith saved our basement when our hot water heater leaked, flooding it throughout. They came back every day to ensure that it dried out correctly, we are so thankful!
