Worst, most incompetent and corrupt supplier I have ever used as a contractor. They side swiped my truck with their semi as they were leaving, stopped and then kept going. They completely denied this hit and run, refused to take responsibility, said I had no proof and refused to work with my insurance. All this happened after they managed to high center their semi on the driveway. We spent the better part of the day helping them get out and they returned the favor by denying all the damage. High centering the truck cracked the concrete which they also refused to take responsibility for. I am disgusted by their ethics and morals as a company. I cannot say how disappointed by this company I am and cant advise you enough to use a different supplier. With so many other honorable companies I would strongly advise you to use a different company.

We had our roof replaced. They delivered the materials and it was very efficient. I am giving 5 stars because we are happy with the product and quality. It was a little bit of a hassle to drive up to deliver a check because there’s a fee for debit card over the phone.

Very well run company. I ordered fan folf from here. The office was very clean and the staff were on top of their game. My entire transaction from paying to them delivering the order to my truck took less than ten minutes total. I would order from here again.

I’m just a do-it-yourselfer who wanted to re-roof my house on my own. Big box stores have products, but the choices seemed limited and the employees tended to know very little about what they were selling, let alone what I was looking for.

Stoneway (Kent) had an enormous selection of types, brands, colors, and all the accessories that go into roofing.

Clearly this is where the pros go; big trucks are going in and out by the warehouse filling huge orders, but don’t be intimidated if you are just a residential customer like me.

The guys in the office couldn’t have been nicer. They helped me find various types & colors of the solar-reflective shingles I couldn’t find in hardware outlets. They had the matching custom cap shingles, as well as the specific starters, underlayment, rainguard and venting I needed.

They also clued me in about technical issues that tend to come up with DIY roof jobs. If I got stuck, they answered my questions.

And the big surprise is that they weren’t more expensive than the box stores. I was willing to pay premium for the added knowhow & getting the hard-to-find shingles I was looking for, but I never had to.

Getting refunded for my unused product was also not a problem.

What else can I say? I was expecting to get the cold shoulder; instead they were courteous, cool and professional.

Fantastic from start to finish. Sales was incredibly knowledgeable, helped pick right materials for the job. Delivery crew could not do roof top delivery because of electrical wires being in way. Safety first. I am ok with that. Prices were extremely fair. Quality of materials very good. Looking forward to using them again.

The incredibly dishonest crew that delivered my roofing material damaged the gutter on our house and simply left without saying a word. The crew took photos of the house prior to beginning delivery and it showed zero damage to the gutter. The next day our roofing crew took photos of the damaged gutter and I was made aware of the damage. I emailed Stoneway requesting the photos their crew took of my property before and after delivery and I have not heard from them to date. Our roofing contractor even called them and told them I would be contacting them and Stoneway indicated to him that they would call me. The have not done this yet.
After I was made aware of the damage I reviewed our security camera footage and sure enough they damaged the gutter.
Lack of concern for their crews antics in damaging property speaks loudly of this company's character and customer service.

Steer clear of this company unless you want to risk damage to your property.

This company has now completed three projects for us, and we’ve been very happy every time.
Most recently, they installed a new quartz countertop in our bathroom, and it looks beautiful. The sinks they helped us choose match the countertop perfectly and really complete the space.
Everything was done exactly on schedull. We really appreciate how easy they made the whole process.

We hired ATG for a full home remodel. They replaced our entire Kitchen, all bathrooms, laundry room, front porch, back patio and railings. I added scope on the fly, pivoted on material selections, we bumped into unforeseen issues during demo… and the Owner Taras and our sales point of contact Alissa were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were so happy with their communication, responsive, quality of work, attention to detail and fair pricing.
It seems many people who do a major remodel have some frightening Contractor experience to share. Not me. Our experience with ATG was exceptional so I figured I owe it to them to share with others this review.

We were very pleased with the kitchen remodel they provided. They were attentive to detail and provided quality workmanship at a fair price. We highly recommend the company and their employees.

ATG just finished their thrird project in our home, a hallway bathroom, in addition to a primary bedroom bath and a laundry room. The PM, Max, communicated the schedule upfront and ensured we had materials needed for each trade. Progress photos were sent along the way and there was clear communication on upcoming work. The met a requested completion deadline due to having houseguests. Happy with the quality of the work, tile, drywall, paint, etc. Thanks to Max and ATG.

The most trustworthy contractors in the business. Great to work with and they make you feel you are their most important project even though they are juggling multiple jobs at one time. Highly recommend them.

I've had the pleasure of working with Lilia at ATG Build on several remodel projects. Lilia's attention to detail is exceptional, and she's always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend ATG Build for their professionalism and commitment to quality.

We had both our bathrooms remodeled by Atlantic Tile and Granite and are very pleased with the job that they did. Max did a great job with the initial quotes and explaining our options. This was followed by working with Liliya, the designer. She was great with helping narrow down the overwhelming number of choices and options to the few that made sense. While ATG was not the cheapest quote, the details they provided in each line item gave us some assurance that they had considered all that needed to be done, and were not going to surprise us with additional costs midway through the project.

The actual work on the bathrooms went smoothly and according to plan. We especially appreciate the high quality work and attention to detail provided by Ivan, the tile-setter. Despite the use of various sub-contractors, the coordination went smoothly.

We definitely recommend ATG for anyone looking for a bathroom remodel.
