Great service. Very friendly. Got the work done very quickly.

After procuring estimates and sale's pitches from multiple companies, we chose Bath Planet and we are thrilled with the results. We were able to choose the design with guidance from the company consultant. The result is truly a work of art with superior qualities for $6,000.00 less than their competitors. The work was completed on time and exactly for the agreed upon price. The installers were polite, considerate, professional and even patient with an unusual household emergency. We give Bath Planet our highest recommendation.

Our installer, Robert, was awesome! Very professional; very knowledgeable. Friendly and respectful of us and our property. Patiently answered our questions throughly.. Never rushed through any explanation. Took his time to insure we were taken care of. Very meticulous about his work: focused and skilled, Robert made every effort to do the job well and to not damage any of the surrounding areas.. we would trust Robert with any task. By far the best contractor we have ever had working on our home!

We were very concerned about hiring Bath Planet. We live in a Condo on the 30th floor in a Seattle High Rise. Many Shower companies would not work in a Highrise. Bath Planet did and was A+ in working with our condo Board and management. In 2 days they removed the tub and shower and completely installed a gorgeous shower. The installing staff was great. They were so careful and professional and careful and clean. We love our new shower and recommend Bath Planet completely to do the work.

Exactly as described by salesman. Everything I requested was done. Installer was friendly, professional and conscientious about impact to my home. I would recommend Bath Planet to family.

Ren and Cole were fabulous. Friendly efficient, and neat. They were very kind in fitting my project in because of my time constraints. I've already recommended them to relatives, friends and neighbors. Our bathroom turned out beautifully!!!

I had my shower remodeled in my 1998 mobile home, and it is so amazing, pretty, and wonderful! Especially love the single water temp dial, much better than having 2 knobs. I had no idea how much more I would love taking showers, and it’s so easy to clean, I just squeegee the walls and glass door after, then wipe with my towel. I did buy a nonslip mat for the floor since it was slippery. Love it!

Bath Planet installed a new deep soaking tub, wall surround, sliding door, and matte black fixtures, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results of our new bathroom! The Galena walls are gorgeous and have the look of a slab of marble. Our installer Mike was awesome! He was on time or early both days, took great care during the entire process of demo and remodel, was easy to work with, and made great use of both work days while in our home. I highly recommend Bath Planet for your bathroom remodel!

Bath Planet installed our shower over a year ago to replace an oversized and cumbersome bath. We came back to them to install the grab bars and seat. My wife fell ill (recovered now), and we are thankful to have the new installation. I kid her and tell her the shower is the nicest room in the house! :) Thanks Bath Planet. Good people to work with and a great guarantee.

I needed to replace my 30-year old shower and leaking valve. There are so many bathroom remodelers and narrowed my choices down to two with showrooms that I could see in person. One of them was Bath Planet, who I was not familiar with, but they were extremely friendly, helpful, and patient at their showroom. After a home consultation with both remodelers on the same day, Bath Planet was by far the better choice. I opted for the New Galena style with the barn door sliding glass. The installer, Francis, was great and knew exactly what he was doing. He had the old shower removed and the new one installed in a day and a half. Very happy choosing Bath Planet.

I am so impressed with the professional service of my installer (Roni)! He was on time and so organized! I’m loving my shower and feel fortunate to have had friends who referred me to Bath Planet.

Cole has completed the installation of our new walk-in shower, replacing the old bathtub. It's perfect and his work was flawless. Cole is wonderful, very skilled and careful to be sure we were satisfied every step of the way. You should be grateful to have him as a representative of your company. He works very efficiently and thoughtfully, and he is an incredible young man.
Thank you, Cole.

Gregg was the salesperson who came to the house. It was a regular appointment for an estimate to redo our bathtub and surrounding. The appointment was long and pushy but that is to be expected from a company like this. However, what followed is why I will never use these people or recommend them.
He came out on Monday the 26th. I received a follow up email on the 30th. My wife and I had spoken about it and I didn't feel comfortable at this time spending that amount of money on this project or tearing my bathroom apart. We were also a little gun shy as we recently had another project by a different company go sideways. I sent him a nice email saying that and thanked him for his time, that I might look into refinishing it at this time. That should have been the end of that. However, what I received back was so inappropriate.
He sent me a long email back and started with this "When time permits, please educate yourself in the refinishing of a bathtub. I want to share some information with you and please by all means I hope you don’t get upset with me."
First, what makes you think I had not done my research? Is it that I was a woman or a lesbian?
I most certainly did my homework, and I completely understand that the choice I was making was more of a band aid and not a long-term solution. Which he also stated in the email. To assume that I hadn't done research is so disrespectful and demeaning.
Second, this is MY choice to make about MY house and not yours to have your own opinion about.
Third, if you have to say, "I hope you don't get upset with me", then you shouldn't have said it in the first place, that's your gut telling to stop. You should listen next time.
I was floored. Extremely rude. Gregg, the next time you choose to shame someone about their decision maybe start with asking more questions to see how much research they have already done rather than mansplaining and assuming they are uneducated.
Put your ego aside. For you and the greater good of your company.
No means no
I have no idea the quality of work and I never will. I will stay far away from this company.

YOUR RESPONSE IS ACTUALLY WHAT IS INACCURATE. I COPIED AND PASTED EXACTLY WHAT THE EMAIL SAID BELOW:
Hi Melissa,
Thank you for the message. I hear you and I appreciate it.
I’m here to help. When time permits, please educate yourself in the refinishing of a bathtub. I want to share some information with you and please by all means I hope you don’t get upset with me. This is your home and whether you buy from BathPlanet or not, I want to help you to make sure you’re remodel is done correctly.
Refinishing a bathtub will cost anywhere between $4,000 to $6000. Refinishing your bathtub will last anywhere between four and nine years, depending on the cleaning solutions that you use. Refinishing does discolor or loss of shine overtime, chips, peels and crack. There is no warranty from a contractor to have this work done again without paying for it. A new acrylic soaking tub comes with a lifetime warranty with employees of the company through BathPlanet. Another big factor on only refinishing your tub is your current wall system, which is tile and grout. With the current black mold and mildew accumulating you have on your grout, you may have health concerns in the future. The tile and grout has never been sealed and continue to be sealed every 6 months.
With all due respect, you are putting a band aid on your remodel.
I’m sorry you had a horrible experience with your prior remodeling of your house. I owned a company before and have remodeled homes. I take great care of my clients. I am very confident that BathPlanet will take great care of your project and I’m there during the entire process and years to come if you need help.
* WONDERING IF THAT IS YOUR STANDARD EMAIL PRACTICE AND TEMPLATE YOU SEND TO EVERYONE. YOU'RE TELLING ME A MAN WOULD GET THE SAME EMAIL? HIGHLY DOUBTFUL. IF SO PROVE IT. DON'T TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THEIR IDIOTS. YOU'RE TRYING TO SAVE YOUR REPUTATION BECAUSE YOU KNOW YOU'RE IN THE WRONG HERE. -
Not all parts available for the installation to be completed. Left new shower with duct tape around window and no doors. The installer was nice and did what he could with the materials on hand. I am supposed to get a call on Monday to get dates for the materials needed to complete the work.

Bath planet sent out Ren to redo my shower. It went from a 3 x 3 to a 6 x 3 1/2. I’m super happy with how it turne Ren did a great job kept my house clean the whole time. Ren was very cautious to make sure he didn’t scratching my floors and walls and he made suggestions that made the job turn out even better. I had picked a few things that I thought would look good and then he had called and told me that that he had some other product at no extra cost just an even swap that would make it even look better and he was absolutely right. Ren knows what he’s doing and you could tell he puts pride in his work. I appreciate that I was able to trust him in my house by himself while I was at work and that means a lot to me so if all the workers are like Ren at bath planet they should be proud, but Ren went above and beyond. Most people would not do thank you to Ren and thank you to bath planet. I’ll add this photo without the glass. Ren will be back to install that.
