I needed to have my baseboard heater in my unit replaced & Rock Electric did amazing! From the initial consultation, ensuring that I had all the information that I needed, to going out and getting the work done - Brock & his team were very professional and communicative throughout the entire process! I would highly recommend their business to anybody that needs any electrical work done!

I own a 117 years old craftsman house that showed some signs of rotting on the balcony and the porch. I interviewed a few companies but I signed contract with PCF for 3 reasons: 1) The root cause analysis made the most sense to me, compared to what other companies said.
2) They said they could preserve the same custom architectural style with their skilled carpenters
3) The cost estimation came from well-defined items with fixed cost. It was not random. I had experiences with contractors who gave me random high number when they looked at my house (and think I’m rich).

It took 3 months to kick start the project but it’s worth the wait. Ryan & Mario & Jack & Heath were excellent. The custom molding & wood details looked exactly the same as before. The new balcony flooring and the new composite staircase looked great! These are very smart & skillful team. They explained to me every step along the way when they discovered new problems and proposed safe & cost-effective solutions.

Definitely will call them again for future works!

We had David Talmadge install a guardrail on our porch and it was done in a very professional manner. It blends perfectly to the existing construction and looks like it has always been there. We could not be happier. I would give them a five-star rating for the results. We also enjoyed our interaction with Evan Anderson the project design consultant that we coordinated with on the project to ensure that we got what we wanted. This team was very professional and very knowledgeable. We would use them again!

We loved working with PCF! From start to finish they were professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Mario followed up each week on the progress from permits to timelines for construction. Didi came to follow up at the end of the project to make sure we were happy! I would, and have, recommended them to friends and family!

We had an old deck replaced. The process went smoothly and quickly from start to finish. Dale and Quinn did a great job and even found the mystery entry where rodents were invading our crawl space when they demolished the old deck. I was impressed that they went beyond the scope of the job and sealed the trouble spots with foam. The new deck looks great and no more rodents! Thankful.

Brad was awesome. Showed up on time, went over all the possibilities for my weird issue and said we’d need to trace the electrical to figure it out. Emailed me a quote on the spot. I ok’d it and pulled out my credit card and he gave second look at the panel and said, hmmm. A few feet next to the panel was the generator panel. Said, “ah, I think I know what it is.” Flipped a few switches in an odd position and voila , fixed. Asked what I owed him and he thought for a sec and said, nah, I can’t really charge for that. Then I asked him a few more questions about work I may need in the near future. You can bet I’ll be calling them again when I need anything. Thanks Brad. Very pleased.

Didi ROCKS… and so does my deck. My children enjoy it daily. My deck was done in budget, in time, and without any scope creep. Choose them above all! Do it! Now!

It was great working with PCF for our deck build. Cowboy did our build and his attention to detail was second to none. We had some complex issues with our fireplace location and Rob worked tirelessly to fix the issue. Kyle and Ryan were both great to work with on making our vision a reality. And Dede and Cherish came at the end to make sure that everything was to our liking. Rob and Lisa even hand delivered our furniture. Over all, this is truly a family run company that cares about people.

We truly appreciate the work of the PCF group in refurbishing of our deck cover. Everyone from the salesperson (I am sorry, I have forgotten his name) to Mario who did measurements to Ryan our Project Mgr and last, but by no means least, Jake and Calvin who dis the actual construction work were amazing. Our project had a couple of unexpected turns, but we were kept informed and provided with options including the costs and impacts of each option.

Jake and Calvin were professional, personable and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work. They too dealt with an unexpected hiccup which required some of their attention to make sure the work would not be compromised. Again, everything was explained and handled expertly.

We can highly recommend this group for your outdoor living space needs.

Didi came by to check on our deck . The customer service with this company is top notch and Didi exhibits that . The workers are very skilled , there are Always change orders on jobs snd these guys pivoted and communicated efficiently and quickly the job came out really well. It has a five-year warranty on their build. They even put an open gate so that we could get onto our roof if we need to that locks and is safe for my grandchildren. I highly recommend these guys. you get what you pay for and they are high top quality.

Calvin & Jake were wonderful! I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, their team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They took the time to explain everything clearly, provided a fair and transparent quote, and stuck to the timeline they promised. Customer service was top-notch as well. Anytime I had a question, I got a quick and helpful response. It’s rare to find contractors who care this much about both their work and their customers.

If you’re looking for reliable, honest, and skilled roofers, I highly recommend.They exceeded my expectations in every way!

The owner came out and spent a few hours explaining the process, answered all our question , Rob was so great he's very knowledgeable, the crew was very hard working super clean, we went with this company because Rob knew his product and explained it in detail , go with these guys they know what they are doing ,Didi came and checked on us she was nice.

Really happy with the work Rescom did for us. Eric Spicer did a great job installing a new metal railing on our second floor deck.

PFC did a great job on our fence/gate for a raised patio. Seth and Jesse, who did our building were rockstars who are such great craftsmen and put a lot of care into small details that really made the project shine. Even our initial contact, Chris was super kind and personable. Everyone has been great start to finish at PFC, we are super happy and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Cary came out and diagnosed what would be best for my needs and scheduled the work to be done for the outlet install to my electrical panel. Very satisfied and would recommend Cary and Rock Electric and would and already have used them again.

Cary did a great job explaining how the under deck system works and how it would be installed. Very professional and efficient. We’re looking forward to January when it will be installed. Great communication from start to finish!

Nick and Landyn did top notch work on my Undercover System in Queen Anne. They paid attention to every detail, finished on time (they even went above and beyond to finish earlier than scheduled), had no surprises/change orders and gave great advice on a couple of questions I had related to privacy screens and outdoor TV placement. This was one of the best run jobs I have had done. Thanks Nick and Landyn!! Appreciate you. Didi came by to checkup and everything was great!!

The guys were quick clean. It was 90°. I thought it would take the day off but he works through it but they did a great job. The finishing is beautiful were so impressed. Go with these guys DD came by and checked on us. She’s lovely.

My backyard is a backyard oasis. I can come outside in the rain and not get rained on before the project started. I had one concern was my turf and how it was gonna look when they cut it out and put a post in. They did an excellent job you can’t even tell that they cut the turf and put it back in place. Dede is amazing

They did our deck quickly and painlessly, very good communication, they did the job fast clean and professionally, Didi is so sweet to check with us , Maurice swept the deck for me, cannot be happier with our new deck

Brock from Rock Electric under People Come First Construction Group installed a Nest camera with 2 floodlights-backyard corner. He worked so hard through my insulation in the attic to run a power cable through the fascia to the Nest camera/floodlight combo (wired). He figured out a workaround to rotate the camera orientation. He also removed & replaced the solar floodlight on one of the sheds. Guidance on low voltage lighting to replace solar post lights (13). Thanks again Brock.
