The project started with Patrick Rasmussen who did a wonderful job in collecting all the details. Jack Huebner was amazing for his exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall commitment to excellence. His work ethic and pride in what he does really stood out. Jack was always on time and did an exceptional job. Mario Poposki and Ryan Quinn also kept the team on task. We were notified on the progress as the project moved along and that was really appreciated. The project was a complete success, and our new patio cover looks amazing. We couldn’t be happier with the final result or the care your team provided throughout the process.

I contacted PCF about wiring our house for a generator. Great communication from the start. Fair bid and no upselling. Don did quality work and explained everything I needed to know to hook up our generator. Overall the company lived up to their name! People Come First!

I’m so excited to share that I’ve added a cover to the second story deck of my townhome! It’s going to keep my entryway safe from the wet winter chill. PCF was fantastic in helping me stick to my budget, and I’m absolutely thrilled with how it looks—it just blends right in with the rest of the house. Their quote was significantly higher than I expected, and I was a little surprised at the price at first. But hey, everything from the design to the final touches was done with such professionalism and on time. I wanted to send a huge thank you to everyone involved, including Carey, Mario, Ryan, Christian, and Heath—you all did an amazing job!

Lucas, George, and Casey did an amazing job building our deck, roof, and patio. Professional quality work from design to finish. This company is top notch.

George and Lucas did a great job on our patio cover. Both were on time everyday, and such hard workers - we were impressed by how much they accomplish in a day. These guys deserve all the credit - professional, kind, and George's attention to detail was much appreciated. We are so glad they took over our project - they really set the bar high and we are very happy with their work.

Replace a small back patio deck and two small "juliet" decks with two larger structures. PCF (Masterdecks) did a fantastic job. Excellent upfront design detail support, excellent communication on status and workmanship quality is flawless.

We are so pleased with our new space. To call it a "deck" is a disservice because PCF did a phenomenal job designing a covered, functional space that we can use year round. Now top and bottom levels are covered and lit, and quicker than I thought possible. Boyan and Spencer we friendly, efficient, and communicated the plans, timing, and all the details. Luke and Chris from Rock Electric were wonderful and Evan and Chris installed the custom undercover. Quinn managed our project efficiently and Jordan got us started. Beyond happy with the results.

TLDR: do NOT use them for small indoor electrical projects.
Absolutely TERRIBLE from the start. I scheduled my free consultation for some electrical projects I wanted done around my house. They sent a sales person to come and give me a hour long power presentation about their company and all the outdoor patio work they do (again just wanted some fairly simple indoor electrical work done). I politely watched even though I stated multiple times what I wanted my project to be. At the end the sales person took photos and general description of what I wanted done and messaged it to I assume an electrician? who gave a quote (which if that's all you needed we could have saved both ourselves the hassle). Everything was set for them to come in 2 weeks to do the project, payed the down payment and signed everything that day electronically (important I mentioned that for later on). 2 weeks later no one arrives, no show, no communication, nothing. Finally after about an hour after they were were supposed to show up I reached out to the company. Was told they would "look into it and get back to me" (get ready to hear that multiple times, at this point I think it just might be their company slogan). OVER AN HOUR later I get a text saying their electrician called out sick and that they didn't have anyone who could come today and they would have more information later about rescheduling ....5 hours later they tell me thesoonest they could get to me would be in another 2 weeks. I understand people get sick, it's life, but to not notify the customer and place the burden upon them is completely unprofessional. Because of that I decided against using the company, I told them I didn't t feel comfortable moving forward with them, that I would just like a refund, and we part ways no harm no foul. They said they understood and would MAIL me a refund, which confused me. If I payed for it electronically why couldn't it be refunded that way? Representative didn't have an answer for it and said they only do refund via checks and checks didn't go out until the 10th of the month. So I had to wait until the following month for it. So I waited....and surprise, no refund check was in my mailbox. I reached out again to the company who said to wait two more days (Friday) and if it didn't arrive then to reach out. Still didn't arrive on Friday so I reached out, no response. Reached out again on Monday and you guessed it we will "look into it and get back to you". I get my project wasn't some big expansive outdoor project that they are used to and probably pales in comparison in terms of complexity, but my money and time should be worth just as much their other larger projects and if not then why bother to agree to the project? So now I'm left with money spent on a project that never happened, wondering if I'm ever going to get a refund. At the point of just letting the banks fraud department take care of the issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY !
