PCF has been an amazing partner to our family to build our outdoor oasis for our forever home. The crew became friends to us and our kids. It was clear from day one that quality would always come first and that they would build something that would last. From Rob to Tony to Kyle and Seth, they all educated us about the process and held our hands through the design, permitting and construction. When the project wrapped they have been sure to check in and touch up any small item we ask about. Thanks to the team including Lucas, Aaron, Henny, Colin and all the others. Didi and Cherish came to check up on the final product and even had the perfect furniture for us . White glove one stop shop. Go with these guy. In life you get what you pay for . This is an investment in our family.

PCF crushed my project. 700 feet of under decking / waterproofing. The 2 guys there first thing / on time every day were Nick and Landon. Total pro's, experts at their trade, incredibly kind and just great humans. I would highly recommend them and work with them in a heart beat! 5 star all around!

Ace was very professional and respectful. He found and fixed the problem right away. The owner send 2 other "electricians" last week and one wanted to rip into the wall and the other guy wanted to replace the circuit breaker. Neither one of them found the problem or even came back to try again. I am thankful they did not come back. Thank you again Ace.

From beginning to end this company has gone above and beyond. Clean honest on time good work, professional. In this world you get what you pay for. These guys are such a good value. Brock installed a Tesla charger for us back in May and did an absolutely wonderful job. From start to finish, he was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. The installation was completed smoothly, and the final result looks very clean and well-done. Everything was neatly arranged and thoughtfully finished, which really shows the pride he takes in his work. I highly recommend Brock to anyone looking for quality electrical work—you’ll be in great hands!

The quality of the build was excellent. We really appreciate the style the design that I had in mind they were able to put it into effect for us and everything turned out beautiful. We are really thrilled with what the results were.

Deborah was fantastic. And we love Mario. Everything is amazing. We got screens we got heaters we got over decking our patio is incredible. We’re super grateful these guys do good work on time. Happy to deal with them. Go with them. You get what you pay for.

What is fantastic about this company is that they can do all aspects of your project from beginning till end - design, planning, permit (!!!), construction,... They are flexible along the way too, and you can adjust the plan if needed, which is super nice because design on paper is one thing and the real structure another. They might be more expensive than others, but the convenience of having everything under one roof is unbeatable. Also, they do final QC in the end, and if something is not perfect, they fix it without questioning (we heard horrible stories from our friends about their experience with contractors, so we are happy this was not our case).
All the PCF guys we dealt with were super nice, friendly, knowledgeable, on time, and great to work with. Naming just a few: Kyle, Collin, Peter, Quinn,...Thank you all! :)

Purchased a home with a Zinco magnet trip panel
During a remodel breakers failed and lost functionality to parts of the home, including heat
My consultant Patrick came out offered a new panel as well as solution solutions for the shop and something to get the heat going until panel could be replaced.
They were able to negotiate with the utility company to get expedited service for panel upgrade

We had a very good experience with PCF. They were professional and courteous throughout the process and the quality of work was top notch. All the folks we worked with, from Ryan and Mario to Nick and Landyn to Casey and Hutton, were great. Would highly recommend working with them.

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with PCF-Rescom. The work quality is exceptional, the team are friendly, communicate clearly, are incredibly tidy on site, and take pride in a job well done. We are extremely happy with the work they have done and plan to use them again for some additional projects that we have. They likely won’t be the cheapest bid you’ll get but it’s the bid you should pick because in the long run the quality of work will stand the test of time and cost you less overall.

We needed the railings replaced on our deck and a new gate installed. Robert our estimator was extremely thorough scoping the work and the bid that came back was detailed and clear. Ryan managed overall scheduling and communication and the online platform they use for managing everything is excellent.

Nick B and Landyn did a phenomenal job. It rained the entire time they were working but they kept everything clean and well organized. We had an issue with rotting wood that they found during demo. We reviewed the situation, and they had a clear plan to attack it, a fair change order as it was non-trivial to solve, and then they did a great job ensuring the underlying structure was sounds. We got updates every day on progress, so we knew exactly what was happening.

The finished work product was perfect: solid as a rock, everything finished off and looking great.

This company they audited our bill found that they had overcharged us and returned us a check. I can’t even tell you I don’t know any other companies that does this.. They are honest Rob and DD came by. I just can’t even explain and tell you how incredible these people are. Our deck is a dream come true. They are so honest, they do the most beautiful work !! Go with these guys you can’t find a more honest trustworthy company. Their knowledge and quality of work is top quality . Your will be safe. Christian did a great job!!

Kyle and his team were beyond wonderful to work with. They were very responsive to our questions and very transparent with all of their billing and work. The work is immaculate as you can see in the attached photos. These are my photos, but Maurice’s photos turned out amazing! Just spent the morning with Didi, and we’re excited to send referrals to this company and these teams.

Had a phenomenal experience with these folks. In particular, we appreciated how many functions were under one umbrella. No need to coordinate decks separate from construction, separate from railing separate from electrical. They did it all. Every single person who came on site was friendly, skillful, and helped us understand the work they were doing. They were also creative in solving problems and open to feedback. I’d highly recommend them for their customer service and quality work. We had super help from Kyle B. (awesome project manager), Patrick, Aaron and Angel (stellar electricians), Lucas, George, Art, Cristian, Edwin, Landyn, Nick, Chris, Cole, Boyan, Jack, Heath, Seth B., and Collin (super outgoing and talkative!). Project came out great and we will look to these folks for all of our future projects.

Rock Electric performed the work and the guys were wonderful to have at the house. After the work was complete I checked it all over and the workmanship was perfect. Didi did a follow up after the installation, is a great gal and a blessing to work with. Really thankful to have met the entire team. :-)

An Extraordinary Building Experience — Truly World-Class

I cannot say enough about People Come First (PCF) Construction Group LLC and the remarkable team behind them.

My home is Japanese-inspired in its architecture, and what began as a creative exploration with AI turned into one of the best building experiences of my life. AI analyzed my home’s design language and recommended PCF Construction Group as one of the best companies in the world for outdoor structures like arbors and patios. I reached out— pleading—and asked if they would build an AI-designed Japanese arbor for me.

The very next day, Robert Seto arrived.

Rob immediately understood the soul of the project. He recognized that the design echoed a Paifang (牌坊)—a ceremonial gate he had personally stood beneath during his travels in China. From there, he elevated the entire concept, adding authentic elements that transformed the structure into something truly meaningful, including the “heaven/hell” bar that visually and symbolically unified the gate. He incorporated the lantern, the LED lighting, and helped give literal and figurative heart to what became known as The Listening Gate.

Then came the real joy of the build.

When lead foreman Seth Block arrived, the experience shifted from excellent to unforgettable. Seth is one of the kindest, coolest, most joyful master builders I have ever met. His presence alone made every day fun, collaborative, and inspiring. Watching him bring this gate to life was an absolute privilege.

Behind the scenes, Steve, one of PCF’s project managers, orchestrated everything flawlessly—lining up the crew, the stunning cedar, and their exceptional electrician Angel, whose work transformed the entrance to my home into something truly magical. The craftsmanship, care, and coordination were impeccable.

I am deeply grateful to Rob, Steve, Seth, Donovan, and Angel for creating not just a structure, but a memory.

And in a moment that perfectly captures who PCF is as a company: once the gate was complete and illuminated, Seth took the final project photo—and then surprised us all by creating a rap poem to celebrate the completion of the Listening Gate. That joy, creativity, and humanity says everything.

The gate is now sanded, natural, and protected with a high-end clear finish—and it has become a sacred, unforgettable entrance for everyone who visits my home and office.

Thank you, PCF Construction Group, for building the greatest arbor/gate of all time—and for proving that when people truly come first, the result is extraordinary.

What an amazing covered deck and undercover patio Lucas C and George W. of PCF built for us. Lucas is a master craftsman. George is one of the most customer friendly builders you can find. Lucas and George are neat. Both of them worked hard and long days through to complete our deck, exceeding expectations for the build. George and Lucas are the Star Wars Team! More than well deserving than a 5.

We contracted PCF to replace our old deck railings, add new railings with lights, and add a composite accent trim. Everyone associated with our project, from the very first contact, to the final walk-through, were so knowledgeable and professional. Shout-out to Cristian and Calvin who were onsite and did great job. You'll be lucky if you have them on your project.
