Premier helped us get our place ready to rent and they were awesome! Phil was incredibly helpful and checked in with me daily through the work, answered all my questions. Very honest and transparent about what was going on. The crew were so polite and happy to share what they were doing when I went by. It looked much better than I anticipated when it was complete. Definitely will use them again for any work down the road.

Inspite of our home being old with many problems and needed repairs premier pro construction along with icon real estate group went above and beyond what was required to prepare our home for sale.

Rosali at Premier Pro Construction is truly something special. When my husband and I fell in love with a fixer-upper back in February, we had a tight timeline and we needed a gigantic renovation done-- essentially, a gut remodel of a 1914 craftsman in 3 months, plus a brand new basement. All my friends and family told me this would impossible, and rolled their eyes when I said the house would be ready in June, but Rosali went above and beyond my wildest dreams to make this happen. With her budgeting skills, her vision, and her team, we were able to move into a brand new, almost-finished house on time (when just a few weeks before, all the electrical, plumbing, walls, floors, and ceilings had been torn out). Getting the job done is important of course, but Rosali is truly different-- she clearly cares SO much about the work, and she has 10/10 excellent communication with her clients. Our old house has beautiful original details that she took so much care to preserve, like a built-in cabinet which they restored, original crown molding, base trim and windows; it certainly would have been easier to demolish and start fresh, but they respected and cared for the history of the house. When things go wrong with workers, as they often do, she handles her sub-contractors with both grace and fierceness, making sure that every wrong is immediately righted. When we had a power outage on our moving day, a Saturday, she dropped everything and had an electrician out to fix it within hours. She had so many ideas for how to make my spaces more functional and beautiful, and she paid particular attention to our budget, helping to change our plan or make adjustments when we needed to save money. Her unique sense of style sets her apart from any other contractor out there! Everyone told me that a giant home renovation like this would take double the time and cost double the money, but Rosali made sure that neither of these things happened-- at every step, she was thoughtful, kind, communicative, responsive, professional, and enthusiastic. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I'll be singing her praises as I live in this beautiful house for many years to come.

Premier construction group was wonderful to work with. Their bid was extremely detailed so we knew where every dollar was going. They were easy to communicate with and available for all questions. They sent progress reports along the way so we stayed up to date. If I could give more stars I would. I will be using them again in the future

We bought our house and closed on a Friday, and Premier Pro was able to replace most of the flooring in the house before we started to move in on Tuesday. Their work is excellent and reasonably priced.

We also sold a house in Wenatchee, but could not find a contractor available in a short time frame to address inspection issues. Premier Pro came to our property and completed repairs to our 30-year old house including electrical and carpentry within a few days. Their work impressed both us and the new owners.

Rosali with Premier Pro Construction is awesome to work with and your budget, They are very professional and are helpful with suggestions on what to do with your space. The craftsmanship was awesome. My house was totally renovated from top to bottom, new roof, painting, new flooring, taking down some walls to completely redoing the kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, including the bathrooms. My house looks Amazing!

In addition to the quality of workmanship, the things I appreciated most were that they were always available to me, responded to texts promptly, and sent a supervisor out to see the project every time a small stage was completed. I'm happy that I had LATI Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Inc, WA do an attic inspection. The technician went about the significance of radiant barriers and how they might save energy expenses. They also did a complete inspection of my heating and cooling systems, finding a small problem before it needed to be fixed. I have been remoding my house for a few years now. I have workind with a lot of contractors. This company is by for the easiest and most professional I have worked with. Kyle and Jake were awesome. They were able to figure out how to add flashing between the roof and the patio cover. It took some time and Im so appreciative that they accomplished it. During the install. they're was some damaged to one of my pavers. I let Ryan know and he had someone out same day to make the repairs. I will definitely recomend Timberland Patio Covers to family and friends.

We are are thrilled with our new patio cover and are so happy we chose Timberline Patio Covers for our project! We've been in our home for 26 years and have tried patio umbrellas, fixed retractable awnings, portable awnings, etc., trying to get more use out of our modest patio space, but it was always too cold/wet in the fall and winter or too sunny/hot in the summer for us to spend any notable time out there.

It was time for a proper patio cover solution and we found Timberline through web searching and submitted an inquiry through their very informative website. Timberline was very responsive and professional throughout the project, from our initial online appointment, on site estimate, design phase, pre-construction meeting, and final close out. Tyler, Tony, Jessica, Robert, and our ace builder Jeff were all exceptional and were in constant communication with us. Their construction management app (accessed through any web browser or using a phone app) was easy to use and was a great way to manage communications, schedule, progress, and payments. Best of all, our patio cover is of excellent quality, was completed ahead of schedule, and has transformed our backyard into what we always wanted it to be!

Cary is excellent consultant. He is very knowledgeable and gives very detail information what we supposed to start with our deck. He communicates very well and keeps us informed. I would strongly recommend Timberline Services. Great job!

The honest truth is that I don't have a single complaint about Timberline. It was a great experience from day one when I met Dave Hull.We went over all of the preliminary stuff, and that's when things got moving.
After permits were approved, Tony Mitchell came out for a pre-con meeting. We went over items in the contract to make sure that everything was going as planned. Tony was always responsive when I called him with questions.
Then the main team showed up to get started, Mario (Poppo), and Kyle (The Professor). They were always on time and worked so well together as a team. They put up my patio cover in one week. That's the main structure. Of course there was much more to this project, such as one free standing deck around a big swim spa, and another deck attached to the house with a grand staircase. They get along so well. The amount of work they get done in a day is simply amazing, and it is done to perfection! I enjoyed having them out here. Mario was great at communication, which is key when you are constantly making changes. I added so much more to this project as time went on. Mario would send me a change order, and of course a cost increase that I found very fair. That's on me! I can't say enough about the quality of work. It is absolutely beautiful!
The guys from Rock Electric, Eli, Seth, Don, Thomas, and Ace were a pleasure also. They worked so well together and busted out a ton of work in short order.
The final install were the railings. Hunter and Edwin did an amazing job. The rails are beautiful and heavy duty. They turned out perfect and look awesome.
The experience with Timberline was great. All of the guys on this project got along well and seemed very happy in there job. I didn't witness a single negative thing or see a bad attitude.
My advice to future customers is to have open communication and expect to make some changes that are going to cost you a little more. Pick the minds of the guys working on your project and ask them if they have any ideas. They've built many of these projects. I added a lot of electrical when Seth and Eli shared their ideas with me when I asked them. Poppo and the Professor also had great ideas. My common question was, "If you were building this for yourself, what would you do differently? Overall, it was a great experience and I don't have a single complaint. Best regards, Brad Tofthagen
