Two Maids did a great job deep cleaning my house. They were prompt, professional and friendly ensuring we had a good experience starting with the prep call to obtain particulars regarding our needs. The cleaning experience was just as detailed as they cleaned under and around furniture — even those hard to get places. When we use them again we hope to utilize the same cleaners!!

A usual house cleaning turned out to be therapeutic!

This was my first time using a cleaning service, and the experience was fantastic! From the initial phone call—where Tamara was incredibly patient and walked me through all the details—to the day of the cleaning, everything was seamless. The crew arrived on time, full of energy, and left my home absolutely spotless. (The floor was so clean I could literally slide across it!)

The dopamine boost from the cleaning has lasted for days. Every time I walk on the floor, see my gleaming faucet, or glance at the stainless microwave, I feel calm and zen. Definitely money well spent!

I requested a one time deep clean. Booking completely online through text and email was a breeze. Tamara texted me when she was 25 minutes out and arrived with her own supplies. She did a great job and was so friendly and flexible with the order that she knocked out tasks based on my priorities. She is a manager but came out personally to do the clean herself because her team was sick - that's dedication!

We were hesitant to try another cleaning service after two disappointing experiences where we felt we could have done a better job ourselves. But Two Maids completely changed our perspective.

They focus on details which I really noticed and appreciate. The owner, Wesley is also very hard working and professional. I will definitely be using 2 Maids Kent regularly.

I am so impressed with the job Two Maids did on my home! I booked a deep clean and my house hasn't looked or smelled this fresh in ages. The team was incredibly thorough—they even paid attention to the small details like baseboards and blinds. They were punctual, professional, and very easy to work with. If you’re looking for a reliable cleaning service that actually cares about the results, I highly recommend them!

Never again! I contacted Two Maids for a regular housecleaning and want others to know what to expect. Not only do they force a "deep clean" for the first cleaning; they also charge based on SF for the whole house (even though I didn't need the whole house cleaned). This should've been the first red flag. But, I went ahead and booked based on the quote of $523 for the whole house.

I had to make arrangements for myself and my dogs to be out of the home, and was given an estimate of 5-6 hours. I returned home after 6.5 hours to find they'd only finished one bedroom, and three bathrooms. I reviewed the checklist of items they said they'd done and realized they weren't done, so I asked them to leave. I then contacted the office, and Tamara agreed to adjust the cost to $300 based on the SF of cleaning that was completed.

To my surprise and frustration, they charged my credit card $656 (even more than what was quoted!) and when I called back to inquire, Tamara said their policy is no refunds, only re-cleans. It was as if the policy was just invented out of thin air, after agreeing to "make it right". These are downright shady business practices, and there's absolutely no way I'd recommend them to anyone.
