I hired a company for a deep cleaning service that had amazing reviews in my area to get my home in top shape for a superbowl party. I was disappointed in the results I received. I reached out to Two Maids 3 weeks later just to follow up on a regular cleaning to keep my home fresh. Not only were Two Maids half the price for a regular monthly cleaning vs the first company I reached out to for a deep cleaning but the attention to detail and the cleaning they did was far superior then the 1st company I hired and they did everything in half the time. I will continue to use Two Maids in my future cleanings and recommend them to anyone I know. They were professional and the attention to detail was amazing. I couldn't be happier at how my home looks for the price I paid!

I have been using this service for a couple of years now. Team 5, Kathy's team, was recently sent to our home. Team 5 is OUTSTANDING. Her team is VERY THROUGH. My house has never been so clean. They are quick, comprehensive, well mannered, personable and always on time. I only want team 5!

We'd be wanting to have our home professionally cleaned for ages and after our first cleaning with Molly Maids I'm pretty bummed we didn't call sooner! They were great communicators and efficient and thorough cleaners - our house looks amazing! They cleaned things I wouldn't even think of cleaning and made our house sparkle and shine. Very very pleased with our services and looked forward to routine cleanings.

I had a great experience with Candy. Left my place incredibly clean that I could not believe how it looks afterwards. I’m very pleased with her attention to detail, thoroughness, and great customer service.

Horrible experience, the price changed without my authorization and within the change/cancel service hours limitation. Talked to them and they said "I don't know why we send that price... My manager won't agree with the price." Even the same person orally confirm the price with me and the confirmation was in a written email. They ignored the email, the manager was rude, and not even welling to accept the mistake they made, never even apologize. The job was incomplete as agreed. They pull the maids out without my consent or any kinds of agreement.

Molly Maid is a complete scam. Please look elsewhere for your cleaning needs. There are many other cleaning companies out there with much better ratings and they probably won't charge your card double the amount it was so supposed to be charged for. They were really good several years ago, I'm not sure what happened. Molly Maid charged me $875 to clean a 815 sq ft apt that wasn't even that dirty in the first place. No invoice or anything afterwards stating why they charged me that much. For a place that small, it just doesn't add up and also, guess what, they don't clean freezers either! The refrigerator will be clean but it'll still have a dirty freezer. Ha! This company is a complete joke. My bank is currently disputing this as we speak. Once again, please look elsewhere or you could be their next victim. Smh. Do right by your clients Molly Maid, or be ready to lose out to your competitors. Simple as that.

Response to Molly Maid's Response: It would be helpful for others to put on your website that you do not clean freezers. When I spoke to someone they were told what time the cleaners actually came since she thought the cleaners had come before 830a. Also, when the person talked to me about extending it even though it sounded absolutely ridiculous because the place is 800 sq ft and had two people in it that did not create an excessive amount of dirt as they like to say, I told them, not that much longer. They ran with that! This should not have taken more than 3 hours. The extension was not supposed to exceed 3 hours. Absolutely absurd ANNNndddd they were supposed to call me back to confirm which card to use after the cleaning was finished. Hmmm I wonder why that never happened? Could it be because they knew I wouldn't approve of such highway robbery? Please don't believe them when they tell you how supposedly extra dirty your place is which means they're going to take 6 plus hours to clean it. They know what they're doing. They're trying to take advantage of you. Completely unprofessional and very disappointing. There's better out there. Search elsewhere.

Great work, complete and on time. Friendly and pleasant professionals. I could not get hold of two businesses, no appointments even with a week's notice! Molly Maid was online and confirmed appointment, had to do move out cleaning on time for new owners. Definitely recommend!

I wanted a deep cleaning of the kitchen cabinets/appliances and the bathrooms, as well as a general cleaning of mopping the floors and vacuuming rugs. Cynthia and Karen arrived right on time and did a very thorough job, everything spotless and sparkling clean. I will use them again. It is pricey for two cleaners for three hours, but when I think how long it would have taken me, it was worth it.

Molly Maid did a wonderful job cleaning our office. Our kitchen floor looked especially wonderful after they cleaned. The office staff is professional, kind and responsive. They could make a large change quickly. The cleaning staff moved quickly and did a thorough job. I highly recommend. Thank you Molly Maid!

I've been using this cleaning service for a couple of years now, and I can confidently say that they never disappoint. Rossemary & Marcela (team #10) are the absolute best. Their attention to detail is remarkable. They are always punctual and polite. I cannot recommend them enough.

The ladies that came to clean did an excellent job. I could not have asked for better results. They were thorough, detailed, efficient and so very kind. I left them alone to do their magic and they definitely deliver d! So happy that I contacted them.

Thankful for the last minute support that Molly Maid gave us, it made a difference in my daughter's life🙏. My daughter was very surprised and emotional after getting out of the hospital and seeing how clean her apartment looked!

We had just done an insect fog treatment and these ladies came in to help us clean up after. We asked them to focus on public areas of the house and the floors. They arrived and got right to work. They did a fabulous job and were very efficient. They accomplished more than expected in the 3.5 hours we scheduled.

I used Molly Maids for first time in 30 years. Work was very good. Yet, I realized after the team left I have more clutter than cleaning needs. So i will declutter first before I start a twice a month cleaning routine.

I was looking to hire Molly Maid looking for a deep clean prior to photos for selling my house. I called and spoke to a friendly lady that told me they were the ones for the job. She told me that based on the square footage of my house and the fact that is was already really clean that it would cost me between $200-$300 which seemed reasonable to me considering all I really needed was dusting, grout scrubbed and floors mopped. She put a card on file and scheduled me. A week later they arrived it was a older Hispanic lady and her 10 year old daughter that seemed like she didn't even want to be there. Neither of them spoke any English at all. They spent 4 hours at my house. All I saw the daughter do besides sit on her phone was dust the newly installed (that morning) blinds. As far as cleaning the grout they just ran a wet mop over it and called it good. They wiped down the windows and mirrors and left streaks on every one. I was working on other stuff around the house so I didn't keep an eye on them but I can honestly say I have no clue what they did for 4 hours. They left and the house exactly the same(minus some wet floors and streaky windows) as when they arrived. I then find that they charged the card on file for 600 DOLLARS. I figured I'd write a review and hopefully save others from the misery.

I have the same team every 2 weeks, they're wonderful and hard working. Worth every penny and then some.

They found some interesting ways to make my home more efficient, and i feel they pick a new area every time to deep clean without being asked.

My condo is left clean, smelling great, and positive energy which helps me to strive with my life.
