Frost Heating and Cooling installed an air-conditioner in my home in the summer of 2021 in the middle of the heatwave in Seattle area. They did an excellent work, very efficient, quick (the entire job took 1.5 days - first day they installed the air conditioner and did the piping and furnace connection, etc. and the second day they came and completed all the electrical work). Very positive experience and I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Update: April 2024. Since 'Frost HVAK' did such as good job in 2021, I have reached out to the company again this time when my water heater started leaking. They again did an excellent job replacing it with the tankless heater (based on my choice). They were very professional, thorough, hauled all the debris away and explained all the menu options on the heater, etc. The price was also very competitive. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs work done on air conditioner, heater, furnice or fireplace

Roman and his crew installed our AC unit and his price was unbeatable. Was able to come out the day after giving us a quote, just in time for the warmer weather! The unit works perfectly so far and now we can enjoy our home in the hot summer months. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Excellent work by a very professional crew. We had some ductless units installed, and they are not only top of the line Mitsubishi models, but they work very well. These guys installed everything sooner than anyone else, were on time and efficient, and left absolutely no mess. Great job, guys!

Roman and his crew were GREAT!!! I decided to get a heat pump for my house. The summers in Seattle are getting hotter and sometimes smokey, so I decided that getting a heat pump was the best idea. They installed a highly rated Mitsubishi unit. It works great. Roman and his crew are very professional.

We had frost heating and cooling install all the HVAC in our newly built home. The layout is great, and 3 zones work flawlessly to heat and cool our entire home. Vlad and his crew were on time, explained every step, were very knowledgeable, and finished the job extremely fast. There are a lot of places you can go to get HVAC systems and service, but the reason Frost stands head and shoulders above the rest is their integrity, follow through and the way they take responsibility for their work. We had a situation in which one component of the system we bought last year wasn't working (the thermostat) and each time I've reached out, Roman got back to me promptly - even initiating a follow-up when I neglected to. Frost had every reason to say that it wasn't their responsibility, since the thermostat wasn't their product. But Roman has gone way out of his way to help us solve the problem.

This company has CHARACTER. At a time when we hear of so many businesses prioritizing profits over service, Frost HVAC stands out as a model company that still cares about their individual customers. I couldn't be more grateful that we chose Frost last year...best decision ever!

I was in a pinch and almost went with my first option until my contractor, Kevin referred Vlad to me. He is very communicative and gives me options and being a woman, I don’t think he tried to bamboozle me. Vlad made a good impression from the start because of his promptness when I inquired about a furnace replacement. He came over the next morning for a quote and then the next day him and his team was able to get it done AND finish before the time he promised. A month later my condensate pump was filing with water (he didn’t replace this since ours was working when he replaced the furnace). He came the next day to replace it with a new one so now I should be good for another few years. I definitely recommend Vlad and his team!

Vlad and his team came in 2d notice and installed AC for me. Friendly and professional. The work they did was so clean. I got extremely lucky picking this crew. Fair pricing and quality of work. Vlad and his team are top notch! I experienced issues with my furnace after deciding of self installing the smart thermostat. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Very nice and professional people. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Frost HVAC. We had them put in 4 mini splits and we are quite happy with the result.

One of the best things is that they also do drywall work, so they are able to more easily put in ceiling units than others. Our rafters ended up being a tiny bit too short, and they did an excellent job framing it up to look good.

They handled all of the permitting, clearly knew what they were doing, and delivered high quality work. Beyond all that, they were pretty affordable.

Note that the team is mostly Russian so there can be slight communication issues, but they are great professionals and we would definitely work with them again.

They came at the scheduled time and took out the old baseboard and put in the new HVAC system. It looks beautiful. They cleaned up and then the electrical group came hooked it up so all is good. It only took five hours to complete the project and give me cool air on a very hot day and Seattle.

Frost has been awesome on multiple projects for me. Peter and Alex have been great to work with and somehow avoid damaging any drywall! I will refer them time and time again. The help recommend the best systems for my space and make sure the job is done clean and professionally.
