Fast, professional, and great communication. Anytime we need a service done, we always call Columbia. We have used this company not only for our business, but our personal use for many years and I can’t say enough good things. I’d put 10 stars if I could! The quality of the work is unmatched, I’ve been happy with every call.

We bought a new furnace from Columbia Heating and Air Conditioning. Installed within a day by Mark who was so nice, professional and trustworthy technician.
He comes highly recommended and anyone would be fortunate to have him as their heating Technician.

They are 100% worth their 5 star review! I had a full inspection and maintenance done on my HVAC system and they were thorough as can be. Very easy to talk to and had great communication through the whole process, plus the price was very reasonable! I couldn't ask for more when finding a new contractor.

Our furnace gave out right before Thanksgiving and unfortunately we needed a new one. Mark was able to help us quickly to diagnose and then schedule an appt install the new one right after the holiday. My husband and I both felt we could trust him and that we got a fair price. A family member of ours is in the same business and was also able to confirm the information and pricing all made sense and was in line with both fairness and quality. Throughout all our interactions, he was such a great communicator, both friendly and professional. Would call him again in a heartbeat if we had another issue - but let’s hope not! ;-)

Mark and His Father Pat have been taking care of my furnace and heating needs on my house now for about 20 years . They have always been there when I have need them and yes it’s always been in time like this week and it’s cold and it’s snowed out side and the furnace stops working . And you know it’s times like these everybody is busy as all get out . My furnace stopped working on Tuesday afternoon , I messaged Mark and he said he good get to me Thursday afternoon . Which was a lot better than a week most places we’re giving . Mark Called me Wednesday and said he could look me that afternoon. He was here by 3pm . He found the issue spent about 3.5 hours getting everything fixed up . He noticed that there was a small water drips from the condensation tube applied some sealer . Returned on Thursday to make sure everything was working . Which it was . He had to do some major repairs to keep my furnace going because I could not afford a new furnace at the time that was 2016 here we are 2020 and he got her going . I promise Mark this summer I am calling and we’re doing a new system . If your looking for an honest hard working Man and runs an honest business I would recommend Columbia hearing and Mark any day of the week.

We had vandalism to our heat pump and we contacted Columbia Heating and AC. Mark was quick to respond and gave us our options. We opted to do a complete system upgrade (heat pump and furnace). Mark and Jason were professional and very knowledgeable. They got us scheduled quickly and the install went well. We were up and running in no time. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. They did a fantastic job for us!

Mark was quick to respond to our call for service. He was professional and a pleasure to deal with. Our HVAC system had several issues but he had it back up and running in two days. We highly reccomend Columbia Heating & AC.

Mark is absolutely amazing. My furnace went out. He did all he could to walk me through trouble shooting over the phone. He was super prompt in getting out to the house and working to figure out what the problem was. Then fixed it. Super friendly. More then fair pricing. This is my go to guy now! Highly recommend!

My service tech Mark was neatly & professionally dressed. He detected the issue with my heat pump quickly and gave me my options. Mark also gave me information on cleaning my inside unit & took the time to make adjustments for me. I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Columbia!

This was the second company I called after learning that I needed a gas valve replacement on my furnace. When I called, I asked for a quote and the guy I spoke to asked me how old my furnace was and when I told him 3 years, he told me that if I went through the person who originally installed it I could get the part for free because it should be under warranty. A different company I called earlier did not mention this to me and instead quoted me $1.2K… As someone who is new to this process, I am grateful for the patience and guidance from this company. I ended up saving over $1K because of this man’s integrity and exceptional customer service.

Whenever I have an issue, or I need help evaluating my heating and air conditioning systems, I always call these guys because I know they’re going to be straight and honest with me and that they will get the job done quickly and professionally.

Mark did an outstanding job. We contacted him explained the issues and he promptly and effectively diagnosed our problem and put together a plan to repair our issues. He was professional, courteous, efficient and explained each step in detail! He got everything done within 1 day of our contacting him. We would highly recommend Mark for any heating and AC work you need done from small repair to complete replacement and or install! Top notch all the way!

Had a great experience with owner Mark. He was very cordial on the phone, was able to schedule an appointment for the same day, and came on time. He thoroughly assessed our units, explained everything including what work was needed, the cost involved, and got our approval before starting the job. We were very pleased and would call Columbia Heating and AC again.

Hello, I have been using Columbia Heating for over 25 years when Mark's dad Pat was the owner. Pat and Mark have a lovely straightforward honest attitude to their work and customers. Both are kind and fair. Pat saved me $$$ over the years with service and maintenance.

Recently, I had Mark by to see if I could get regular air conditioning for my new house and he determined it wouldn't work. He didn't even charge me for the visit and I appreciated seeing his dad through his demeanor and his candor about what my options are. I will use Columbia Heating for all future needs and know his dad is proud of the business his son is carrying forward. :)

Mark at Columbia Heating will not disappoint you. They provide excellent service, very professional, on time, honest work, and very reasonably priced. Our AC stopped working all of a sudden in the middle of the heat wave, Mark came in the next day and helped us diagnose the issue and offered to fix it the next day after providing detailed quotes and listed what was going to get done. We have been doing business with this company since Mark's dad Pat was still working. All of Pat's professional qualities have certainly been retained by Mark. Mark is very knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. We called him because our furnace wasn't working properly. He said he would come out the next day at 10 am and he was here right on time. We think that is very remarkable considering the weather situation. Mark checked our thermostat and re-programmed it. He also checked our furnace and filter to make sure everything was okay. The service Mark from Columbia Heating & AC provided exceeded our expectations. We reached out after our furnace had been down for a couple days and Mark was the only one able to come out the day of and it was late Friday evening. He came on time and was able to troubleshoot and fixed our issue within 30 minutes. Throughout the whole service, he was very informative, polite and friendly. He wore a mask and took his shoes off upon entering (so polite!). The repair fees were also reasonable and fair, we would absolutely do business with them again and recommend them to others. We have been through our fair share of repairman’s of all sorts and Columbia definitely tops our list as one of the best service experiences. Huge thank you to Mark!
