We bought a new furnace almost 3 years ago, and then scheduled maintenance recently. I could not have had a better experience both times! New furnace runs great - installed within a day and at a very fair price. I called to schedule maintenance - Mark came the next day on time, again at an exceptionally fair price. He also took the time to teach me how to open the furnace and change the filter (what screws went were, etc) because my husband is increasingly not being able to do it. I highly recommend him and his company for their professionalism, workmanship, very fair prices and kindness. Thank you so much!

I called Sunday afternoon about an AC issue and Mark came out immediately on Monday to fix it. I could tell right away over the phone I was working with someone knowledgeable. There was no BS, no extra sales pitches and he got straight to the point with what they could and couldn't do along with estimates. I had the pleasure of meeting Mark. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and personable. He was able to identify and troubleshoot my AC system. He gave me a lot of advice and showed me many components of the system which I should really know by now. He even went out of his way to help me clean the air filters. I recommend Columbia Heating and Air for an honest, reliable and efficient answer to heat pump and furnace repairs.
Mark at Columbia is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work and his expertise and work ethic inspires confidence when you are faced with a heating/cooling problem.
He first diagnosed our problem and then took time to explain the options, which in our case saved us thousands of dollars over previous estimates to repair our system. Mark also followed up with us several days after the work was done to make sure that our system was working properly. If you are faced with a heating system problem try Columbia first, or at least as a second opinion, you could save big like we did.

When it’s comes to specialized balance homeowners rely on professionals to provide honest and competent work. I was told by a large service company that my furnace was on its last leg and I needed to buy a new one.

I sought another opinion through Mark and he told me the furnace is great working condition. He was thorough in his inspection and honest, which rarer than one might expect when it comes to home appliances like this.
