I had called the 3 other companies listed by google before Columbia Heating &AC when my furnace quit working. None of them could get to me 3 or 4 days. When i called Columbia they had and appointment scheduled for an hour and half from when i called. Mark came out and diagnosed our problem in no time. Even taught me how to clean out the fancy air flitration system for the house. He came back first thing this morning with the proper parts. My heat was pumping strong in under 30 minutes. I will always call these guys first from now on. Thank you Columbia Heatin & AC and thank you Mark for speedy service warming our home again. 5 🌟 service for sure.

Mark is my go to for all my HVAC needs now. he was able to quickly diagnose and repair my furnace for a reasonable price. Even when he was out of town he helped me quickly find some faulty wiring over the phone so I could fix it on my own.

On Christmas afternoon, (Friday) I made more than 8 calls to local businesses who advertise 24/7 emergency service. I either got no answer or was told no technician would be available until Monday. My 94 year old neighbor's furnace had gone out and it was 54 degrees in her home. Mark at Columbia Heating answered the call; came out the next morning and did the repair. He took time to help us understand what the problem was and how we could manage it if it happened again in the future. Within a few hours the house was warmed up to 70 and he had a very happy customer. Thank you for your honest, prompt and compassionate service Mark. You will be recommended to all our neighbors!

It was snowing and my furnace wasn’t working when I got home from work. Columbia heating was at my door in about 90min. A short professional diagnosis, the part needing to be replaced was in his truck and soon my family was warm again. Thanks Mark and Columbia Heating!! You should have every confidence in using Columbia. I have their sticker on my furnace for an easy call in the future.

Mark was able to squeeze me into his very busy schedule, within 24 hrs, during the current heat wave to fix my broken AC. He replaced the capacitor, and checked everything else, to make sure it operates properly. My house is now thankfully nice and cool again! I highly recommend him.

Mark was great and came out the same day to look at our furnace. He wasn’t able to get the parts the same day but came back during the snow to get it repaired. He was able to get our furnace and heat back on during the snow storm. He had great customer service and we would highly recommend him.

Excellent service. We had an emergency and Columbia fit us into their schedule. Mark was fantastic and worked late two nights in a row and got our furnace working just before the weekend! He personally went above and beyond. 5 Stars, we will stay with Columbia in the future.

When a rental-property furnace that was only two years old was not operating during Snomageddon, I needed service quickly to ensure the safety and comfort of my tenants. I found Columbia Heating & AC through a Google search. When I called to inquire about availability for a service call, the owner, Mark Bjorkquist answered immediately; he went the extra mile by scheduling a same-day, 6PM appointment to diagnose and repair the issue.

Mark showed up at six on the dot and quickly got to work . He quickly found the issue and explained what was causing the issue. During this investigation, he found numerous problems with original installation (incorrect vent installation, incorrect drain installation, incorrect vent connector installation - angled so it would not drain and not tightened so it was leaking in the cabinet resulting in rust and no filter at all for the unit) and provided a clear explanation of each correction he would make and provided a fair price up front to get the system back in excellent working order.

The repairs required PVC piping and fittings (for the vent), hose clamps (for the connector), sheet metal (for filter bracket fabrication), properly-sized furnace filter and hanger straps (to correct the drain issues); all of which Mark had in ready supply in his work vehicle.

Once he had a plan for repair, he corrected each issue with attention to detail that was, unfortunately lacking by the previous installer. One hour later, he called to inform me that the system was back on line and running better than ever.

Mark’s skill in diagnosing, communicating and fixing the problem on-time and quickly is unmatched in our area. His professionalism and integrity has earned a new and permanent client. Contacted the company on a Sunday through an online inquiry. They responded the same day which was great. Scheduled the appointment for the next day which they showed up at the scheduled 2 hour window convenient to our work schedule. The fees were very competitive to couple other quotes we got. When they got to our house quickly addressed our issue with no surprise fees. Wife was at home and she thought Mark was very professional and friendly.
Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

I would give this company 15 out of 10 stars. Mark made a special saturday call to help out my father in this heat. Didnt expect anyone to take or return my call 8am Saturday. Mark did and saved the day. Not many contractor's/repair companies i would feel comfortable working in my home around my family. Great company with integrity. Columbia Heating installed my home with an AC system at a very affordable price. The system was installed years past and is working perfectly year after year. The Team at Columbia Heating took extra time and care with every detail doing a very clean and quality installation which was amazing. Great communication, prompt service and fair prices. Mark patiently answered all my questions over email and text, arrived on time to do the job himself and answered more of my questions about our new furnace at the end of the installation. Mark had the expertise and experience (25 years in the family business running 50 years strong) we were looking for and it shows in our small but mighty new furnace! Returned my call within minutes & fit me into busy schedule in middle of heat wave to look at our a/c unit which quit working. Mark, Owner, was punctual, professional & quickly assessed burned out part. It was fixed within less than an hour. Don’t call anybody else, Columbia Heating & Air is the best! Mark is super nice, professional, very responsive, and goes above and beyond to get things fixed right. He fixed our furnace when it broke last fall and now repaired our A/C. The pricing is more than reasonable (WAY LOWER price than another quote we got), great value for the excellent customer service that you’ll get. Also good about following Covid-19 safety precautions. 5 stars.

Mark come by our office building to repair the AC. He worked diligently on the roof in hot weather to ensure we had the parts we need and get the job done. Mark is personable and efficient and cares very much about his clientele to make sure they are treated fairly and taken care of. Overall excellent service.

My AC went out on a Friday night, I called all over for someone to come out on Saturday. Mark returned my call right away and said he could come out the same day and that he would be here at noon, he was on time. He diagnosed the problem right away which made me a very happy person. He had the part in his truck so there was no downtime. He was here for about an hour and by the time he left my AC was fixed. I would highly recommend this company and Mark to anyone.
