Tree reviews in Kent, Washington

Above and beyond. Had some much needed maintenance done on my birch and fruit trees. The three man crew did an awesome job. They were on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.

I appreciated the field technician Cody explaining to me the service he was about to do. He answered all of my questions and the most important thing he did not leave a mess for me to clean up. Thank you

Josh and crew trimmed our large maple tree. They did a great job, the tree looks beautiful. They got rid of all branches and debris. They also trimmed some branches from other trees.

Great experience! Tyson is a very knowledgeable arborist. He did a site visit and gave me helpful recommendations to address my concerns. He followed up promptly with a quote. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Dan, Austen and the team were great to work with. We had an emergency tree removal need and they were quick, professional, pleasant to work with, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend working with them.

I can't recommend Davey Tree Company enough! They recently completed a two-day pruning project on our property, and we are beyond impressed. We have a diverse landscape with mature trees, including a large pine and birch, several maples, and a row of arborvitaes that provide privacy. Davey Tree's arborists clearly understood the unique needs of each species.

They took exceptional care with our large pine and birch, carefully shaping them to promote healthy growth while preserving their natural beauty. The maples also received expert attention, and they even pruned our large rhododendrons with precision. Our arborvitae hedge looks fantastic – they expertly shaped it for optimal privacy and health.

The team was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything they were doing and answered all our questions patiently. They were also meticulous about cleaning up afterwards, leaving our property spotless. If you have valuable trees and shrubs that need expert care, look no further than Davey Tree Company!

Dan, Zack and Chris did a great job taking down dead trees while keeping the rest of the trees undisturbed. They are professional, thoughtful, calm and knowledgeable. Appreciate the hard work. Tyson, the manager did a great job with the assessment and follow up. We have been using Davey for over 10 years now. Thank you for what you do.

Good job by Jake,Ethan,Nate,& Lacie. They did the job quickly and cleaned everything up. Easy to work with.

Lead Dan and crew-Larry, Devon, Tyler & Caleb did a good job over 3 days, were very respectful and open to comments and cleaned up very well!

The crew did an amazing job with a tree removal, they were communicative, friendly and I appreciate the cleanup afterwards. Thank you Dan, Larry, Nate and Kayleb !

Davey Tree is fantastic. We recently had some long overdue work done by the team at Davey. Austin, the arborist who walked our property listened intently and offered great suggestions to the work we were considering. Our project was involved and happed over the course of a week. The field team led by Cael were incredible. They were methodical, professional and took great care of our property as they were removing debris. They are knowledgeable about what they are doing and they focus heavily on safety as they do their work. We have experienced several other companies that offer these type of services, but none of those compare to the way the Davey team executes. We highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

What a great experience with Davey Tree Expert Company! We have several dozen trees on our property, mature and young, and several needed pruning, shaping or staking, We were impressed from our first contact with sales rep John, who carefully and thoroughly assessed our trees, provided a detailed proposal, and successfully intervened in a difficult situation with a neighbor whose tree was impacting ours. The crew members, Jake and Cael, were skilled, efficient, and friendly. They generously shared their knowledge about pruning and best practices as they worked, which will help us care for our trees in between annual visits. Kudos to the crew for a job well done, and we look forward to working with Davey again.

Larry, Nate, and Tyler were pros, worked quickly and efficiently, and went the extra mile to make sure we were 100% satisfied.

Our fruit trees hadn’t been pruned for 20 years so we had Davey Tree do the job for us. Excellent job by Larry, Nate & Tyler.

Our 25' locust tree had split down the middle during the recent storm. The team at Davey sent an arborist the next day after my call, and the day after that, the crew came out to take the tree out. Dan, Larry, and Kaylub were on time, professional, friendly, and very efficient. They left me with mulch, lots of firewood, and a clean workspace. I also appreciated that they used electric chainsaws. I'll call them again next time I need tree work done.

My first time to try out Davey Tree and was impressed with Josh and his crews’ professionalism. They took great care in removing hazardous maple branches. Did an excellent clean up job. Davey is bit on the high side in their services but their professional attitude, care and understanding of tree health was worth it to me. Will ask them to return in the fall for other tree trimming needs.

Had a smooth experience with Davey Tree for some tree trimming on our property. We scheduled an appointment for someone to come, received a detailed estimate via email, and then had some back-and-forth communication about details and timing. Once we accepted the estimate, the work was scheduled on a date that worked for us. Although we are not tree experts, we are happy with the results. Everybody we interacted with from Davey Tree were very professional and pleasant!

Dan and Ethan completed a second round of trimming on my view trees by expanding my views, protecting the trees' health, and adhering to all City of Seattle regulations. So unlike other area "arborist" companies.

Karyn was helpful and communicative when scheduling. Austin came out and did a free pre-storm tree assessment. The good news is the tree I was concerned with is low-risk and no work was recommended. I appreciate a company that is honest and doesn't try to sell you on a service you don't ultimately need. If I do need tree work, I'd contact them again!

Recently had Davey trim a few trees and remove a few others. The work done by Jake and Nate was excellent. They were very kind and seemed to know their stuff. Austin quoted us a few weeks back and was great with communication. I would definitely use Davey Tree again!

Great service by DAVEY Tree. Dan, Larry, Tyler & Kaylub came to my house to remove a fallen tree that hit my garage & did an amazing job! After they cleaned everything up, you couldn’t see that there was any destruction at all. I will definitely use you in the future & will also recommend. Thank you all for the great work & my peace of mind!
