Tree reviews in Kent, Washington

We have a mature landscape with a wide variety of trees. For the last several years Davey Trees has partnered with us in keeping our trees healthy and beautiful. Last week Josh, Nate and Tyler did an outstanding job trimming, shaping and even climbing some of the Douglas firs to remove damaged branches. My pride and joy magnolia looks absolutely beautiful. I appreciate the strict adherence to safety precautions.

The crew that came today, Dan, Larry, and Kaylub were a real team. They striped ivy from a 50’ fir and disposed of it without a trace. Then trimmed the ivy back from the tree to prevent further growth. Cleaned up the site so all we had left was a new ‘clean’ tree.
Great work for a challenging job.

I had some branch removal on the Douglas furs in my yard. Davy Tree sent Dan, Larry and Kaylub out to do the work. They were very professional and highly skilled. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend.

The Davey Tree team of Dan, Larry and Kaylub came to my house in West Seattle. They thoroughly trimmed back a Douglas fur and now the wind flows through it safely. They were good about telling me what they could do with the tree and how much would need to come off. They also reassured me that the tree was healthy and that we would just need a yearly check in on the trees all around our property. they cleaned up all the debris on my property as well as my neighbors property and left that place spotless. I will continue using Davey Tree.

Had such a good experience. Jake & Nate are friendly and knowledgeable. I had a huge elm hedge to trim and Nate was careful and listen to my concerns. I hired Davey tree for over 20 years now and never disappointed . Nate & Jake come highly recommended. Great Job!!!!

Nate, Jake and Ethan with Davey Tree Service came to my rescue today when they removed a very large Douglas fir tree that had fallen on the roof of my house. They were professional and hard working and did excellent work. It was much appreciated. And thank you to Austin for coordinating and scheduling everything so quickly. I would highly recommend them. Thank you very much!

I had such a great experience with this arbor company! Dan and Larry found me through ChipDrop and were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They were super friendly, incredibly accommodating, and made the whole delivery process so easy.

They placed the chips exactly where I needed them, and were really mindful of my property and animals. You could tell they genuinely cared about being helpful, not just dropping a load and rushing off.

If you get the chance to work with Dan and Larry, you’re in good hands. I’m so grateful for their kindness and hard work. I recently moved to this property and have a lot of trees needing to be removed and I will definitely be reaching out to them for that project as well! Highly recommend this team!

Excellent service , easy to work with, stuck to the pricing that was given before hand. Highly recommended!

The service was great. They did more than I asked and the price was fair. I would use this company again. Definitely 5 star service

We just watched them do removal of huge cedar tree/trees at our neighbors absolutely impressive. The whole team! Very cool to wach. Excellent work.

We just had Justin come to remove our dogwood tree along with the stump. He did an excellent job, cleaned the area and removed all the debris. He was very courteous, and I wouldn't hesitate to high him again.

The exceptional ‘over the top’ care with High Top tree service must be shared- After a strong windstorm a rather large tree had fallen and created quite a mess. Closing 1 lane of traffic and tangled in powerwires. This being a first for me, I didn’t even know where to begin for help. Luckily, living on a busy street an employee of High Top tree service drove by. Rather than passing like countless other cars, he stopped and offered to help right there on the spot. Not every day do people take the time to help others! He literally put others in front of his own needs! At the time the power company needed to deal with the power. Afterwards we called High Top to come back out and evaluated the integrity of our remaining trees. The outstanding service continued when a real person answered the phone, scheduled around MY availability and arrived on time. The professionals at High Top provided a thorough review and advised exactly which trees were concerning while discussing a plan. It was without any doubt I was going to hire High Top without bother of additional quotes. My quote was more than fair. On cutting day, once again, I continued to be amazed by work done with skill and talent while addressing concerning trees aiming at my house. One cut at a time the trees were meticulously thinned and removed with care and caution. Cleanup was ridiculously good too! Thanks High Top tree service, you Are and Will be my #1 recommended tree care service.

This is one of the best tree service companies in the small business industry-- which of course is better to support as opposed to franchise...
On time, friendly, constantly in communication; answers to any any and all questions quickly
Affordable and thorough
Definitely will be using them again, every time with any of my tree needs!
They took care of my needs for my yard to look pristine again.
No stumps, and my wood was chopped to the size of my liking and is usuable for the fireplace...
Thx Marcus!!!!!

Excellent tree service to sum it all up. I can't be more happy with the finished work very reasonable prices and very professional workers! Thank you Bigfoot tree care I will definitely call you again in the future!

Bigfoot tree care does exceptional work, on time, and cleaned up as if I never had my trees cut down. My front yard now makes my place look like a whole new house. I recommend Bigfoot tree care 100% to tackle any tree problem you have and the price you surely can't beat around town. I'm definitely going to be calling them in the future, and happy I did!

Marcus came to our house last night in Kent to remove a hornet nest that had formed on the eave of our 2nd floor (window outside our 6 month old’s nursery). He was very reasonably priced. Brought his tree gear and safely removed the nest. Very friendly, even FaceTimed with our curious 5 year old nephew who had some questions about hornets 😂 Also, he was quiet and our 6 month old was sleeping in room inside window and she didn’t make a peep!

Plan on working with him to skirt our tree (branches getting very close to house and roof).

Highly recommend.

They did an amazing job, tree cutting is definitely a form of art, Manuel is very talented. Highly recommend them, and their price can not be beat.

Great work taking down my large shrubs the were rotting and trimming branches that were hanging over my property from my neighbors trees.
The owner really cares about his work and it was a pleasure talking to him. The quote he gave me for the job was extremely reasonable and I recommend him highly.
