This company continues to disappoint me. They promise they're showing up & they never do. Communication is terrible. Weeks go by w/o resolution. Promises & more promises are made w/o follow through & on top of that, very poor workmanship. It's never right the 1st time around & they always have to come back to correct whatever they messed up or missed. Terrible in every aspect.

Great service all around. Extra shout out to Shilly who took special care of my project and made sure everything was taken care of with the highest of standards and in a timely manor.

"Thank you so much for sending Cory and Ben to track down the source of a big water leak through my second floor dining room ceiling during a recent rainstorm. They were totally organized, knowledgeable, thorough and systematic in tracing the likely source back to a lack of caulking in the third floor housing of a fireplace directly above the dining room, and they also checked all the other possible intrusion points as well. Throughout this process they were courteous, careful and patient. It is great to know Maintco has such competent and personable people to help us when we need it!*

Great service, help me to renovate my bathroom after a flood. Great communication and helpful with Marcela, my project manager.

Maintco did work for my property manager on a water leak. $30,000 later, the leak was fixed, some sheetrock removed, and a few other things done. Definitely not worth the money.

Takes them a week to reply to an email. Insurance approved the project and nothing gets done for over a month. Promises to send an estimate, yet it takes them longer than they promised. Would not give me full estimate for the project so they can charge extra onto me. I ask a question through email, 1 week goes by without any answer from them. I can guarantee you, you can find better contractor.

Our complex used Maintco to fix water damage that was caused by another unit. About a week after they rehooked up the washing machine for us, it mysteriously flooded our condo. They claim everything was hooked up correctly and claim no responsibility, but we have never had the issue happen before or since.We will hire another company for repairs this time but we believe Maintco to be liable for the water damage and are investigating the
Issue.

Stay away from this company. My husband and I had a terrible experience with them. They told us that we had all of these change orders instead of just constructing the interior of our home as planned from the original bid. They did this in order to make more money. When we complained about the cost over run at the end of the project, Mike Royal, (owner) took us to court to sue the money out of us. He was beyond terrible and I hope people will heed my warning. This was a 450,000 dollar project back in 2000. He also had a terrible project manager that allowed subcontractors to run amuck with their pricing. What should have been agreed upon from the original bid was thrown out the door. It felt like we were getting taken to the cleaners with everyone involved with this project.

Shilly and her team were amazing to have as a project manager! Great communication, prompt and addressed everything that I brought up! She went above and beyond! Highly recommend her!

Maintco did an absolutely perfect job repairing a section of drywall that had sustained damage from a leak from my upstairs neighbors. They were on time, fast, efficient, and communicative. I will absolutely call/request Maintco the next time I have a drywall or other maintenance issue. Thank you Maintco!

My wife and I have used Maintco for two major remodels, as well as numerous smaller projects. Our experience with them has been excellent. The owner, Mike Royal, has been in the building/remodeling business for over 30 years and really knows what he is doing. One of the key strengths of the company is their relationships with their subcontractors. In our experience, their subs are very experienced and do high quality work. Getting good subs during busy times is always difficult, and having working relationships in place with subs is key to getting the work done right and on schedule. A construction business does not stay in business for 30 years by doing shoddy work, and the subs are often the key. Maintco is not the least expensive contractor in town, but in our experience they get the job done, and if it isn't right, they keep at it until it is. We will not hesitate to use them again.

Work was completed in timely manner workers were clean and considerate and left bathroom looking perfect. Project manager Shilly Sumampouw was very helpful and available through the whole process. all and all excellent job.

Had an issue at the condo and I thought it would be a big problem to solve. Thank you Shilly Sumampouw who helped me out on fixing it and made my life so much easier without worrying about it. Shilly is the project manager who did an amazing job getting it done in a timely manner. She is a pleasure to work with.

We had a second leak! Bummer. We are very pleased with the work Marcela and her team accomplished. Of course, would prefer not to have needed it, but given the circumstances we couldn’t have asked for a better team.

Avoid this company if you can. I've had to deal with them twice thanks to an exclusive agreement with my condo complex. Quotes come in much higher than their competitors, work is rarely completed on time, and tracking down invoices for insurance is an uphill battle.

From the initial identification of the source of the leak in my condo ceiling (heating system in the unit above), to the repair of drywall and repainting of the entire ceiling of my living/dining area, MaintCo demonstrated experienced, efficient,and courteous service. The mitigation crew, drywall/painting team - led by Jairo - and project manager, Marcela, helped bring order out of chaos ahead of schedule. I’m very pleased, and I would not hesitate to call MaintCo in future, should the need arise.

When Maintco was contracted to repair the aftermath of water damage repair in my unit, the manager Shilly was very communicative and accommodating while Jairo and his crew quickly completed the work with high quality.

I've relied on MaintCo several times in the last 2 years for some troublesome water leaks. Each time, they handled the remediation, source detection, and finally the repair of the leak itself and the damage to our home. Dan on the leak squad side, and Doug on the repair squad side were great, as were all members of their team: plumbers, drywallers, and especially painters. Very professional, clean, quick, and determined to 'do it the right way once' while also being flexible to how much disruption these kind of emergencies can cause a family. We've got some remodeling in our future, and we'll call them back for that for sure. Thanks everyone!

My Condo complex in Redmond has used Maintco for many years. They do excellent work. Fair price and reliable. Owner Mike Royal is in charge of his company and makes sure things run smoothly. Very professional company. Great office staff too. Friendly and efficient. Several year ago, there was a roof leak in my unit and they did excellent work repairing and repainting. They have replace several wood decks and their work is excellent. When we have any kind of a problem, the first person we call to get bids from is Maintco. I would highly recommend Maintco.
