We hired Contemporary Home Construction and I would say they did a good job. They provided me with a free consultation, which helped me understand my options and figure out the best way to proceed. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do, but they were able to help me decide. They also served as a one-stop shop, handling everything from drywall hanging to painting. That was helpful when it came to getting everything done on time. I was glad that the team was able to stick to the timeline and complete our project as promised. I think that's a real accomplishment. I'm also glad to say that their work was high quality. The walls look nice and the painting job is excellent. I could tell that the team had plenty of experience to draw from. It was a relief to have everything taken care of with minimal fuss and I have to admit that the end result was better than I was even hoping for. All in all, CHC did a good job and delivered on their promises. I do appreciate the results. The price was also reasonable for what I received, so that's a plus. Would recommend them if you need work done. They are a good honest company. For painting services.

CHC remodeled 2 bathrooms for us after we had water damage from a broken pipe. They did an excellent job, making both far nicer than they ever were. They gave us excellent advice, so we were able to get the best value for the money, buying items where we found the best deals, locally and online. CHC took care of demolition, construction, plumbing, electrical and clean-up, and they were very flexible with timing, working around our vacation plans in the Summer. The individual doing the work had first class skills, really great craftsmanship, making suggestions that provided an extra level of elegance in the final outcome. Also a very pleasant individual to work with and trustworthy as we left him home alone to complete the work. Visitors to our home often compliment the bathrooms. I intend to use CHC for some other remodeling we have planned, and I highly recommend them.

Great work from CHC. Starting at design time, CHC talked me out of some hair brained ideas and recommended most cost/quality efficient alternatives to tackle my projects. The team has good set of previous sample work as reference designs to guide me through the proposals, and they turned out well.

I don't leave reviews unless they're very positive or very negative... My experience with CHC and Siamak were far better than I expected going into this project. I had a few estimates where companies were trying to take advantage of me (or very poor estimators) as they were 5x the proposal CHC provided. Siamak was a great communicator, timely in responses, helped provide suggestions to make the project as cost effective as possible while maintaining my vision. His team was very respectful and did a tremendous job. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
