I called Rez Construction when I came to know that one of my buildings has been several damaged due to the wind storm in November 2024. From the get go, they were very responsive, understood the situation, quickly engaged with the work.
They coordinated with the insurance to get the ball rolling. They completed the work in under 3 months despite their busy schedule, especially given the amount of damage the building had.
Due to their effort, we were able to quickly move the business tenants back in, leading to minimal disruption to the business.

One thing I really appreciate with Reza is their timely response. In my previous experience with contractors, I find it very challenging to get hold of them, but was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness. Its so great to be able to call the contractor and get hold off them (not some receptionist without context or voicemails that never be returned).

The quality of the work is great and we passed all our inspections with flying colors on the first attempt. They did extra flooring work and paiting work that tenants requested, which was not in original scope.

Hopefully not, but if I ever encounter a tough situation such as this, I will certainly reach out to Rez Construction again.

The flooring installation did not meet my expectations. Several boards were scratched before installation, yet they were still used. The alignment is off in multiple spots, making the room look uneven. Cleanup was minimal, and I had to remove leftover debris myself. The installers seemed hurried and did not pay attention to detail. Considering the cost of the project, the final result feels careless and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service to others.

First, I had a contractor who took an insurance payment and did nothing for 3 months, called Rez Construction and he started working the same day even without payment. Rez Construction worked well with my insurance company. We had a 120-foot tree crush our home and our contractor worked well with my homeowner's insurance. He was able to give me a completely new roof. His employees are top-notch professionals that do a great job. Due to other damage, Rez Construction gave me some great ideas for the inside repairs. The new bathtub, tile, and window were installed and looked beautiful in my first bathroom. Had to have many rooms repaired due to the tree crushing our home. If you want a company that will work with you and with your insurance, this is your company. You won't be disappointed. This is a super dependable family-owned company. They do top-notch work and great to work with. Very professional and there to take care of your family's biggest investments. Highly recommended Rez Construction for your next job.

Tulio really went out of his way to help us out; our roof was leaking after a bad storm and he came up the next morning and took care of it. Did a nice job. A pleasure to work with him, and I would be happy to do business with TL Remodeling again.

Tulio and his team did a fantastic job at a great price. With all the drywall repair we faced after updating our electrical we just assumed our house would be coated in dust while the job was underway. This was not the case at all. Tulio and his team not only did quality work, they were also exceptionally tidy and left our house clean and habitable every evening during the job. I highly recommend their drywall repair services.

Think twice before you ask LeviArs to do anything but floors. Depending on the project, they use a number of subcontractors (which is okay); however, their ability to manage their schedule and quality of work is seriously limited. Based our project, this is mostly because the owner is the only one that does project management and he is too busy and distracted to properly manage it.

Our project was supposed to be done in 2 weeks and we are pushing 6 weeks. The painters had to be changed because they were inexperienced. LeviAri had a bring a new crew (which were much better). However, they had to redo everything which delayed the project. Still the color they used for the trims is off compared to other trims in the house and no plan to fix it. We are still waiting for them to finish painting.

In a few occasions, we had to go back and forth with contractors and LeviArs about what exactly they need to do. For example, the cabinet installer said he can’t drill holes for the handles (to his credit he finally did and was much more sympathetic). They were supposed to replace the toilet; but they told us they can’t install the one we bought. We had hire someone to do it!

In summary, if you don’t want lots of headache and delayed project, think twice/three time before you ask LeviAri undertake any project beside flooring (they are very good at flooring, hence the rating). If you decide to move forward with them, ask for a detailed project plan as well as build clear penalties for delays. Also, if you are asking for any design, make sure you have a design in writing ahead of time to a level of detail that even a third party (I.e. a contractor) can understand it without you or LeviAri owner is present.
