We had an excellent experience remodeling our home back in July with Luxe remodeling. The quality of their work and their attention to detail is very impressive. I loved the 3D kitchen and bathroom design they provided, it was great to have a clear picture of how my kitchen would look like before the work starts. After our kitchen and bath remodel we hired them for floor replacement which was another great experience. I am very happy with the result and absolutely recommend this company.

We are very happy with the quality of service we received from Luxe Remodeling. The craftsmanship was superb and exceeded our expectation. We would definitely recommend them for any high-end remodeling work and would surely go back for our next project.

We hired Luxe Remodeling to remodel our master bathroom last year and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish the experience was great. They were so friendly and really listened to our ideas. Nasser even gave us tips on what materials would work best and stay within our budget.
Nasser and his team were so professional. Every day, they showed up on time and kept the area clean. Nasser is incredibly smart and creative, we had a plumbing problem before the project starts, he took the time to explain everything to us. He showed us what caused the issue and why it needed to be fixed, and how he planned to solve it. His clear explanations always made us feel confident about his work.
The bathroom was even better than we imagined. Even now a year later, we still love how everything turned out. It’s become one of our favorite part of the house. I highly recommend them.

Naser did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. He gave a fair bid and he was upfront about unknowns with our subfloor damage He has amazing attention to detail and it shows in his work. He finished the project ahead of schedule. We will definitely use him for future projects as they arise.

Naser provided a great quality experience for my kitchen remodel. He handled ordering the supplies as well as install. The one issue I had was with communication. He is very soft spoken and I had trouble interpreting what he information he was asking me for. After we came to an understanding though his work was impeccable. He held both his work and those who helped him to a very high standard. I would encourage others to use this company for remodeling work but make sure you are very clear on questions or info you communicate and clarify what Naser is asking.

Luxe Remodeling is a great choice for home remodeling. I recently had the pleasure experience remodeling my three bathrooms (main, guest, and half), and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
Nasser was extremely skillful and patient as I navigated the process. He communicated well with me and understood my wish list, at the same time to advice it from the viewpoint of professional. We looked at five contractors for completing a total bath remodel in one of our most important rooms, our master-bath. Looking at contractors for skill and trust creates apprehension at best. Anyone can appreciate we were keen to get the job done to our satisfaction – the first time. We made the right choice in our contractor! Nasser at Luxe Remodeling did not disappoint us in competency, price, and trust. Now we have a beautiful five star master-bathroom we will use for a long time to come. Nasser has an eye for detail and design. He is professionally skilled, meticulous, methodical; a perfectionist. His pricing was very competitive. As we worked through the project, Nasser and his crew quickly communicated confidence in their skills and standards of excellence, not for just the appearance of the project, but, equally important, the unseen workmanship behind it. We are completely satisfied with our master-bath project and the contractor, Luxe Remodeling. We will be choosing Luxe Remodeling for our kitchen remodel.

I worked with Luxe Remodeling for my home remodel and Nasser (GC) and his team were absolutely the best! It was a full home remodel (2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, hand railing, replacing interior and exterior doors, remodeling two fireplaces, treating wall texture, full home repainting as well as LVP flooring and carpet).

The project was complex and involved removing multiple load bearing walls, as well as transferring the kitchen to make an open layout, nevertheless Nasser handled every stage of the project with great professionalism. All the way from the demolition stage, working under permit, framing, electrical and plumbing work, to the final touch ups, Nasser demonstrated great grasp of the many details that go in construction projects, knowledge of the city codes, and unmatched attention to details (even for details that get hidden behind the walls!!).

One thing I really enjoyed was not only how well Nasser supervised his team to ensure high quality craftsmanship, but how hands-on he was, working directly on many parts of the project himself and demonstrating his great experience. He’s a true magician!

During the project Nasser showed up on the job site Every-Single-Day!! Ensuring supervision for all work done at the home the entire time. Nasser also went above and beyond in supervising work that was done at the home outside our contract (e.g. HVAC system replacement, and building a french drain around the home).

At the start of the project we shared designs for what we aspire for our home interior design, and we got exactly what we dreamed of! Luxe remodeling is definitely now my go to recommendation for any future home improvement project!

I hired Luxe Remodeling for a second project this year which is to renovate my ~450 sqft backyard deck and yet again Nasser did a phenomenal job! The project included redoing the decking boards, the railing as well as many parts of the deck framing including the support posts and the ledger board connection to the home.

Nasser handled the entire project with excellence, ensuring that all parts are done with high quality and meeting Kirkland building codes.

In addition and since it has been more than a year since my previous review for the full home remodel I did with Luxe Remodel I wanted to provide an update that everything at the home continued to function without any issues or leaks whatsoever! It's great to have a piece of mind with quality craftsmanship from Luxe Remodeling!

I am very indecisive, so Julie spent alot of time creating moodboards and sending kitchen remodel ideas/pictures and it truly helped me hone in on a design. Miki and his team did an amazing job. They worked very efficiently and followed all covid procedures. My husband and I are planning to remodel our entire basement and I will definitely be hiring Elevated to come back!

We are so happy with our kitchen remodel by Miki and Julie of Elevated Home Remodel. The space is beautiful and truly elevated our home while still feeling timeless and cohesive in our traditional home. They took our design and added thoughtful touches that made it feel custom and special. Making design decisions can be overwhelming, and they made the process so much easier. We had such a wonderful experience working with Miki and Julie on our Kitchen and Bathroom remodel. They, and their whole team, were so helpful throughout the process and handled all of the challenges that come up during renovations so well. It was so exciting seeing all the amazing designs come to life in our home.

They helped us open up our kitchen and really bring the house together. Now it's a place we can gather and enjoy. We really love the design that Julie created for us and the execution of the project by Miki. All the little finishes have been so exciting and made our house feel that much more special.

Our bathroom was a challenging, small place but they came up with solutions and improved it so much for our daily needs.

The Fix4U crew were excellent to work with, especially in the midst of this crazy Covid-19 world. They were extremely professional and did great work getting our kitchen repaired after we suffered water damage.

Fix4u is a great company to work with. I hired them to paint two rooms after we enclosed a door we no longer needed. They provided an estimate and completed the work on time and budget. I would recommend them in the future.

The service was provided as stated.
The workers were on time, considerate, friendly and worked very hard.

MIki is very responsive and provided a very reasonable cost for our basement remodel. We had a flooded basement and we had to strip to the bare walls. Fix4U was able to restore the basement to what it once was and live able again.

I used Fix4U as a subcontractor at my previous job and they did a fantastic work! our customers were super pleased, and the work was done in a timely manner and to the highest standards. I highly recommend them and will use their services if I’ll ever need repairs done at my own home.

I was in a 15 month distressed situation when Fix4U found me through an online plea for help. After a serious kitchen waterleak, which took out sink/dishwasher, cabinets and hardwood floors, it took two phone calls and 3 months for the team from Fix4U to put us back together. I have so much empathy for anyone who chooses to go through a process of a remodel, and ends up with an unscrupulous contracting team. Either way, your hope for a positive outcome can be dashed if the other parties intentions send your effort sideways.
I would recommend Fix4U to everyone I know. I thank them so much for their truth, honesty and for working for me, not against me.

I had a water damaged kitchen in October 18th, my home insurance company recommended FIX4U to fix it. I hired them, and they completed wood floor, new cabinet, and countertop. They did a wonderful job for us. I am so happy with their job result. They are so kind, responsible and finished on time. I strongly recommend them in the future.
