Hired LeviArs a year ago for a full house renovation, very happy with the quality, communication and fair price, for replacing my kitchen, floors, stairs and remodeling 2 of may bathrooms .
Also buying the hardwood, tiles, carpet, and countertop from them, I got a great discount that helped my budget to renovate other things in my house.

We recently hire them to do some floor work. Basically, we need 1) install hardwood floor. The sand it. Then paint it. So the new floor can match the existing floor. 2) Install vinyl floor in laundry room. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and their competitive price. Highly recommended!

We have Leviars team’s help with carpet removal, hardwood floor extension as well and trim and baseboard painting. We absolutely love the results! Leviars members are very professional and very friendly. In addition to the impeccable craftsmanship, Nicolae and team are also very responsive to any questions we have. LeviArs is a great one stop-all shop for your housing projects. We used them for both the flooring and kitchen projects. They are awesome especially in flooring. Nicolae was also a big help in getting the kitchen project done which was more complicated with all the plumbing and electrical work that needed to be done. But they have great network of professional plumbers and electricians so you don’t have to worry about anything. They were a bit behind in their schedule and communication could have been better but it happens during busy summer. Overall highly recommended!

Davyd and the whole team was very professional, kind and extremely helpful. I love my new floors and the carpets on my staircase. Davyd checked the progress daily, answered all my questions very quickly and the crew worked in my home was great! They did a great job in a very short time. I can not tell enough how happy I am with the result, service, professional attitude and the high quality product!

I can't say enough good things about Luxe Remodeling! They recently transformed my mother's bathroom taking out the old tub and creating a shower with ramp. I’ve worked with contractors three times now, and in my experience, communication is the most important part of any project. On that front, Nasser and Emma were excellent.

There was never a time I couldn’t reach them. When Nasser was busy on-site, Emma was always available as a reliable point of contact. They consistently checked in to make sure everything was going the way I wanted, so there were no surprises later—even with small details.

Nasser is very detail-oriented. With previous contractors, smaller or less visible items were often overlooked, but that was not the case here. I know I can be quite particular—even down to inch-level details—and he was always patient and accommodating.

I also appreciated that they made an effort to offer fair and reasonable pricing.

What stood out the most was the sense of responsibility. Nasser treated our home as if it were his own. At times, he even advised me not to enter certain areas for safety reasons. I was pregnant during part of the project, and he made sure the site was safe before my visits, which I truly appreciated.

Some parts of our project required a high level of craftsmanship, such as precise framing, and everything was executed cleanly and with great attention to detail.

If you value quality work, responsibility, and strong communication, I would definitely recommend working with Nasser. For any future projects, he will be the first person we call when we are ready to move forward.
