Very responsive when I called with a very short timeline to get one room cleaned. Actually came an hour early and a super job. I will definitely use them for the rest of my house and probably my SUVs for detailing. Would highly recommend them.

We called on this company super last minute because we had been cancelled on the day of the cleaning and are putting our house on the market this week. Had our bathroom toilet overflow. A family member highly recommended them and I do, too! I called them within an hour of the overflow and they were able to come the same day. Fixed the water damage, and I had them clean the rest of the house afterward. Exceptional service, gave me a great price, and my carpets feel so nice afterward!!! I'm so thankful for them. I hired Quality Carpet Cleaners after I received a coupon in the Value Pack. Of course, I did my research first, read reviews and learned this truly was a local business. I was so pleased when the owner showed up himself along with a technician. Both men were super friendly, professional and totally put me and my toddler at ease and chatted with us. They were in and out in under 1 hour. Our carpets look absolutely amazing and the price was better than any other estimates we received. I have small kids at home so there were a couple of bad stains that I was worried wouldn't come out, but they hit them hard and my carpet looks new again. I will definitely be hiring these guys again for our once a year carpet cleaning and recommend that you do too!

Great, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable service - something you cannot always say these days about the services we all need to keep our homes looking good. We had our carpets cleaned in our 10 year old home where we have raised our kids and pets; the carpets now look brand new. Sergio and his hardworking and polite teammate(!) saved me money by assuring me I didn't need the deep clean option I had requested. The customer service was great! They were very polite and courteous. However they over promised and under delivered. They said they would be able to treat our high traffic areas with no problem. However they looked the same as they did before they arrived. The guy that serviced the home was quick! As a matter of fact, too quick to do a thorough job. We stayed away from the home an entire day to allow the carpet to dry. Upon inspecting the home afterward, we noticed the carpet had a dirty smell. So my wife vacuumed a portion of the carpet and got up so much dirt. I'm not sure if carpet cleaning is just supposed to shampoo but I expected to get the carpet cleaned also for almost $300. Anyway, they did a ok job.

I hardly ever do reviews but this company is Fantastic! I feel extremely bad for not remembering the gentlemen’s name (pregnancy Brain on my end) but he was extremely professional. My carpet smells and looks very clean. I’m an extremely happy customer!! Service was quick, affordable, and quality. I’ll definitely be using them every 4-6 months.

We had our carpets done today. Three bedrooms, hall and stairs. The gentleman was on time, friendly and professional! He did a fantastic job at deep cleaning our carpets and getting out any stains that were present. It only took him an hour to complete the job and he was very attentive to all our needs.
