Sofia was very friendly and understanding! It was nice to come home to a clean house.

Work was awesome! Only downside was final price was $60 over what i was told and i only learned about the added cost AFTER the work was done.

We just had Sofia’s finish a cleaning on our home and are thoroughly impressed with the communication and completion on the work!! With pets, kids and life, it gets hectic and cleaning is not our personal forte, but it sure seems to be there’s. The ladies take pride in their work and are very kind. Sofia herself was also very sweet! We appreciate everything you’ve done for our home. 10/10 recommend

Sofia and her staff are amazing. She answered her email herself,(not an automated reply) and fit me in last minute. They were up on stools getting the tops of refrigerators and cabinets and things I wouldn’t have thought to do. I really appreciate a real human service. I tried scheduling with the brand names and they just flooded my inbox with ads and no response for scheduling. This was truly a godsend of help when I was just so overwhelmed. Thank you Sofia and staff! I look forward to seeing you again next month.

Sofia's team did a fantastic job deep cleaning our home. We have two little ones and keeping everything clean on top of working and parenting has been very difficult. Hiring Sofia's Cleaning Express is going to take a lot of the extra work off our to-do list!

Sofia's team was incredible. We live in an area that has hard water, and we moved into our home in 2020. It has never been professionaly cleaned. Everything now looks spotless. It also took a ton of stress off me since I work 40-60 hrs a week. A big thank you to everyone that came.

We hired this service to clean our house after moving out in preparation for putting it on the market, including having the carpets cleaned in three bedrooms. Overall they did a nice job. However, there were a few issues.

The main problem was communication, which culminated in the cleaners coming the day after they originally were scheduled without giving us a heads up. There was also a little confusion about the quoted price, which I should have asked to receive in writing to make sure we both knew what the agreed-upon quote was. I don't think the price we paid was unfair, but I was definitely not clear on what the final cost was based on the conversation I had with Sofia.

There were also a few places in the house where small things were missed - for example, cobwebs in some closet corners, bathroom drawers not wiped out, dust behind some cabinets, etc. Most frustrating was that we had asked via email for some adhesive residue to be cleaned off our fireplace which was left from baby proofing foam we had just taken off. The adhesive was still there, which we had to clean off ourselves when we came to do a final walk through. I think this was probably related to the communication issues because they did address some other requests we had put in the email.

If you go with this service, I recommend being very clear and getting everything in writing to hopefully avoid any communication problems like we had.

Jake is the best window cleaner and roof and gutter manager that we have ever hired. He is punctual, tidy and resourceful and does an excellent job . Our roof is extremely challenging and he has done a great job cleaning it for us for years. I recommend him highly.
