What a great business to have at my home! Such a kind, honest and hard working crew. My yard and trees look wonderful. They showed so much care for my plants and house. The biggest bonus, the price! I highly recommend Olban and his family for your arborist needs!

We had a terrible wind storm 2 days prior that brought down over 10 large branches spanning from 10ft to 30ft. Our entire lot was a complete disaster (too much debris for my two 64 gallon yard waste cans) I called 8 companies the day after the storm and he was the ONLY one who answered right away and scheduled to come out within the next day or two. Perfect! (I never got a single call back from any other company local to Lacey which was surprising)
Wonderful crew. Showed up at 830am and done by 10am. The owner was hard working and just really, I have zero complaints. 100% they will be my #1 contact for futures. They even helped 2 of my neighbors on the way out.

We’ve had Sofia’s folks clean our house monthly for over a year now. They consistently do an awesome job. They are friendly, easy to communicate with, and trustworthy.

Sophia’s crew has been cleaning our house for two years. We continue to be completely satisfied with this service. The crew is easy to work with, efficient and thorough. The floors are shiny clean, the furniture is vacuumed, and the kitchen immaculate. Sophia is always accessible and responsive if any questions arise. I would not hesitate to recommend this service.

We are so happy we switched to Sophia’s cleaning company. They are truly on a completely different level from our prior cleaners. Before, I honestly felt like I was mostly paying someone to vacuum because our house is already picked up before cleaners arrive. This team actually does all the detailed cleaning tasks we don’t want to do ourselves — which is exactly why we wanted cleaners in the first place.
We also have a unique setup with a man cave/full bathroom in the shop behind our house with concrete floors, and they didn’t even blink an eye when I asked if they could clean that area too. They have kept it looking brand new and take care of things we would absolutely avoid, like cobwebs and all the little detail work.
One of my favorite things is the thoughtful touches they leave behind sometimes, like sculpting our kitchen towels into kissing swans. It genuinely puts a smile on our faces every time.
What really stands out is how detailed and thorough they are. I’ve never once had to give feedback or point things out because they notice and care about the same things I do — and that is incredibly hard to find in cleaners.
Their pricing is very reasonable, and having them come every other week has honestly improved my life so much as a working mom. We also have a very excited, attention-loving dog, and they have been wonderful with her too.
Communication is also the easiest I’ve ever experienced. One week I asked on short notice if they could add a fridge clean, and they fit it in no problem. When we got home, the fridge looked brand new.
