Excellent customer service.patience and compassion for me.very personable and done in a timely manner discussed as job was performed to meet my needs. Dustin was fabulous to work with. I had an unsafe situation that also affected neighbors safety. Removed part of tree that fell onto roof across bedroom and laying there and rest may have fallen onto neighbors if not removed. So recommended that it all came down and worked with costs for me to consider.He helped with making my claim and sense of urgency to adjuster also. Dustin and crew were professional and safe and cleaned up to my satisfaction. He also came out within an hour of my phonecall to him and got right on task . I would absolutely recommend!

We had a situation where there was tree that was dangerous and we needed it to be removed and they were willing to work with us to remove this tree and keep it at a reasonable cost. A lot of other tree servie company wouldn't give us a hand to help us with this tree and ward services was there for us 100%

I have known Dustin Ward since he was a teenager. He has always been a hard working, polite guy. He is the same way in his business. He trimmed my trees in a timely manner and got rid of some old rotten stumps that just needed to go away. He is very professional and goes above and beyond. I feel very comfortable recommending him to anyone.

Dustin and Lathan were amazing. Very professional and friendly. Was amazed at how Lathan showed his expertise in tree climbing and took care of pruning/trimming both of our trees that were making our dogs sick. Dustin came over and evaluated the situation. Called that evening with the bid, (very fair), and was able to do the job the next day. Worked with me to fix another tree also. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for any other tree service we need. Five star, 10 out of 10.
