I needed a toilet replaced and called West Coast Plumbing. They were very professional and nice over the phone and I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly.
John Kesti came out to give me an estimate, he was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. I was given an estimate which was upfront and there was no pressure at all to make a decision right then. If I decided to go with them John said he could get the toilet and install it that same day. I was very pleased as I thought I would need to make another appointment for the installation.
When he removed my old toilet and installed the new one, he kept me informed as to everything he was doing, I am very pleased with the toilet and it looks very nice and John kept checking to make sure I was happy with it.
I am very pleased with my experience, my new toilet and John was awesome and very customer oriented. I was very impressed with the service and I would highly recommend them for your next plumbing job.

Will and Bill did an amazing job on our mother-in-law house on our property. There was a septic gas smell inside the house that was sometimes subtle, sometimes very pungent but always constant. This is toxic gas which will create health problems & is undesirable to live in. We initially tried to have a different plumber but they backed out saying there were too many unknowns. So then we found West Coast Plumbing Pumps & Filtration who was not intimidated and did not shy away from the challenge of where the smell was coming from. They found a few locations where pipes of a smaller size were shoved into a larger diameter pipe, jerry-rigged with tape. They replaced studor vents & also found more issues with the main septic line, again wrapped in tape. This shoddy work was done during a remodel that the previous homeowner hired.
My parents, who live there, are very pleased and relieved. My dad said that Will was very bright while Bill was experienced and that their strengths complemented one another.
If you've got septic odor, or a mobile home which relies on studor vents, or the remodel of your home was done by Bert & Ernie.. these are your guys!

I called West Coast Plumbing and asked for a quote to replace my water system from the well up. Bill Howell arrived a few days later and gave me a very fair price. We scheduled for the following week. Bill and Levi showed up on time ready to work. They were extremely helpful in explaining everything to me as they progressed on the project. They did very professional work and completed their work ahead of time. They left the worksite spotless and gave me a very good lesson on how my water system worked. There were no hidden costs and I was even given a senior citizen discount.
I was 100 percent satisfied with West Coast Plumbing, and would encourage others to use them in the future. Also, ask for Bill, his customer service is second to none.

Bill and Will were such a pleasure to work with: they were on time for every appointment, very friendly and incredibly patient about answering our many questions. They really “walked the talk” of showing us that they would be there for us if any issues came up or if we had any questions. We definitely plan to have them take over annual maintenance not just for the filtration system they installed but also for the previously installed softener and tankless hot water heater. Needed a new piece of copper pipe because I couldn’t use my new tub spout because the person who put on the old one punctured the pipe with the set screw. Alex came out, looked it over and provided an estimate. He called me back about 2 hours later and said I thought of a way to fix it for have of the estimate, I said let’s do it. Today he came back out and got to work, quickly get the drywall cut and old
Pipe cut off. He made the new piece and I helped him to ensure it was level. He then got to work on installing the tube spout. Well the original one I bought wasn’t working, so I went to Lowes while he got everything else cleaned up. Once I got back, he was finished within 20 mins. I would highly recommend Alex and West Coast plumbing .
Sure, you could find a cheaper plumbing option, but remember , you get what you pay for.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it's necessary to share my experience. I called this company to request a well inspection and was told by the woman on the phone that there would be a $91 service call fee.

When the technician arrived, he completed the inspection — but then handed me an invoice for $350 for a “standalone well check,” bringing the total to $393.44. At no point was I informed that this additional charge would apply.

Had I known the total would be nearly $400, I never would have agreed to the service. I feel completely blindsided and misled. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication.

Bill and Jay did an outstanding job fixing my well problems. They were patient with my questions about my system and walked me through it step by step. Bill’s years of experience are shown in his knowledge and customer service. They are now locked in to speed dial for any further issues that may arise. I would highly recommend them!!!!

Highly recommend! Have a few things needing to be replaced and upgraded on our well. Bill came out fast, gave us a quote plus explained things clearly. He replaced our well seal/cap with one that's easier for me to use to chlorinate the system. Office staff is super nice and helpful when we call. Will definitely use them when we upgrade the filter system.

Another great review for Bill and Clayton. They came out within days, had a great attitude and a huge knowledge base. They diagnosed my problem and provided the solutions I needed to move forward with confidence.

Excellent company. My old sump pump died during our recent storms/flooding. Levi came out and installed a new one in my flooded crawlspace, then came back the next day just to make sure it was working correctly. 10/10, highly recommended.

Candace and at her tech, I had no water he fixed it, and there was something wrong with my power after he left. They came back and took care of it when the company takes care of their customers and gives you good service as a Company, you want to do business with I recommend anyone to use this company. Their service is spectacular.

I highly recommend this company. They addressed our needs asap. The highlight was the crew, they were all so smart and professional and had amazing customer service skills! I adored having them at our home for the week. Aaaaaamazing!
