I have worked with these guys on a new well pump, a new filtration system, and other plumbing jobs and they have always delivered very high quality. Excellent communication, prompt, professional and highly skilled craftsmen. Highly recommend!

I usually do not leave reviews, but, Bill and Mike did such a great job! I have been dealing with bad pressure for years (my own fault), they came in and knew exactly what to do. Not only did they fix my problem they also fixed my neighbors (we share a well). If you are looking for a company that knows their stuff and are super friendly. Look, no, further.

I cannot express my thanks to this company. After an unending headache of working with another company and over a month of no hot water, I contacted West Coast Plumbing and they were so kind, fast, and communicative! I cannot thank Jane enough for her kindness and fast response. The technicians who installed our new water heater were polite and fast. The customer service we received was so appreciated, I wish there were more like them. THANK YOU!!

After our pipes clogged we called RotoRooter. The tech came out all spic and span in his nicely pressed uniform and I realized he didn't want to get dirty. The charges he quoted were unbelievably high and he wouldn't give us an estimate. Luckily I happened on to West Coast's website and decided to call them. LJ answered the phone and agreed to come out that day. He came ready to work and work he did! He had to install a clean-out as there had never been one. He then inspected the pipe and used a camera to find the trouble. He determined it was roots causing the problem so used the "water hog" to clean them out. Success! He was very easy to talk with as was receptionist Michelle. Good job at a fair price. Very pleased and highly recommend.

LJ is the MAN! West coast plumbing was great to work with but LJ is what my my experience great. Needed some work done because there was no water line to our fridge and minor plumbing under kitchen sink. He explained everything he was doing as he was working on everything which made me feel good because I knew what he was doing. I could write a lot more but don’t want the review to be long. If you need any services don’t hesitate to call west coast plumbing. This guy went above and beyond literally I work in sales and let’s just say I rarely see service like this. I don’t know how much he makes but you guys should give him a raise. Wish I could show before and after pictures.

For the past 3 years we have been renovating our dream home on Anderson Island. We have experienced well pump failure, discolored water needing filtration, nonfunctional bathroom fixtures and an odd pipe layout to boot. West Coast Plumbing, Pumps and Filtration had their expert technicians out to our place right away. They clearly explained the options and pricing upfront (in writing), then did the job right. We have been 100% satisfied with all of the work performed and cannot speak highly enough about the friendliness and competence displayed. We have worked now with two different plumbers, Ean and LJ, and I recommend them both without reservations. They treated our home as if it were their own and worked cleanly and safely at all times. This is the people you want working on your home.

I had called out 4 different companies to come and give us an estimate.
West Coast Plumbing was the 4th and final one to come out.
I had kinda resigned to the fact that we were just going to some how borrow the money to get the water main fixed.
The City of course says it needs to be done within 30 days of some kind of leak being noticed by us the homeowner. Our water bill jumped up by $600.00
Long story short, John from West Coast Plumbing came out to take a look. John not only thoroughly took a look at what we already dug out , but told us he can't say for sure until he can get a better look. John said the first thing that needed to be done was have 811 out and to mark all the lines so nothing gets accidentally hit while the digging is going on. He said he would proceed to write me up a estimate that covered the minimal to the worse case scenario. It was very detailed and answered all of my questions.
I decided to go with West Coast Plumbing. Not only was John very knowledgeable, but professional and friendly.
He was also the only one that said 811 needed to be out before anything could be done. It was better to be safe than sorry.
John called 811 and they were all here and done the same day.
I was not charged for the trip out by John, it was a free estimate.
I was told by another company it was a free estimate and then charged $150.00.

I just can't say enough about John and West Coast Plumbing.

Michelle who initially set the appointment up was also very helpful and very nice.

We also got a Military discount.

Our washing machine was leaking water, but it was coming through the floor/wall. West Coast Plumbing reached out to me through Angie's List, and was out to my house within a day or so. If there was any delay, it was on my end.

Joe came out, was very professional and helpful. He asked before he made any changes or modifications. He diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue very quickly (some piping had come loose within reaching distance). He gave me two options, with price points: 1. he could fix it, and I would be charged a baseline amount, or 2. I could deny further service, it wouldn't cost me anything, beyond some plumbing glue. Joe told me what glue to get and how much it would cost. Boom. Problem fixed. I will call them again if I have any plumbing issues.

An amazingly good experience. We found out about a broken water line underground while we were in Texas. Called Western Plumbing and their service technician, John, kept us apprised every step of the way throughout the repair. From the locating of the leak, through the digging, all the way to photographing the "before-during-and after" repair, it was a very confident feeling we had about the operation. John was very professional and thorough. Michelle, in the office, was also on top of the process and was very helpful and "calming" toward us. Obviously we were concerned, being so far from home.
"Pleased" just doesn't do justice to how we feel about our treatment by Western Plumbing.

My husband and I had a leak that was problematic and causing our water bill to spike ridiculously high. We contacted several plumbers to come out and give us a quote. The problem was that each one said something different and we’re trying to charge us several thousand dollars! I was finally referred to WestCoast Plumbing and LJ (John) came out to check it out. He was incredibly friendly, professional, on time, and knew exactly what the problem was. He returned to fix the leak and did a great job checking his own work to make absolutely certain it was fixed and functional. He made the entire process run smoothly and provided exceptional customer service! AND we saved so much money because we weren’t overcharged like the other companies. We are very happy with John and this company!

Our 15 year old hot water tank started leaking badly. We called every plumbing company recommended by friends and family but we either didn't get a call back at all, or could not get an appointment for several weeks. We found West Coast Plumbing on the internet, and they not only got us an appointment within 2 days, they ended up offering to coming out a day early. John gave us a very reasonable estimate, explained what was needed to meet current code, and gave us information so that we could make informed decisions about our alternatives. He had the new tank (up to code) installed before dinner time. I will definitely call West Coast first the next time I need a plumber.

Alex at West coast PPF quoted quickly and fairly. Bill and will showed up on time and communicated well through entire project. Finished quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up and relayed all pertinent information. I plan on future projects and will definitely be using them again!!

Bill, the service repairman that came out to do my repairs is an outstanding person. From the first time he stepped of his truck I knew that I was going to like him. He has an outstanding attitude,friendly and vibrant personality from the time he stepped out of his truck until he was back in the truck rolling down the driveway. He was the most comfortable friendly repairman that i have ever had and I enjoyed talking to him, It was a relief to have a person come out and do their job with out worrying about being pressured to buy something I didn't need or couldn't afford. When I told him I couldn't afford the bladder tank that he suggested at this time his reply was I understand. It was a relief not to have to argue why I didn't want it at this time. When I can afford it I will most certainly buy it from you and I want bill to come out and install it.
We were without water for 4 days thanks to Beacon plumbing who had the worst technician and the company has the worst customer service and attitude. Thanks for sending Bill out to do my repairs on my well. I am so very thankful that he was positive that he would give me water and he was not going to five up until he succeeded unlike Beacon Plumbing that left me high and dry and when asked them if they are leaving without giving me water his reply was yes and we don't give a damn if you have water. They took my money and gave me nothing in return except a poor attitude.
I have already had the opportunity to tell a couple of people about my experience with Beacon Plumbing and that I highly recommend West Coast Plumbing. They also had a terrible experience with Beacon Plumbing and when they need your services they are going to give you a call.
It was great to know that their is an honest comp;any with great attitude. My only wish is that I found you before calling Beacon Plumbing and losing so much money that I couldn't really afford. I am new at this business of dealing with aggressive companies and I was just about to give up of ever finding one I could completely trust without wondering if they are taking advantage of me. It was a relief to get the job done and also enjoy talking to a wonderful understanding person while he was doing a great job.

We called a number of plumbing companies for a quote on repairing our main water line. Laura from West Coast was the only one who called us back, and Bill gave us a quick and competitive quote. They were in constant contact as the appointed day approached. Bill and Alex showed up on time, got right to work, finished the job quickly, and spent time with us explaining all the details so we understood the installation and warranty. They were friendly, professional, fast, and charged exactly what they quoted. Great service - great company!

This company is fast and efficient. John is a great plumber with lots of helpful tips and advice. This was the second time West Coast has been to our house since the purchase in July. Both times and each time for different reasons and they have sent very knowledgeable people. Now it's time to call them again for another different reason. I will use this company when it's time for my upgrades. Looking forward to using them.

Being new homeowners, my wife and I were pretty concerned when our well water started to stain towels and sheets. We made quite a few phone calls, only to find that everyone was booked out for weeks - until we received a call back from Michelle at West Coast Plumbing, letting us know that due to a cancellation they could come out to our house in literally the next thirty minutes! They were prompt and informative, tested the water on-site and examined the filtration system, giving us a couple options for solutions. They were able to come back the very next day to install the new tank and parts we needed, which has been a huge relief! Definitely recommend.

West Coast PPF replaced my failing pressure tank for my well water. They were timely and professional with the added plus of quality work for the ancillary connections and wiring. Highly recommended.

I called these guys to see if they could help me fix a few leaks in my pump house. While they were there we found additional issues that I needed to replace multiple pieces of equipment after this past winter freeze. They were able to come back later the same day with all of the equipment and get me back up and running the same day. They even serviced the equipment that they work with normally that I have at no additional charge. These owner even came out with another part found to be needed while the guy was doing the repair. They showed me what was wrong with the equipment and the issues and needed future maintenance. These guys were on point, very good with their communication, explained everything on each step, and showed me the damage that I was unaware of. I would definately use these guys again.

Alex w/ West Coast was so friendly and professional, and got the job done in one day even though he had to drive several hours and ended up working into the evening to get our water back on. We are so appreciative and would use them again and again!

We replaced our water filtration and Alex was our technician. Can't say enough great things about him. Very knowledgeable, great energy, friendly and has gone above and beyond. Offered suggestions and walked us through every step of the way in regards to replacing what we already had.
