Fantastic experience! Called for a fairly minor pipe leak under my kitchen sink, and found out the plumbing was not up to code. Marcus worked with my home warranty company to get a complete replacement approved (including an upgraded faucet!) and had everything finished in about an hour! Super friendly, great communication, respectful of home, and I will absolutely use them in the future!

Zach, Marcus and Chrystal were extremely respectful and reasonable. The work they did on my toilet and sink was efficient and stress free. I would recommend them to anyone looking for service from a local, family owned plumbing company.

Had pump emergency (no water) and they came out immediately. So professional. Got me taken care of ASAP. Fair pricing. Would highly recommend.

Excellent work! We ONLY contact John’s plumbing and pumps for our plumbing needs. We’ve had them install a new water heater and do a custom job for a utility sink we wanted to add to the laundry room with water hook up and drain. The technicians provided help with our insurance company by communicating what water heater we needed for our house and usage, and gave suggestions on what should be replaced. They work crazy fast, prices are fair, and the work they did for laundry room looks great! I can’t say enough good things about this company. Thank you Bryan and team!!!

We have had good results from John's Plumbing and Pumps in the past, but not presently. I wonder if they are under new management. We had a flood in our bathroom. I turned off the water main and called John's Plumbing. They came out the next day and repaired a short metal hose that went from the intake valve to the faucet. It took about a half-hour to fix and another 15 minutes to see if there were any further leaks. They charged $445. I questioned that amount and asked for an itemized invoice. They informed me that they do not itemize invoices. I find that unsatisfactory..

They did another great job for us. Their work is reliable, timely and thorough. They are always my first call for plumbing problems

Replacing a kitchen faucet resulted in two leaks in the cabinet under the sink, which the plumber said is not unusual. When he came back after the weekend to fix it, he said “I don’t have the right tools” and “I don’t do this kind of work anymore.” What?! He said they would call shortly to schedule another tech to come out the following day. I did not receive a call. I ended up hiring Olympic Plumbing Technology to finish the job. Their tech said no special tools or skills were required. In all, I had a kitchen I couldn’t use for a week, and the project cost me $1,000.

This company is amazing! I have had the best of luck with them. They are knowledgeable, friendly and wonderful to work with. I love them!

Able to see us quickly, diagnose the problem, come up with a plan, give referral for what they couldn't do. Got the job done professionally even with an older home that had additions and questionable prior plumbing. Hopefully will not need to use a plumber again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call them again

Danti clearly explained all the possibilities of what may be causing issues with the water pressure from my pump for the irrigation system before beginning his review. When it was identified that a leak in the irrigation system was involved, he provided a referral for a potential next step for me. Very friendly and professional.

A while back we had a severe drop in temperature and since I had not replaced the heating elements in my pumphouse, ice formed in the pump rotor area, damaging it beyond repair. John's got someone on it right away and a new pump went in that is humming along just fine.

DJ was honest and upfront about everything. Which is appreciated because you can tell when someone has no clue about the water heater situation (me). Will be doing work with this company again.

For years John's has been responding to my rental's needs and my personal home's needs. They have always been great at responding and giving suggestions and recommendations. I am so glad to have them on my 911 list for plumbing services.

I rarely do reviews but on this one I had to cause it still hurts. Had a shower leak which was draining to my level 1 ceiling, on to my dinning area. Called the company on April 4 and they sent a crew that same afternoon. The plumber came in, did a diagnosis, got the access where the leak was from and even gave me a quote which I came to find out it was inflated after I vetted several plumbers in the same area. Got charged $410 on my credit card that same day, for them coming to do a diagnosis😥. We mutually agreed on a follow up in two weeks to come and fix the leak. I called few days prior to the date they were to come in to confirm the appt, the lady that I spoke to told me I did not have appt scheduled. She went ahead to say she will fix the issue and apologized (I just thought it was a mishap somewhere but I did not feel satisfied). Anyhow, Monday came, the day the plumber was to come and reinstall bathtub drainage system. I waited, and waited, and called the company again. Was informed there was some confusion somewhere on the schedule and the plumber will be coming later in the day. I was really upset when I realized my time was not being valued, and cancelled services with them. There was not even a follow up call for apologies. 😩
