I am flabbergasted at the incredible (most honestly), clean, efficient, informative, unbelievably decent price i have received from American Plumbing Contractors Inc. and their plumber Lee. I have had a different, popular, local company out to my home 3 different times over the last 2 years fix the same problem, and quite a lot more expensive. I called American Plumbing and Meghan in the office was able to get a plumber out here the next day!! Lee was not only a jolly soul, he was intent on figuring out why I was experiencing the same problem too many times with no lasting fix. He was persistent, informative, determined and just really went way above and beyond what I expected.
I will keep American Plumbing Contractors Inc number on file, as well as the gentleman neighbor who was my support person through this experience. He, too, kept telling me "That was an unbeatable price!!"

American Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. Every interaction has been great.
Gabriel did a fantastic job on addressing an issue in my crawlspace and some valve replacements. He was courteous, explained everything to me, and so quick! He even took time to give me some pointers and advice for a project I had mentioned I was going to do. Thanks!

Needed to replace a main water shut-off that got stuck closed, after I replaced the water supply valve to the toilet. The shut-off went into a wall. Technician was very efficient, courteous & arrived quickly. A little spendy but you get what you pay for, quality! We recommend them highly & will use them again if ever have need. Thank you.

Huge shoutout to John and Gabriel with American Plumbing for the great work they did last week. John was able to find and fix a leak that was causing us trouble for an extended period of time. Gabriel completed a water heater replacement and both of these gentlemen brought us much needed peace of mind. Highly reccomend!

We called American Plumbing for a leaky outside fawcet. Their schedule was full but they made arrangements for someone to stop by and assess the situation. They made time and came out the same day. Erin did a temporary fix and scheduled a time to complete the Job. Gabriel was sent out to do the work. I found him to be very polite, friendly and informative. The work was done and cleaned up and their price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company. They are great!!

I had an emergency situation on one of my home where a water leak was coming upstairs bathroom and into the downstairs ceiling. I called America Plumbing Contractor in Lacey and within hour, the technician John Varley was calling me that the root of leak has been determined and addressed. John was very professional and prompt. Highly recommended American Plumbing Contractor Inc for any of your plumbing needs.

Plumbing - repairs are way beyond our DYI, so we called American Plumbing; our neighbors had used their company and we wanted trustworthy. OK that was an easy fix for a hairball problem (greaseball!) In the kitchen drain. Lee was our quick (same day!) plumber who did his magic and dispatched the clog in very short order. AND helped troubleshoot another drain issue - yay! Good price - worth every penny, excellent service and some great tips for keeping drains working smoothly. Loved talking with Lee - professional and also engaging. Thank you!

Aaron did a great job installing a new hot water heater. He was very professional, knew exactly what needed to be done and answered all my questions. I am very pleased I contracted with American Plumbing to take care of my hot water heater needs.

These guys are service oriented. They explained the issue , the options, and got the job done quickly and cost effectively!
Updated: Called the out again to replace the water heater. They provided information on traditional and tankless. They took care of everything and got us back ip ASAP! Trustworthy!

American Plumbing is the best . Austin has been my plumber and is excellent. Never any high pressure sales, and they willing to talk and explain things and explore all options. Admin staff and front desk phone people also have been great. Prices also very good, for the great quality of work. I’ve done a lot with them, they my goto!

Highly recommend. Aaron was professional, extremely helpful, and an excellent problem solver. He offered tutorials while he worked so that I not only understood what was being done and why, but also so that I could have a better chance at completing the work myself in the future. He came for one job and ended up doing two as he found a secondary issue in the area being worked on. He tested everything to ensure it functioned properly without leaks. It was a job very well done and I’ll be calling American Plumbing again when the other outdated plumbing parts of my home inevitably give out.

We were in the process of moving into a new rental. When using the water we saw some discoloration in the water when using the hot water only. Being concerned if it was safe to drink or use the company we rent through reached out to American Plumbing. Jared came over that very day to assess the situation to see what needed to be done. His findings were that we needed a new hot water tank. Jared came tonight to install the new one. He is so polite and explained everything he was doing so my wife could breathe a little easier. I highly recommend Jared! I can't thank you enough for all your help tonight. Jared definitely worked passed normal hours installing this for us and we appreciate it very much! Jared's customer service is AMAZING! I highly recommend Jared and American Plumbing!

My entire experience with American Plumbing was top notch. Casey was quick to respond and get the job started. John wrote up my quote and was thorough in the explanation and answering any of my questions. Jared completed the install and he was nothing but professional and his work shows his knowledge in the trade. Great experience from start to finish.

I got same day service after I called American Plumbing. John replaced 11 very corroded water nipple valves, replaced a 1/4 turn shut off valve for the dishwasher, and replaced a part in my toilet. He was very thorough and worked hard especially given some of the tight areas in my home. He was honest about some of the potential challenges of the job and was able to get the job done extremely well.

Aerin was a God sent. Able to assess and problem solve my issue stacking a dryer on top of washer and installing it in a very tight space. Special parts needed but fair price for all his hard work. So strong, knowledgeable and very professional. I was impressed!

Marcus Turner was just here to fix a leaky shutoff valve to our toilet. It was a easy fix to him and he didn't even charge us! He was friendly and quick. We would recommend him to anyone who needs some plumbing help. Thank You so much Marcus! Good to see honest hard working people in the world!

Marcus and Crystal are amazing. We called at 0800 and they were at our home by 1000. They not only fixed the propane leak but also fixed the water tank Pilot light. They will always be our first call for service.

Marcus and Crystal provided great service. Our sump pump overflowed in our basement. My husband called them at 0600 am and they had a full schedule but made time to evaluate our situation and then came back and fixed it. They were very knowledgeable about the process and explained to me very clearly what was going on. I had to replace the pump and they gave me as much of a discount as they could, which I really appreciated. I will definitely call Sound Rooter & Plumbing for any additional plumbing services.
