Marcus and Chrystal were amazing to work with! Called at 7:30 am and had my sink unclogged by 11:30. Chrystal was kind enough to keep my updated with Marcus' schedule. I knew when he was finished with his first job and on the way to my house. Great service! Highly recommend!

Very kind people who came within a half hour to fix our crawl space leak. As new homeowners they made us feel very comfortable and explained everything they were doing. They went right to work and truly worked together as a well oiled machine. Such a blessing to have found such a wonderful local business. Would highly recommend this company!

Sound Rooter and Plumbing was great! Marcus and his wife explained everything clearly, and performed the repair fro a cost much less that the verbal estimate. They have my business for all future plumbing issues, and I highly recommend them. Don't waste your time getting multiple estimates, as you can't go wrong with Sound Rooter and Plumbing.

I was surprised that Crystal and Marcus scheduled an appointment with me same day. They were very professional and engaging and immediately diagnosed and temporarily fixed my problem without charging me for an unnecessary camera procedure. The recommendation that Mike Moore plumbing made was appreciated and timely. I will use Sound Rooter to complete the necessary pipe repair.

Marcus and Chrystal were amazing! I called them out to clean a clogged pipe and they were in and out with everything flowing freely again! On top of that they fit me into there busy Monday schedule! They were very professional and helped me get my leaks and neglected pipe repair taken care of very quickly. Did a great job bavkfilling the dirt back into my driveway to prepare it for concrete replacement. They even left my driveway cleaner than before they arrived!

Great Service! Had to call a plumber on a Sunday night...an actual person, the owner, answered the phone and gave a reasonable quote within minutes to come my busted pipe. They arrived within the hour, polite and friendly, shook my hand and seemed glad to be helping me. Took a look and got right to work. Quickly fixed the broken pipe and got my water restored. Marcus and Crystal are the best! Had a leaking water heater on its last leg about to bust. Came out on Saturday for same day estimate. Scheduled within a couple days. Honest with estimate, items needed and provide quality products. The new water heater had an issue so they immediately went and got another. Marcus said "if I wouldn't want it for me I don't want it for you." Friendly, prompt, fast installation (less than 3 hrs and that's with getting another water heater!). Laid down protective walk path and cleaned up after. Definitely would refer him for any project and will have him back for other projects! Thanks

We had a clogged main line and Sound Rooter gave us a quote over the phone. They were at our house within the hour, fixed the problem for the quoted price, were very professional, and informative about the condition of our septic system. All of my toilets backed up late Sunday night, just before Memorial Day, They got here in 45 minutes. Rooter Router said it would take them two hours. Sound Rooter is great. Fixed the problem right away. Very fair pricing. Family run business. Very nice people. Explained what they were doing and gave me suggestions on how to avoid future problems. They are the best. Hire them.

Marcus and Crystal are great! We had to call them on a Saturday evening for a clogged kitchen sink. They showed up within 15 minutes and were efficient and effective! Long story short I was looking for a plumber for 2 days until I found this company. Marcus came out and unclog my kitchen sink and even gave me a couple of pointers I can do to clean my pipe and avoid build up, he even took a look at my water heater and gave me an estimate which I thought was a fair price. Overall experienced was great and DEFINITELY would use them again. Crystal set my appointment btw and she was awesome too!Good people,good company and local business.

Responsive and kind. Great at their job. They fixed a leaky ceiling pipe for me on a Saturday/same day situation. These guys are awesome. We had clogged line at our hotel. We were sold out and needed issue fixed immediately. Marcus came same day and fixed the problem for us. Husband/Wife team. Professional. Really had great attitude. Rarely do you get really nice people dealing with plumbing companies. Plus they gave us 30 day warranty on work done if our lines got clogged again. I will use them in the future.

We went with Sound Rooter because they gave us a quote that included plumbing and repair. They felt like a one-stop shop. The plumbing work they did seemed great. They were quick. The docking of the stars is because of the others they work with. They recommended Robinson Restoration and had a contractor fix the dry wall, tile, and install the new shower. The disappointment comes from communication and work of the contractor and Robinson Restoration (the water mitigation company). The water mitigation company ripped out our carpet and tile. However, they did not keep the tile. They also did not clean the area after they left. We had to call every day to follow-up. Someone was living in the area so it was important to us that they cleaned up after themselves. Hence, we had to spend more and replace the entire tile flooring. The contractor communication was poor. We asked him if it was possible to install a light and hand rail. He said yes, but we had wanted to do it ourselves. We only asked if it was possible. However, he did it and it was added to our revised cost. Around $200 to install a hand rail felt like a lot. The paint got on the lights and handrail so it was sloppily done and the carpet was glued on without underlayment so you can feel how it is uneven. We provided him with carpet that we were not sure matched. He said it matched and that it just needed time to "break-in." It has been months and it still does not match. Hence, you can tell the difference with the "new" carpet. It looks off. You can see the difference in the photos.
