I had Johns do a water heater very professionally done , in a very timely manner, highly recommended

I had moved on from my past experience with John's Plumbing but received an email from them "Could you please take 25 seconds to write a review on Google? It's one of the best ways we have of getting new customers". This after I responded to a previous email "Your feedback please - 25 seconds". They must not have read my first response.

Doing reviews is not my thing but I do appreciate having reviews available, so decided to do my part:

I received an initial bid from John's for water filtration equipment. The size of the equipment was reduced in the final bid but not the price. The installers put John's Plumbing stickers on my water heater and pressure tank, that had been installed by another plumber. The filtration system was not programmed correctly until I called the manufacturer for instructions to do it myself.

DJ and TJ not only gave outstanding service, but went above and beyond that with helpful advice about plumbing and plumbing fixtures. I would recommend them to my closest friends and family.

DJ was technician that came by today to check out our darn leak from outside hose spigot. DJ was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He let us know what needed to be done, an estimate of how long it could take and that it could depend on whether or not he found other issues. Thankfully no other issues, 👏🏽🙏🏽 he did nice and mostly clean job for as messy as it can get. We're happy he kept messy part to a minimum and relieved the leak was stopped. A full pipe needed to be replaced which unfortunately meant cutting a hole in our wall. 😩 while pricing was fair for today prices, it definitely still hurt our pockets. Thank you DJ and John's plumbing great job.

Got me in right away and have great rates. Got an estimate and they fit me in same day to replace the water heater. Excellent service, quick, and efficient.

I recently had John's Plumbing replace my well pump and other parts on the pump house. They were professional, completed the work on time and did a great job. They answered questions about adjusting the settings regarding water pressure and any other concerns I had. I wish I had gotten their names so I could give them the credit. I recommend this company.

The guy’s from John’s Plumbing are my Heroes! They came to unclog my toilet. But they went beyond that, they got a new toilet and installed it. Great guys and great job and cleanup!

I asked John's Plumbing to cover an install under warranty. Even though four months had passed since the install. They showed up and reinstalled the toilet without hesitation and also helped me troubleshoot what other sources of the problem I was having might be. These guys are real professionals and knowing that stand 100% behind their work puts me at ease.

These guys are awesome! Had a pipe start leaking water all over behind the shower down to the basement. Big trouble. They came out quickly, made an assessment and went to work. I didn't have to wait all day and wonder what the damage was going to be. It was all done and ready to use in less than 2 hours from start to finish. They were fast, friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I have been using John's Plumbing and Pumps for 20 years. Last night my well pump failed completely. I called up Johns at 0730 and spoke with the owner. He had a crew at my house at 10 am and five hours later they had replaced my well pump, installed new PVC piping and a state-of-the-art control box. His Crew Chief, Dante, did an outstanding job training his apprentice. I was there for the entire process and Dante explained to me in the simplest terms how the whole system works from the well head to the control box, and then to the pressure tank.

I dropped a tube of deodorant same moment I flushed and oops gone. Called John's and they came same day. They told me all the steps they would have to go through to fix it. I saw a red python slither down pipe and grab tube. Plumber came out and said well you won't be using that deodorant again! They got it with their red snake gadget!!! No ripping out toilet and new toilet and installation! Happy old lady who is ready to ride the porcelain throne again!!! That is picture I was focusing on!!!

John's plumbing is my go to and who I recommend to friend'sand family. They arrived quick and fixed our issue. I have them saved in my phone for future calls and you should too! Reasonably priced and professional! Thanks again!

From the moment they answered the phone to the final handshake, John’s Plumbing was professional, courteous, and skilled. They were clear with their pricing and were the only plumbers that offered a general price range over the phone so we could plan with our budget. They confirmed the appointment via text message and our technician, Amos, called prior to arrival to ensure we had everything required for the install and gave his estimated arrival time. The faucet install took no time at all and he walked us through what he had done and showed us that everything was running fine. We had a last minute water heater question that he was able to give us advice on as well. Everyone that we worked with was friendly and we will definitely use John’s for any future plumbing needs!

The staff at John's Plumbing are very responsive. I appreciate their ethic in that they don't try to up sell unneeded services or equipment. In fact, when I asked about the health of my well pump, I was told that it was old but that he wouldn't recommend my replacing it right now. I still had a 1-2 years life left in it.

My plumbing issue was easily diagnosed. Not a low water issue, not a well pump issue but a very old (10 years past its life expectancy) pressure tank.

The company was able to return within a few days to replace my pressure tank, update my pipes and replace an electrical unit for the tank.

I highly recommend this company, and they will be my go to for any future plumbing issues that may occur.

They need more experienced plumbers. Spent $900 for the toilet was still leaking. Had to go on utube and seal the bottom toilet with epoxy glue to seal the leak. The toilet still doesn’t flush properly. I told them in service review no reply.

I am not impressed. It is very expensive, $400 for 10 minutes to "diagnose" our well, they did not tell me up front. I will use someone else in the future. For 2 quick visits and the second probably because they did not fix it right the first time, I paid more than $800.

Well pump went out. Aaron came out within an hour and had it running again for a great price. He is also going to be helping with my upcoming ADA bathroom remodel. As a disabled veteran, I can honestly say, we need more honest contractors and tradesmen like Aaron.
