Michael was punctual, efficient and nice. We had a septic tank issue and FloHawks came within 24 hrs..and on a holiday no less! I don't know what others charge, but if FloHawks is within a $100 of another company's quote, I'd go with them every time. They seem to care and encourage you not to hesitate to call if the problem persists and they'll come asap.

Absolute horrible service, they called the day of my appointment and asked to push it back a day, then scheduled a follow up repair and never showed up for it. Never bothered to call and let us know, it wasn't until my wife called that they told us they had a technician call out sick and they would call us back if they could get the repair done that day. NEVER called back so we called the following day needing it done as soon as possible because we are trying to list the house and surprise surprise they won't do it on Sundays even when it was supposed to get done the previous day. This is all not to mention the fact that the first appointment we had scheduled for the septic drain the guy who shows up says he can't dig to look for the septic drains due to a medical problem so my wife and I are digging for this guy. Wouldn't be a problem if they had just asked ahead of time whether the lids were covered or not so they could send the appropriate technician. Man I don't even like to write reviews but this company was really bad.

Brian was my service man and what incredible customer service!! I was informed he was on his way, he showed up with a smile and great attitude. He answers all my questions, let me take pictures of what dumping grease down the drain can do. He got off at 5:00 but due to the excessive grease build up he didn’t get done till 6:00pm. Way after his time off. Still a great attitude and very kind. He’s a keeper FloHawks

Steve Hand did a great job clearing my main line. He was very professional. He explained things that he was doing. It was a wonderful experience. FloHawks Plumbing and Septic is a very good company. I highly recommend them.

FloHawks has always been extremely professional, and very communicative. They may be a tad bit on the higher side as far as pricing goes, but I find them to be honest and very helpful. They always answer their phone with a nice helpful, and pleasant receptionist. They always show up when they say they will, and I trust them. I can justify a premium pricing for a premium service.

FloHawks responded right away and set up an appointment for the next day. They called before they came over, and I knew exactly when to expect them. The issue was resolved within an hour. Christopher was super friendly and helpful. It's always painful to call a plumber, but the price was fair and the service was great.

Such great people to work with! One phone call and they are on it! The gentleman who service our property (Josh) was fast and amazing!!! I highly recommend them for all your septic needs. Thank you FloHawks for making a difficult situation easy! A job well done!

Flowhawks service by John was exceptional! What a hard working guy. I am so grateful l, he did everything possible to get our septic tank up and running, left my house at 10:30pm with no complaints. I highly recommend them if you need any plumbing issue addressed. If you have an emergency there is no one better! Thank you John!

John was simply superb! On-time arrival, stayed longer just to explain some elements of the septic system to me, offered advice on how to treat for plugged drains. I had waited four months (no exaggeration) for another company to finish work on a sensor on the septic tank, this was my first experience with FloHawks, they fixed that sensor and all other septic items in one visit and only had to wait one day for appointment! Again, simply superb. Highly recommend.

Kevin was great at getting a bid and project lined up for my home. Jesse came out and did the job in less time than I could ever imagine. He was professional, cleaned our property, and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the project. He was friendly and kind. Highly recommend!

Steve, their technician was amazing. He was very professional, knowledgeable and just an all around nice guy! The reason why I didn't give a 5 is because I was given a "noon to 5" appointment window. After making several calls to Flohawk about when they would be arriving, the technician was finally here by 8 pm. Apparently they were short technicians that day, and they should have conveyed that.

Brian's service was EXCELLENT! He was beyond courteous and pleasant as he explained everything in a way that was simple for Mom and I to understand. Our past experiences with Flohawk lacked the kind of care that Brian demonstrated, but he has restored our confidence. It is our preference that we be able to request Brian for future service calls. Can this be done?

They pumped my tank in Nov. It was grossly overpriced compared to my other service provider who charges me 1/3 of the cost but I went with them because my property manager said everyone was booked and couldn’t come out right away. But then it overflowed in Jan (2 months later) and I had them come out again thinking it might be under warranty. I told them to call me (owner) for whatever issue but instead they got the ok from the renter. Yes they did call me the next day to tell me they were sending out an electrician but I had assumed it was all one “service” since they never called me the day before. They did send me an estimate to replace the septic tank which I thankfully declined because the people I normally go to charged me $2000 less!! So I feel like I should not have given me 2 bills since they didn’t get the ok from me but from the renter. Of course they disagree. But I will NEVER go to them again and neither should you. Beware!! They charged me $1500 for a pump (normal for me is $500) and to replace it, they quoted me $3400 (and I went to my normal company who charged me $1400). they are definitely OVER PRICED. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. You’re welcome.

Everyone at FloHawks has been very helpful and efficient. They're very professional and knowledgeable in their craft. Ryan, Kyle, Russ and all of their team addressed our issue with urgency and were very accommodating to our needs. Thank you again so much!

We were very pleased with the quality, responsiveness, value and punctuality. This young man was very friendly, and said to me "I'm not leaving until we get this fixed" and he didn't. He worked hard and was very kind. I would recommend him and this company to everyone. We chose them because they were recommended to us, and am extremely happy we did.

Returning from visiting our ailing mother, now there was a crisis at home--a water heater that had broken 4 days before. Where should we look? Home Depot or a plumbing company with good reviews? FloHawks had a 4.9 rating from a lot of feedback! At 10am, Kevin gave us a reasonable estimate, depending on how long the job took--and they could do it this very day! My husband and I were amazed and grateful. At 2, we were notified when to expect the plumber. Ryan showed up on time (like Thor walking through the door and taking charge). He was personable and efficient and had the job done in what seemed like a short time! He cleaned up and even took away our old heater for no charge. His work and the cost were an answer to prayer. We can see why so many people have given them a 5-star rating. This job warranted 6 stars!

Tom from FloHawks was awesome. He showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and figured out our issue quickly. Highly recommend Tom at FloHawks. Customer service is everything and We will never use another provider as long as FloHawks is around. Thanks for the great service.

Amazing service from start to finish. When I called and explained to them what issues I was having with my septic tank they were able to give me insight to what it might be and got me scheduled right away. After that they kept me up to date daily with any changes to the scheduling and owned any issues from start to finish. When John arrived to take a look at my tank he was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He showed me right away what was going on and completed the repairs in a timely manner. He followed up to let me know what he found and how FloHawks could help me in the future. I will definitely use them in the going forward to service my septic tank and with all other plumbing issues I may have.

Steven Repaired my septic alarm system, he explained what steps he will do to fix the electrical issues. Results were excellent and I am very impressed with his

Jim from FloHawks did an absolutely amazing job when our septic pump went out 10 days after moving into our house. He was great conversation the whole repair and stayed well into a long day to repair our system versus turfing it to the next available time. The call center staff was also polite and knowledgeable and eager to assist. Overall a great experience , would absolutely recommend!
