We had a wonderful experience using Hardie Plumbing. My husband and I decided to renovate our bathroom ourselves and we were going to attempt to convert a single sink to a double. After doing some research we came to the conclusion that we would leave that to the professionals. I called Hardie Plumbing they came out very quickly and got right to work. I even asked if they could check out a tub spout we installed as it was leaking and they went ahead and fixed it! They were kind, professional and when everything was said and done they walked us through everything they did. We will definitely use Hardie plumbing for future plumbing needs!

Candace was the initial person that I spoke with. She was very nice and understanding. She told me to send her some pictures of my water heater along with manufacture information. She was able to to give me a reasonable estimate and schedule a appointment the next morning.

Jeff Hardie gave me a call the next morning giving me updates on his moves ie picking up supplies and his arrival. He was very professional when he arrive. I had things out his way so he could get to doing the job. Man I tell you he had that water heater installed and things cleaned up after a hour. He walked me thru things to do as far as maintenance and checks. He really did a good job. That team put a appointment together and replace my water heater in less than 15 hrs. Thanks again

Jeff Hardie did an amazing job. Had no hot water in the house for a week or so. called hardies plumbing and they did the work the following day. Jeff and Joanie flushed the tankless water heater and had to do a little clean up work for a plumbing company that installed some extra nonsense. Even did a little extra work by installing some faucets for easy access to the hot water from inside the garage. Very professional and quick! Very knowledgeable and up front with the cost from the start no hidden fees. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs! Water is blazing hot in the house again thank you Hardie plumbing!!

Jeff & his team did an excellent job installing our new water softening system. Jeff took the time to clearly explain the system’s operation and ensured to install it in such a way without encroaching on my parking in the garage. I would definitely use Hardie Plumbing again for our future plumbing needs!

A rare trustworthy contractor. I found the drain line underneath my house leaking significantly due to corroded pipes. Despite it being the end of the work day, Jeff promptly returned my call and promised to be out the following morning. Sure enough, he was there bright and early with his apprentice. They quickly sized up the situation and put a temporary fix on my line to reduce the flooding. Jeff offered me multiple options that were clear and honest. No nonsense, no bs. You could tell they know what they were doing. I could tell these guys are the rare diamond in the rough, so I decided to take the dive and have them replace my house's entire drain system while they were here. The experience was seamless, the guys were great, and you can tell they have pride in their trade and their work. The day after Jeff initially called me back, the other company I had called got back to me with a quote that was an absurd and obvious gouge. What those disreputable businesses don't understand is that, while a desperate customer might hire them in a pinch, that customer would never, ever call the company back or refer a neighbor to them no matter how good the work is, since the business obviously price gouged. On the contrary, Jeff's price wasn't cheap but was reasonable, and the entire experience was a pleasure - the kind of experience where the customer will jump on a landmine for the contractor, brag about them to strangers, and not even blink before calling them back again for more projects. Jeff was quick to respond and was able to give an estimate based off of a picture I sent him. Chris and Cristian came out to do the work and they were friendly and professional . They finished a lot faster than expected. We are really happy with our service and have found a plumbing company that we feel we can trust.

On point estimate!! No hidden charges or fees! Very thorough in communicating from beginning to end. On time scheduled appointment (Very rare nowadays). No high pressure decisions to be made when an issue was discovered. They were very respectful to us and to the care of our home.

Jeff and his team are excellent! Honest and reliable !! I highly recommend them. Accidents happen. An employee of this company made a mistake while fixing my plumbing. They could have hid their mistake. They could have denied that they even made the mistake, but they didnt. Jeff called me right away, admitted they made a mistake, and they stayed at my house until it was fixed! Thank you Jeff and Chris! You guys are my go-to plumbing company now!

I highly recommend Hardie Plumbing! Service was excellent and the rate was reasonable. Jeff is very experienced and clearly knows his stuff. Working with them was a breath of fresh air! They will be my only call for any future plumbing needs.

Honest pricing and excellent customer service. I had Chris come out to replace shower valves in a shower that wouldn’t turn off. Chris explained everything throughout the process and was respectful of my flooring when he entered. When he identified the type of valve necessary he was able to grab one quickly from a local parts store and complete the job. After finishing repairs he ensured that there wasn’t any leaks from the repair and also checked to make sure I didn’t have any leaks in the rest of my plumbing. My house is almost 80 years old and I had a concern about possible subfloor leaks. Chris’s thorough inspection of my meter and plumbing put my mind at ease about the condition of my home plumbing. Second job with this company and there is no doubt they will be the first I call when I require plumbing repairs again. Thanks Chris and Hardie Plumbing!

Not only was Jeff quick to respond to the message I left, he and Krystian were able to come out the same day, on a weekend, to fix the issue. They were very courteous of not wearing shoes in the house, they put down drop cloths to protect the hardwood floors and cleaned up the job site. They kept me informed during the process.

Let me tell you all!!! Jeff is a Master plumber and Chris is awesome too!! both of them knows their skills and crafts💯. They Help me to replace the new water heater and we could enjoy the warm water again in no time. After installation Jeff also helped me to go through all the Maintenance tricks & all. He even went above n beyond and helped us to replace the flushing components for 2 of our Toilets. He charged us super fair price. Both of them are super awesome. He even fixed our shower thing too. Highly recommended. we will be using his service in near future for sure. Thank you Jeff and Chris!!

Michael Lause was our technician, but for some reason, his name was not in the offered list of technicians to recognize. But he should be! He was very informative and did a fantastic job. I was so pleased to have a working septic system again within a relatively short amount of time. Kudos to Michael and FloHawks!
