Let me tell you how nice it was to have Mike come out really assessed the issue and didnt try to add on extra serves that was not needed. My husband and I loved the honesty and determination that Mike showed to help fix our issues with a clogged pipe. I will promote flow hawks to no end.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The technicians were not knowledgeable, they were not honest with pricing, and just overall took advantage. They made the problem much worse and did not follow up to even attempt and fix their mistakes. Just please save yourself the headache and hassle and do not use this company. You will be disappointed and you will spend a very unnecessary amount of money for nothing to be accomplished. I wish I could give them 0 stars!

Couldn't be happier. Ryan was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I instantly knew I was in good hands. Did an excellent job at a fair price and educated me on proper care of my system along the way.

I was having a party of 40 people come to my house and that morning my septic system decided to have issues. NOT GOOD. FloHawks came out and took care of the issue quickly and got things working in good order. They also did a comprehensive check of the system and discovered some maintenance that needed to be done, but wasn't critical to have before the party. All in all, they did a phenomenal job. I'm very glad to finally have used FloHawks for my septic service! Almost 4 years ago I had a very expensive ordeal replacing an entire septic system on a house I was selling in King County. While FloHawks wasn't involved in that situation, I did have a very pleasant, informative conversation with them during that time that sold me on their future services from then on.
Today I was prepared to have the system emptied, but Anthony gave me the good news that I didn't need it pumped for a bit longer.
I appreciate FloHawks working in my best interest instead of going for every dollar on the table. I'll be sure to call these guys again when it's truly time and would recommend FloHawks to anyone.

Mark Davis did a great job. He was on time, friendly, and finished the job and left the place exactly how it was before which is a huge deal in my book. And the total was less than what i was originally quoted due to my tanks were already showing enough for them to get to. I would definitely recommend FloHawks!

The technician was very complete in his review of the problem and was very helpful in discussing possible solutions with us. We were very pleased by the very difficult work and impressed by the technicians willingness to stick it out until the job was complete and approved by us (finished up after 11pm.). The pricing on the job was very fair and within the the estimate we were given. I would highly recommend this company for your in home plumbing needs.

John was extremely helpful in solving our septic system problem. He was determined to find out what the issue was. John took the time to keep trying to resolve our problem.
John also explained in detail what had happened and why. He also gave us extremely helpful information about to maintain our septic system and keep it safe and functional.
In the future if I need any service on our system I will be asking for John.
I hope his supervisor sees this information so he may reward him for going the extra mile in satisfying a customer. John truly cares about his performance in providing outstanding customer service!

FloHawks was very responsive when we were faced with an unexpected septic system issue, and were able to get to us the next day. Zane was very professional, gave some helpful feedback, and was extremely helpful with our questions. We may have been able to find someone "cheaper", but there's no way we would have received the same value. We will definitely use them again for any future needs.

One word: Communication.

Two separate service calls. The first technician to come out was there to do a routine inspection. We have a septic system with a pump and sand filter. The guy couldn't find our sand filter. $396

Second service call was to help locate sand filter, but the communication to the technician was that they were there to diagnose sand filter alarm (can't diagnose sand filter alarm without knowing where the sand filter is). So the technician shows up, and was told by his supervisor 'Kevin' to 'stomp around and poke holes' to try and find the basin lid. After about 45 minutes, I turned to the technician and asked how much it was going to cost us for him to have been there that long, and he said, "Well, I haven't found anything yet, so I'm only going to charge a base rate of $220." I had to go put my 8 month old down for a nap when he left, and my husband was the one who paid him, and it wasn't the $220 as we originally had discussed, he had charged $500.

3ish hours of technicians at our house, $900, and STILL NO SAND FILTER.

I called and tried to figure out why after the first technician came out, they didn't flag our property as needing the next step which was locating services, but when I spoke with Kevin, he said 'dispatch doesn't know anything about the property, they just dispatch technicians.'

I don't know how a company who is supposedly so good to their customers is not communicating well enough between dispatchers/technicians/supervisors.

I read over all the reviews saying they were great and went above and beyond, but that was definitely not our experience. Maybe we're the odd ones out, but make sure when you call that everyone is communicating clearly.

Jim was actually early this morning! When was the last time you had a service call show up early? The alarm started yesterday about 3:00 pm. I silenced the alarm and the light went off sometime early this morning. He could not find any reason the alarm was going off. He reset everything and said the system seems to be operating normally and the tanks do not need to be pumped. He was cordial and seemed to know what he was talking about. Given that he really didn't have to do anything but open the pump lids and check things I was a bit surprised at the price - $244. But given their prompt response and knowlegeable service I would use them again.

Tim Mason was a pleasure to work with and did a great job fixing what wasn’t done by the last plumber! He was pleasant and thorough and showed me the leaky shower valve that didn’t need replacing—just tightening! He also requested a change to lower amount of bid since it was way less work than projected by previous plumber. I am really pleased and feel much more confident about this plumber’s work! Thank you!

May was the most professional service agent.
His courteous demeanor was outstanding.
As he explained the benefits of the install, he helped me navigate exactly how to utilize my risers in the future.
I am extremely grateful for all of the effort he made to ensure my needs were met with the installation and beyond.

Michael showed up quickly and not only did he unclog our septic but he emptied our tank and thoroughly explained the process with us. He did a great job, was friendly, and professional. Thanks FloHawks! Just in time for the holidays.

Eric came to our dental office due to loss of suction in one of our rooms, even being somewhat unfamiliar with dental plumbing he did some detective work and was able to get us back up and running very quickly. He was very professional and upfront about cost. Eric with FloHawks and FloHawks in general is highly recommended.

Had a back up in our line. Contacted Flo hawk and they had a plumber out within hours. Bradley was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our annoying question with such ease and poise. Most certainly by far my favorite plumber. Thanks Bradley for helping us out in our time of need!

Eric was quick and professional. Even though we didn't need a service done this call, as we had successfully fixed the issue. We luckily remembered what the last Flohawks technician told us to check and Eric made sure everything was moving correctly. The technicians are always amazing, informative and perform their trade ethically.
We will call again for our regular service on our septic system and any other plumbing issues.

Not impressed. $200+ service fee, $249/hour, plus the tech came from Puyallup, not Lacey and charged for travel time. The dispatcher did not inform me that Chehalis was out of the service area (they did agree to drop the out of area charge). 1.5 hours of boots on the ground and $750 later, the tech used nothing more than a flashlight to determine I did not have a leak in my wall (have dripping sounds). Their webpage states they have special leak detection equipment and experience and such was promised during a phone call but not evident during the over-priced and underwhelming service attempt. Recommend you look elsewhere for your in-house water leak detection, maybe they're experienced at ground leaks.

John was super helpful on his visit out to my place. In addition to a thorough diagnosis of the problem, I was provided an in-depth explanation of what was looked at and why. This was all very useful information to me as a homeowner that is, although well researched, new to septic systems and maintenance. I am extremely happy with the level of service I received and will be using this company for my future septic needs.

I had a great experience with Michael. He dealt with a difficult situation with patience and grace. He kept me informed each step and pointed out future tangential problems for me to be aware of. And he cleaned up not only what he did but also an earlier mess we made digging to try to find the metal septic cover . I will recommend the company to my friends.
