This review is way overdue. I can’t say enough about Jeff and his crew including Candace in the office. We have had Jeff do four jobs for us after buying our home. All of the jobs were done with a very high standard of quality, but this is not what sets Hardie Plumbing apart. What sets them apart is their care, consideration, respect, and genuine kindness. I can’t recommend Hardie Plumbing enough. I will definitely be calling them again the next time we have a plumbing need. Thank you Jeff and crew.

Jeff came right out shortly after calling him. He gave us a free estimate and tested to see where our leak was and sent our affordable estimate right to our email. Jeff was upfront, professional and respectful. I recommend Jeff and his crew for your plumbing needs.

My water heater died on a Sunday with water through my garage. 😖 Many companies closed & some couldn't come until next day. But within the hour Hardie Plumbing was on the job! The crew's professionalism & the integrity of their work is outstanding!

I rarely ever leave reviews but after fantastic experience with Jeff of Hardie Plumbing and Joani his office manager I will make an exception. On Wednesday evening at about 6:30 I created a bad leak in the feed line to my toilet as I was reattaching the line. I shut the water supply off and got online looking for a plumber in the Lacey area. I came across Hardie Plumbing and read so many positive reviews I decided to call them. To my surprise at 6:45 in the evening my call was answered. I told them my problem and Joani the office manager said she would let Jeff know and try to fit me in the next morning and she told me she would keep me posted. At 8:30 that evening Joani texted me a quote for the job. I got a call from her first thing the next morning and she told me Jeff Hardie would be over around !0am to 11am to fix it. Jeff Hardie called me around 11am to let me know he would be here in 5 minutes. Jeff showed up and and did a very professional job replacing the broken line using a much better system that looks and works great. He did the job for the quoted price and was very personable and professional. I highly recommend Hardie Plumbing. Hardie Plumbing delivered great workmanship and great communication for a reasonable price.

Our experience with Hardie Plumbing was terrific from the start.
They provided a clear and competitive quote for our water heater install and took the time to describe which heater they recommended for the job and why. They were able to fit me into their schedule immediately and communicated with me numerous times prior to their arrival. When they arrived they explained in detail what exactly they were going to do including everything from my breaker panel, to fittings, expansion tank install, drain pan and proper use of routine maintenance of the new tank. They did a great job cleaning up as they went and were extremely professional during the entire process. I will never hesitate to contact Hardie for any future plumbing needs. Simply excellent!

Our plumber from Hardie Plumbing replaced the old gas water heater in our home. It looked to me like a particularly difficult installation, in a small, raised space like a closet. He did excellent work, and the resulting installation looks great. Of course it works great, too! Thanks, Hardie Plumbing.

Updating this review a year later, Jeff from Hardie Plumbing installed three faucet sets for me: One in the kitchen sink, and two in a bathroom. Once again, I was impressed with his professionalism. The installation looks great, and the new faucets are an improvement over the old ones.

Hardie Plumbing moved an existing exterior faucet to a more convenient location for us. The staff, Chris and Chris, were friendly & professional, and they were great about communicating their process. Price was reasonable and work was completed quickly.

I have used Hardie Plumbing for several projects now and all have been done very well. They replaced my main water line, having to go through a rock wall and front yard. While they were here they replaced several outside faucets that were worn out and would not shut off completely. More recently they replaced the faucet in my master bath. Their prices are very reasonable and They have done excellent work in all of these areas. They have been professional but personable and a joy to work with.
