These guys are awesome. We had clogged line at our hotel. We were sold out and needed issue fixed immediately. Marcus came same day and fixed the problem for us. Husband/Wife team. Professional. Really had great attitude. Rarely do you get really nice people dealing with plumbing companies. Plus they gave us 30 day warranty on work done if our lines got clogged again. I will use them in the future.

We went with Sound Rooter because they gave us a quote that included plumbing and repair. They felt like a one-stop shop. The plumbing work they did seemed great. They were quick. The docking of the stars is because of the others they work with. They recommended Robinson Restoration and had a contractor fix the dry wall, tile, and install the new shower. The disappointment comes from communication and work of the contractor and Robinson Restoration (the water mitigation company). The water mitigation company ripped out our carpet and tile. However, they did not keep the tile. They also did not clean the area after they left. We had to call every day to follow-up. Someone was living in the area so it was important to us that they cleaned up after themselves. Hence, we had to spend more and replace the entire tile flooring. The contractor communication was poor. We asked him if it was possible to install a light and hand rail. He said yes, but we had wanted to do it ourselves. We only asked if it was possible. However, he did it and it was added to our revised cost. Around $200 to install a hand rail felt like a lot. The paint got on the lights and handrail so it was sloppily done and the carpet was glued on without underlayment so you can feel how it is uneven. We provided him with carpet that we were not sure matched. He said it matched and that it just needed time to "break-in." It has been months and it still does not match. Hence, you can tell the difference with the "new" carpet. It looks off. You can see the difference in the photos.

Zack came to the rescue when our kitchen sink was clogged. He was very personable and professional. Got the job done quickly and cleaned up after. We will use Sound Rooter again if we have plumbing problems and highly recommend them.

Sound Rooter and Plumbing came to our rescue on a Saturday when we couldn't find anyone until next week. They changed our water tank which was leaking water all over our garage.
They also changed old hoses and secured in case of earthquake. They were punctual, professionals, and very nice. They had us up and running in no time. Cost was reasonable. I would use them again.

Crystal and Marcus came out right away and were very kind. Although they weren’t able to assist at this time we weren’t charged a fee/trip charge and they had a referral name for us to contact. I so much appreciated them coming out right away and their professionalism. I will definitely be calling them for future assistance.

Really pleased with these guys - they answered the phone on the first call, and came right away for a shower leak down into my downstairs ceiling and were extremely helpful with the whole process (which is going to be way more involved because of water damage). On the phone, Crystal was super helpful and explained some different scenarios for the complicated situation. She also recommended a restoration company that was also quick and helpful, and it was nice that they were able to communicate with each other. When she and Marcus came out for the repair, they were friendly and professional, cleaned up, and helped me understand the next steps for the whole process. They went above and beyond, and also explained things thoroughly, which made me feel a lot better, since it’s going to be a long repair process. My new favorite plumbing company!

Zach was outstanding. After five days without use of my kitchen sink and many attempts to clear the clog I was desperate, so I was grateful for Sound Rooter and Plumbing's quick response and that Zach was capable and got the job done. In addition to responsiveness, they are also one of the most reasonable and fair in pricing. Highly recommend.

This husband and wife team, Marcus and Crystal was superb! Their response time to our emergency was very quick and on a Saturday evening at that. Their willingness to accommodate us, which is typically out of their service area, was much appreciated. Not one local plumber responded to my phone call/message. I called early in the morning and Marcus was at my house by 10:30am and had my water heater fixed by 11:15am!

Our septic tank alarm started to go off and I’ve called at least 10 different companies that mentioned that they are all busy and they can’t help me out till like 2 weeks out. I was devastated and by the grace of God I’ve called Sound Rooter and Plumbing and they were able to come out within the next hour. When they got to our location they discovered what the issue was and fixed our issue right away. I thought wow we were so fortunate and so blessed to find such a wonderful people that were willing to help out right away and their prices were unbelievably affordable! The following week the septic alarm went off again and the pump was old and they made the recommendation that it needed to be replaced! As they were looking around the pump they realized that one of the power wire came out and they fixed it right away. I’ve never met such a honest people that were willing to help and not rip us off just because of our situation. Again I’d recommend them over and over again. I will never ever look no more but always use them, because they are extremely professional and very trustworthy and honest people.

After my kitchen faucet failed again after 2 years I had to find a plumber who could replace it. I struck gold when I contacted Sound Rooter Plumbing. Was able to get an immediate appointment for the following day. Marcus showed up at the precise time and solved my faucet issue inside of an hour for a price I could afford. Now my kitchen faucet is under warranty and I am very pleased. Highly recommend using this service! Plus, my new faucet is gorgeous!!

Sound Rooter and Plumbing, LLC is a small business that cares about their customers. I have nothing but praise for the work donein my situation. I had a small water leak that was undiagnosed for a long period of time that caused extensive dry rot down to the subfloor and lower wall. With honesty and great customer service the repairs were made. Now that the work has been completed, you can hardly tell there was any damage done. I'm thankful for the time spent repairing my home. We were recommended to contact Sound Rooter and we definitely don’t regret it. They were very responsive — even over email — and made everything easy to understand.
