I needed my 2nd floor bathroom repaired and my first floor ceiling repaired due to water damage. I looked at about 20 different companies and I picked GTG because they had a combination of the best prices and the best ability to get the repairs done. I am happy with their work, they did a good job. Photo is my bathroom with the new tile floor and baseboards. The toilet was removed and reinstalled also. No pics of ceiling because it’s too hard to see any repairs in my ceiling, which is a good thing.

I had the displeasure of hiring GTG for my bathroom renovation. I had a water leak within the walls of my master shower in my manufactured home, after everything dried up, GTG came in do an estimate. After six months or so with them arguing with my insurance company, I paid them out of pocket to get the damn project started. What did I get for my money? A mountain of headaches and a conga line of problems. Most of the problems could have been caught in the planning stage, if the office staff had more than two brain cells to rub together.

The work they were supposed to do can be summed up as follows: redo the floors, walls, and work with the third party plumber to redo the shower and other plumbing needs. Replacements for the vanity and sink, toilet, and shower. Also, replace the crawlspace insulation and belly wrap torn out due to water damage. A mix of restoration and replacement.

For starters, they came in and redid the floor, which was the highlight of the work. The tile work is well done and is exactly what I wanted.

Then, after the plumber put in a new shower base, GTG came in and redid the walls of the shower and bring in the new vanity base and toilet. Two problems here - first the vanity was too big, a fact the sales team completely failed to consider. They brought up the total width of the vanity, but the depth came up to within two inches of where the toilet would have been. I had to make a few quick choices and we chose a replacement. The toilet, which GTG sold to me, was skirted and the plumber refused to install due to where the plumbing was for the toilet. Fortunately I kept the old toilet, and the plumber just installed that.

Then GTG was supposed to restore the crawlspace insulation and belly wrap under the master bath... but the guy they sent refused to go underneath my house through the crawlspace access door. After working with the managers, I just relieved them of the responsibility but said I wouldn't pay for that portion of the work that didn't happen.

After needing to hound the sales team to remove the work that never happened from the final bill, I paid them and they said if there was any issues they would come back and redo whatever until I was satisfied.

Well the shower wasn't draining, which was the problem that was caused by the third party plumber. To GTG's credit, they did come back and redo the shower. They tore everything out, fixed the leveling, put in a new base, surround, and new shower door. Of course, I had to call them back a few more times to reglue the surround because it wouldn't stay on.

Six months later it's coming off again, and after calling them to fix it, I decided to write this review. They said they would come by to fix it, and they had the audacity to try to upsell me on a tiled shower after they already sold me a glued on surround that, in the end, they admitted it wasn't very good.

They still haven't come by to fix their shoddy work, and I'm saving up to replace the surround and shower door. I'd rather pay someone else thousands of dollars to do the work a third time than continue to hound them, which I'm only guaranteed to get Three Stooges level of bumbling.

Please, for your own sanity, do not hire GTG. It is absolutely not worth the time, money, or headache.

They did a great job! I do not regret having them come and help me. Their attention to detail, promptness, and excellent communication made everything so smooth. Just an all-around great company.

I’ve had a pleasant experience with gtg I had some work done on my floors and they did a great job. Great customer service, timely responses, good communication and the project manager Brent made sure to meet my desired deadline with the vision I had in mind!

My experience with GTG Construction was great How do you turn a negative experience into a positive? Have GTG take care of your mitigation repairs. They were:
Professional, they knew their stuff
Timely, we could always expect them to show up everyday ready to work at 0830
Tidy, always left everything cleaned up
Respectful, always asked if it was OK to start something loud or would it bother or inconvenience us
Hard working, sometimes I had to ask them to stop and rest ( especially Jonathan)
Communicative, always kept us informed of the next step.
Bottom line: We were very happy with them and could not recommend them any higher.

Amazing from start to finish. Forrest got the ball rolling quickly. I was well informed through the whole process. Dakota and his crew were very clean and professional. The finished work was exactly what I had hoped for. Highly recommend.

They did a great job on my bathroom full remodel. They were great at resolving any issues i had during the process as well.

We had GTG Property Services out to renovate our entire house. It was a foreclosed (ray infested) house that needed EVERYTHING you could imagine. The foundation was cracked and and the house was sinking, all new drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and finish fixtures. I highly recommend these guys. They were respectful, in uniform, and communicated very well.

We hired GTG Property Services to do a full renovation of one of our investment properties. They did an amazing job, and I highly recommend this company!

The owner, Gary, was very easy to work with. He was upfront and realistic with his reasonable prices and timeline. He was incredibly efficient, reliable, and trustworthy.

As you can see from the photos, his work is absolutely stunning! I couldn’t be more impressed with the work he did, and I would definitely hire them again!

If I could give this company zero star, I would do it in a heart beat. I believe all the five stars here are fake reviews. They promised they could start my project in a few weeks, but after I paid the deposit and a few months later, they didn't even start working on my project. They even wanted to pay for almost the entire project costs upfront before they would start doing the work. These people just want to get all the money upfront, and delay their work as long as they can. I would never use this company or recommend them to anyone.

GTG Construction was awesome to work with! The estimate and payment were super easy and quick, and they got me scheduled right away. The guy who came out was really polite and professional, and he did a great job. The roof looks amazing now super clean and done fast. Definitely recommend these guys!

I had a great experience with all of the people involved in my kitchen restoration after having water damage. They went above and beyond for anything I needed. Juan, my project manager was wonderful. I would not hesitate to use GTG for future projects. My kitchen turned out beautiful. It surpassed my expectations.

GTG just finished a restoration job that restored two rooms following water damage. All of the employees were professional, friendly and helpful. It took a couple weeks to get the job started but Matt and Johnnie finished the work in 5 days, Juan was quick to provide support and direction. I'd recommend GTG Construction for any project you need done quickly and professionally. We thank God for their exceptional work.

GTG was amazing to work with! From sales; to project manager; to contractor, plumber, tile installer, countertops, as well as the subcontractors for electrical & hardwood flooring refinishing they use. Everyone was responsive, professional, polite, honest, hardworking & patient with my questions & changes.

GTG did a fantastic job with our bathroom remodel and fireplace facelift! Sales team was very communicative about color and fixture choices, and spent the necessary time to make sure options were finalized and materials lined up before work got underway.
Crew was super respectful and went the extra mile to ensure we were 100% happy with every aspect of the project. Our kids' bathroom is now the nicest one in the house by far, and our fireplace is finally updated, no longer looking like it was installed in 2006 (which it was). A world of difference that will no doubt increase the resale value of our home.

We asked Merit Construction to remodel this entryway and cutout into a functioning door and closed wall. They not only were responsive, easy to contact and accommodating, they finished the job ahead of schedule and left the worksite pristine. Everyone we had contact with went out of their way to make sure the job was seamless. I could not recommend this company enough.
