Kai and his team are my go-to guys for anything over my head on my home. Responsive, courteous and effective, I have had them over three different times for differing issues. They have cleaned the moss, cleaned my gutters twice, treated my roof this year and even rushed over when one of my gutters gave way in the middle of a heavy storm. They will always get my first call.

had been searching for months for a company that was willing to clean my metal roof that had not been cleaned for many years. It was full of pine needles and very slimy. After a couple of contractors refused to do it I found Grace Roof cleaning on Facebook. I got a quick quote at a reasonable price. After many questions from me I decided to give them a try. It took a lot of work but the team did a great job. Workers were polite and professional. Took care in clean up of debris from the roof. Could not be more please with the entire interaction. I had my roof and two driveways cleaned. Driveways really past due for a good scrub. Grace worker--Kai--really earned his money. The job took a lot longer than expected because of all the crud, but he hung in there and did what it took. And all for the quoted price. No excuses. No whining. Just hard. Who gives 110% these days? I am so very happy with the service provided yesterday!! Antonio came out to my house, brushed off the patches of moss, blew off the tree needles, cones, and twigs, and put down the moss preventor. He even cleaned up the ground area around the house and garage after cleaning the roofs. Wow! looks great and all done for a reasonable rate. I highly recommend them!!

I can't speak highly enough of Grace Home Services - everyone who works there is polite and professional, and they do wonderful work. We have had them out to clean moss from the roof and do the gutters several times, and they always do a thorough job and leave the property cleaner than before they got there. Recently I asked them about doing some tree trimming around the roof and the backyard. Kai came out to give us a quote within a day. They came out to do the work yesterday, and I am absolutely blown away by the difference. They also cleaned the gutters, treated the roof and did a roof inspection. I couldn't be happier and look forward to working with them in the future.

I reached out to them needing my gutters cleaned on very short notice initially have had my roof serviced for the last 5 years, the owner, Kai, and his crew has been fantastic. Not only did they do a thorough job cleaning out the gutters, but recently they also installed new gutter guards for me and did a very good job installing them.

After reading reviews on several roof companies, I am glad I made the right decision in choosing Grace home services to clean my roof, gutters and downspouts! They did an amazing job deserving of a 5 star rating! To top it off, they included a 3 point roof inspection by a certified technician and sent me the before and after photos of my roof - no more patchy moss! My roof now looks brand new!
