I called three company’s before I called grace home services they all flaked and Kai and his crew responded quickly and professionally I usually don’t do reviews but they were great to my mom for helping with her pressure washing needs

2 star for the post payment service: never respond to me as soon as I paid! My neighbor complained about that they sprayed dirt onto their windows and so I asked them to come back to wash the windows. Unfortunately they didn't reply to a single message after I sent the payment through Venmo..

So I have used them before and they did pretty decent job . Recently I been trying reach out to them to get them over to my mother home. But the front desk or who ever coordinates the schedules seems to be very unprofessional and un responsive. And that why I give them 2 star but regarding there work they are around 3 to a 4 star.

They do such a great job cleanings roofs! Very honest and do high quality work! would recommend!

Came out to clean moss off my roof and gutters too. A+ service and very quick response to emails/text. Will definitely use them again and no second thoughts on recommending to anyone.

I don't know how this company has so many five stars. Here is a list of my complaints.

1. They were supposed to arrive in the morning. With no heads-up, day of they changed the time of arrival to 1pm-2pm. They showed up at 3-3:30pm. My husband and I left to pick-up our children and theGrace team had left, after completing nothing and never texted, called, or emailed me to say why they left.
2. They did not clean my garage roof. After standing on my garage and looking at things, but not cleaning it, I was told that the garage wasn't in the quote. Is my garage not part of my home? Why did they ever get on top of my garage and look at the shape it was in if they weren't going to clean it?
3. A small section of my roof wasn't touched and is still dirty. Not sure how they missed it, but at my height of 5 ft 2 in, I can see it.
4. The gutter that is right in front of the house still has moss on it!

Don't recommend.

So FB has gotten so good that it gave me an advertisement without me verbalizing it! Have needed to get my roof done for a few years now. This FB ad popped up, so went to their site, filled out the contact form and got an almost immediate response. Normally I prefer to call and talk to someone, I am old, and don't like doing everything electronically. However, in this instance, the convenience of doing everything digitally was a real plus. I asked them to reach out on my cell, which they did via text. I scheduled via text etc. I received and signed the quote via email. At first it was more than I was expecting it to be, and then of course, dug around a little bit, and found that those that were 'cheaper' were definitely not better. So decided it was worth the expense, especially for the health of my roof, signed and pulled the trigger. I was not there when they arrived - at work, but my mother was at the house. According to her (and this says something) they were delightful. She felt immediately at ease with main person, they were very professional and efficient. My roof looks amazing, the gutters are clean, and they found 2 downspouts clogged - not anymore. So, side story, we of course kept our dog in the house, which kind of drives him nuts, he is super sweet, and mostly just wants to say hi, and be introduced to new people in the yard. My mom asked the main guy, hey, could I ask favor, it is ok to say no. But the dog would like to meet you. No problem! let the dog out, and he ran right up to the guy, who promptly gave him a good boy and chin scratch, back into the house, all happy and strangers are now approved. This was so sweet. In the process of cleaning up the roof debris, they cleaned all of the flower beds too. Seriously, cannot say enough kind things. When you are woman, and if you are older, it can be stressful to have strange people show up to your house, and I can't stress enough how comfortable they made my mom feel, and that is a big deal. Thank you to this team for taking care of our house at a reasonable price, and raising the customer service bar!

I used Ron and his team's roof cleaning and moss removal service today. The work was excellently done. Ron took many pictures showing before and after effect, and the change was significant. They also cleaned the gutter and did moss prevention treatment, which were much needed and will assure peace of mind for years.

I was curious about how this business operated so Kai agreed to let me come along as they cleaned a roof and installed gutter guards. Since I am a very meticulous person when it involves doing a job right, I do all of the maintenance on my vehicles and home. However, I can honestly say that I trust this business to meet my high standards and would hire them.

The work was done well and they were very responsive! He went around and hand brushed the moss off the roof. I’ve seen a lot of contractors who use a pressure washer to clean roofs which is incorrect way to clean a roof and ruins the roofing materials. They did it properly and my roof looks so much better. He even helped us move a piece of furniture that I couldn’t lift which I so appreciated. :)

Excellent job, on time, available, and cleaned up extremely well. The fact they send before and after pictures of the cleaned gutters is a tremendous plus, and puts them head and shoulders above a lot of well established services companies. This is the second time I have used Grace Home Services to clean my gutters and they are great! They showed up on time, cleaned the gutters on my two story home and even applied moss remover in a prompt and careful manner. They also cleaned up all the debris. I will definitely use them again.

They worked an extra mile making sure everything is perfect! We’ll definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

The fellas at Grace came out to my house today and bleached/ cleaned my gutters, brushed all the moss off my roof and put down treatment. Cleared all my downspouts as well. They took great care of me and were extremely professional. They will be my new roof guys I call yearly now. Glad to have found them!!
