They did exactly what we asked of them AND SO MUCH MORE!! There were water issues in the shower we hadn't anticipated and both women (Erin and Ashley) managed to stay calm and work around the problem. I was not here and my wife wasn't sure what to do at all. The UP TO PAR cleaners did the best they could and it was excellent. We recommend this business highly. In spite of this (major)setback they managed to get all their other work done on time. We are very pleased!
