My AC stopped cooling during a hot week energy savers came. I called them. They scheduled a visit quickly. They arrived on time and they found out. I had a faulty capacitor. The tech explained everything clearly and he had it fixed within the hour. It was so fast, very professional and fair pricing.

Energy Saver Solutions Inc – HVAC & Insulation in Lynnwood did not meet my expectations at all. It was difficult to get clear information about scheduling and pricing, and the communication felt disorganized from the beginning. When the technician finally arrived, the work seemed rushed and not nearly as thorough as I expected for the amount I was paying. I was left with more questions than answers, and the overall service felt far below the level of professionalism I was hoping for.

I recently has my AC serviced by Kings Heating and I was very happy with the experience, they were able to fit me in quickly and prices were fair. The technician, Ryan, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. Highly recommend!

Our Honeywell Electronic Air Filter was making a snapping sound. Ryan said the circuit board was failing and he couldn’t get a replacement. So he said to use paper filters instead. I bought one on line.
Ryan knew what he was doing and I trusted him.

Treg and Cody were my electricians and they did a great job on my service upgrade, panel install, and electrical wire install. Also, Cody's house was flooded from this winter's heavy rains and he STILL came out to finish the job. Such a pro!

We had questions about issues with our electrical panel and the technician answered them with options for what to do. And gave us his opinion which we agreed with. Work was done quickly and successfully! We are happy with Kings Heating!

We had Kings out to install a new Air Handler & Heat Pump combo. We were looking to add the Air Condition aspect for those hot summer days while looking to max our efficiency during the winter. The Mitsubishi was an awesome choice, quiet and beautiful!! Mike answered all questions prior to install that helped make our decision easier.

Taylor & Patrick showed up on time and I gotta tell you these two worked really well together. Blindfold them and I bet they could still get the job done. Later joined by the Electrical Gurus of Derek & Treg these fellas got us the power we needed.

I can’t say much more about it. Great experience and now enjoying some football in a cool house with a cool beverage!!

I noticed water on the floor near my gas furnace. Jeffrey from Kings determined that a reservoir that collects water from the furnace was not emptying correctly. He replaced the reservoir and my furnace is back in action. I’m happy with the service and the results.

We used Kings for a 4 zone Mini split installation. Our sales person was knowledgeable and helped us answer some tricky permitting questions for the install. In the end our inspection passed and we are staying cool this summer. Out of the 4 bids we received for the job Kings was the only one that I felt was up front and honest about the placement of the outdoor unit. I suspect if we had we had gone with another company I would be fighting with the city inspector. The office staff was very helpful and responsive. I would use Kings again.

Greg and Cody provided an estimate, we got the job scheduled for the next week, and they came on time and got the charger installed in about an hour. Perfect!
Once the Chargepoint app was downloaded to my phone, charging was easy and quick.

This review is long overdue but I did want to live with my new HVAC system for a while before writing a review. Kings replaced my electric forced air furnace with a new heat pump and air handler in January 2024. They used my existing ducting and installed a wall unit in the one room the ducting doesn’t reach.

Kings was not the lowest bidder and they were not cheap but they were the only contractor I spoke with that inspired confidence from beginning to end. Christopher, Josh, Justin, Treg and one other guy whose name has escaped me but should absolutely be acknowledged here were all great. My house threw them a couple curveballs and they explained everything to me in understandable terms as they adjusted plans and found acceptable solutions to problems I’d have never solved myself. The system has run flawlessly and enjoying my first summer with air conditioning made it worth every penny. My electricity bill has decreased by an average of about 25%.

My experience working with Kings was great and I recommend you call them for any heating, AC or electrical needs you may have.

On time, highly communicative, professional service, executed with excellence! This is why I will always choose a locally owned small business over some soulless corporate outfit. King's cares & it shows in their work!

Kings Heating once again saved the day! Fast service and their team has been very communicative throughout the entire process. They are my only call when in need of heat or A/C!

We just had a heat pump installed in our home. Getting an estimate from Kings by Mike was a breeze. He answered all my questions and offered good advice. Their bid was very competitive, and included the PSU rebate and the options to qualify for the tax credit that expires this year.

Once we decided to go with them and one of their very good financing offers, they were able to schedule the installation within a week.

Mason and his apprentice, Josh did the job in just 2 days. They walked us through their plan when they arrived, answered any questions we had, and got right to work. After the job was done, they gave us a walkthrough of what they had done, how the heat pump works, etc.

Every person from Kings that we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. We are extremely pleased with them. We will definitely hire them again for any HVAC work, including regular maintenance.

Ryan came out for a service call this afternoon. He told me what error codes my furnace has and took the time to explain what the issue was, and how to be proactive in the future. Kings will be my go to for future needs.
