We just had a new furnace installed with Kings and I’d give them 100 stars if I could. Our furnace went out and they were there the next day to replace it. Padric and Josh were great! Very friendly and informative. Can’t thank them enough as well as the office staff for getting this sorted out for us, Josh and Michaela were so helpful and accommodating. It’s not often you kind a company that truly cares about their customers and their comfort!

Kings was excellent from start to finish and after. We undertook a big project with an EV charger, panel replacement, Furnace change out and heat pump install. They showed up early with three trucks, had all the work done within 2 days including coordinating with the city. I wanted the EV charger moved over a bit after install and repositioned slightly and it was done without hesitation exactly where I wanted it. . After install the system wasn’t working quit right and Kings team came right over and were ready to do whatever they needed to do to make the system right. They found an unrelated problem in the original ducting that was bent and causing air flow backup. They met me before work at 630 to inspect and were quiet and respectful while my kids slept and they got to work. Just a fantastic experience for something that should have been very stressful. I will be working with them again.

My wife and I were looking at several contractors for installing recessed lighting when we discovered Kings Heating, Air & Electric through a Google search. We’re so glad we found them! Treg and Derek did a fantastic job with our recessed light installation. They were extremely detail-oriented and paid close attention to the ideal placement of each light. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to other contractors. We’d be happy to work with them again on future projects.

Geoffrey did a wonderful job of keeping me informed of the progress of the furnace service.
He was very considerate about making sure that he did not bring dirt into my house with his shoes.

I can’t say enough good things about Kings. They recently replaced my furnace, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. What really stood out was their honesty — instead of trying to upsell me on a bunch of high-end options I didn’t need, they actually took the time to explain what would work best for my home and budget.

In the end, they saved me a ton of money and delivered exactly what they promised: a great new furnace, done right, at a fair price. The installation crew was on time, professional, and left everything spotless. It’s rare these days to find a company that truly puts the customer first, but these guys absolutely do.

It was time for us to replace our dying heat pump. We selected Kings after talking with several competitors and other customers. Christopher helped us select an upgraded replacement and Padric and Josh installed it. The new system is a vast improvement over our old system. We actually have warm air now. Padric and Josh did a great job. They kept us informed, completed the job as scheduled and left it clean. Thank you Kings team.

We just had Kings Heating, Air and Electric come to our house for a service appointment on our furnace. I was extremely impressed from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy. When it was time for the technician to arrive, I got a text message with his picture and a little bio about him. This was nice so I knew exactly who was arriving at our house. He was thorough and showed us pictures of the furnace inside. He educated us on our furnace and filters. He made sure that he cleaned up after his work. We were given recommendations which were honest and thorough. I highly recommend using this company for any service or installation needs.

We recently bought a house and wanted our furnace/HVAC system checked over. We got a recommendation for this company and decided to give them a call. We called the week of Thanksgiving and they had an last minute opening they could fit us into which was suprising and convenient. Our tech Geoffrey was very communicative about when he would arrive so we didn't have to wait around all evening wondering. He was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection, helped educate us on how to properly maintain our system and even called the next day to follow up on one issue he found and wanted to give us more information. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable company to work with and ask for Geoffrey if you get a chance - he was great. I always prefer small businesses over large corporations and this is one of those gems.

100/10 stars for this company! Every single person I talked to was so nice, so helpful. Mike was especially lovely. I'm a GC and had some HVAC work pop up on a project with an already super tight timeline... They fit me in super quick and completed a difficult job for a fair price that other companies quoted $10-20k to do, or told me it couldn't be done. Great communication too. So so happy with them and will 100% be using them for all HVAC from here on out!!

Kings Heating Air & Electric did a totally AWESOME job on replacing an old furnace. We shopped several contractors. Kings came out and did a completely thorough job evaluating the need and coming up with the best solution. Plus, the price was highly competitive to all others who provided bids. We originally reached out to King's for a second quote, this was done for a home warranty claim to replace a defective furnace. Chris was our estimator and he was great to work with. We went ahead and accepted the bid from King's. The folks who came out to do the work did a very, very good job. The customer service from start to finish, from every person, was top notch. We had a condensation pump go out on our gas furnace. We contacted Kings Heating and Cooling service on Sunday ( left a voice mail) and they returned our call first thing Monday morning. They dispatched a service technician (Ryan) that morning who replaced the pump. Ryan was very professional and personable. He did a great job.

I had a new HVAC system installed at my home back in August 2025, and I’m finally getting around to leaving this review. The system has been running great since the installation, and I happy with the entire experience.

From the start, Mike in sales was great to work with—no pushy sales tactics, just honest information and a real willingness to earn my business. I gathered quotes from several companies, and they not only beat the others on price but also offered a higher-rated HVAC system.

The installation crew—Mason, Josh, Cody, and Treg—did an outstanding job. They kept me informed throughout the process, worked efficiently, and even fixed an existing electrical issue from my old HVAC at no additional cost. They ran a new wire line to the panel and made sure everything was safe and up to code.

There was a missing Kumo Cloud during the initial install order, but the team handled it professionally. They followed up, came back out, and completed the configuration without much hassle.

Overall, excellent service, fair pricing, quality equipment, and a team that truly cares about doing things right. Highly recommend!
