Josh and Joaquin came to my house to handle our lawn, and it was done amazingly. They even threw in some edging work, and it all came out to a very good price. Will be utilizing them again.

Hired Josh to reseed my lawn, I wanted to finally get a green, good looking lawn. What made me hire him was not the he was young, but his knowledge and experience. For being so young he knew so much, from the exact Ph levels that the soil needed to be at to the best condition possible for high grass fertility rates. He definitely is a young business owner but he is also most DEFINITELY better than anyone else I have hired (and the list is long). The end result blew me away, absolutely stunning! So happy with the results, its been 4 months, now its made it through winter looking amazing and so green. He comes every week and I only pay $249 a month for him to take care of everything little thing at the property. I couldn't recommend him more.

We hired Primed Landscaping to power wash our front walkway and driveway. The area is largely shaded, so the moss was terrible. Joaquin and Josh did an amazing job! It doesn’t even look like the same walkway! We’ve had them do some other landscaping and yard cleanup projects in the past, and we’ve been very happy with their work every time. The team at primed was super thorough from the very start of my experience with them. I called their office number to get a quote on a paver patio installation. They immediately got all the info they needed on the phone scheduled the date for the estimate and we’re there five minutes early. This along with the perfect workmanship and beautiful patio was more than enough for me to give them a five star review.

Juaquin and Josh came out a few weeks ago and did a terrific job prepping the entire yard for spring. That included 3 large flower beds as well as a largish amount of lawn. They were so good, I signed up for a full year of bi-weekly service. I'm thrilled to have some help with regular landscaping. Also, we've already been talking about other services beside routine maintenance to improve things in the long term. This is a new business and they are hungry to work hard. I've been recommending them to family, friends and neighbors.

We recently hired Primed Landscaping to do an end-of-season lawn cleanup. Our grass was very long and covered with leaves. Josh and his crew did a very thorough job, paid close attention to details, and did a walk-through with me when finished to make sure I was satisfied with their work. Josh (owner) came by today for the regular maintenance and said that he does it during the winter time. I have been definitely most satisfied with his company out of the other ones I have hired and he is such a kind young man. Their lawn care is very well organized and systematic, which is difficult to find. They also did a small paver walkway for me, among other things involving a Hardscaping project I had them do in my backyard. Thanks to Joaquin and his team, my back lawn is looking great again. I had a massive detaching and reseeding that needed to be done. My package included detaching, topsoil, seeding plus fertilizers. Joaquin was quick to respond and made sure that my lawn was taken care of. Even after the initial work, he answered any questions I had and planned for a second visit to make sure the grass was growing properly. Highly recommend!!

Josh and Joaquin have done an exceptional job with our property. We wanted a reliable landscape team that also was at the right price. I appreciate that they communicate what they are doing while on the property, for example if they need to spray weed killer they told us to make sure our dogs didn’t go outside near that area. They are doing great work and would highly recommend!
