They make is so easy to do. Never have had house cleaning done. They did a great job.

I have nothing but good things to say about our cleaning crew from Home Clean Home. They are always on time, very friendly, and they do a wonderful job! They help me keep my sanity.

We used their services and were extremely satisfied! They were early(which almost never happens) and were happy and efficient. We will use them again whenever our needs arise!

Three gals for a 1800 sq ft rambler (1 floor) and couldn’t get the job done in the amount of time they allocated for. Left and didn’t finish, no dusting etc. I called to complain and was told “ to much work for the price”, that THEY QUOTED! 2 hours…. Nope not good business!!!

Very professional company. Arrived on time, and did a great job with cleaning my house. Will use them for regular service, very pleased.

After becoming disabled I can no longer keep up with keeping the house cleaned. I finally broke down and decided to hire someone to do it and I couldn’t be happier with Home Clean Home! My crew actually came in early and got right to work. I got to start my weekend with a clean house, thank you! See you again in two weeks!

Staff showed up 15 mins early, 3 girls, no masks! We were just waking up after working 12 hrs siding our home and we're exhausted. They were asked to deep clean a kitchen and small bathroom on the main floor of the home where my elderly mother lives with 2 cats. We locked the cats in the bedroom and moved the litter box in with them and my mother. A few seconds later the staff said they had an emergency in the office and had been called back. Well FYI, this is their 'safe' excuse, it actually means, we don't want to do the job and aren't coming back. We waited all day, I texted and finally reached them via Facebook to reschedule. They then said due to the number of pets they would not be providing services. It continued to escalate in lies that we had more pets than they were allowed......2 cats? Really? They they came up with the smell of ammonia was too strong, we clean the litter box daily and it wasn't in the area they were cleaning. Maybe the staff got a whiff when I took it into the bedroom for the cats while they were locked up. They didn't bother to ask or even discuss the issues. Maybe if they had they would have learned why they had a whiff of something and understood they weren't going to be anywhere near a litter box.

So they had no regard for my safety or that of my elderly mother's, they did not have masks outside or inside the home, I was wearing a mask this is a pandemic after all. They lied about why they were suddenly leaving rather than just discussing or asking where are the pets and how many. When discussing the issues on the Facebook account I was blocked and any negative feedback gets deleted so it looks like they are an all five stars company. They aren't.

Will never recommend this very unprofessional company to anyone and will steer people away.

Have used Home Clean Home for over 2 and half years , her staff is the best , Brooke is one of the best and does not miss a spot , very dedicated about her work and her team , she is very kind ,sweet and goes over and beyond her work habits and makes sure everything is clean ,fresh and in place . The team at HCH always does a great job, but they did an excellent job just recently. We were pleasantly surprised to see the details they cleaned - paying attention to windows and glass doors in addition to the "regular" areas they always clean. Thank you!

Absolutely the best! They arrived on time and ready to work. Our house was in pretty rough shape due to young kids and a hectic lifestyle, and Jen and her crew came in and made everything cleaner in hours than I would have thought possible with days of time. How they managed to get so much done in so little time baffles me. Look no further, these guys are the best.

Home Clean Home has done a fantastic job for us! We have several pets so the floors are usually challenging and they rise to the occasion! They are responsive to any concerns or needs and focus on providing a clean home. Great value!

I definitely recommend! The service was amazing, and this is by far the best cleaning service I’ve used. My cleaners name was Janelle, and she went above and beyond to make my house look it’s best. It’s definitely worth the money!

My wife decided to try this new company and we will not be a returning customer.
She entered in all of the details online to get a quote and agreed to have the cleaners to our home.
4 cleaners were late to arrive but were professional and friendly. We've hired other cleaning companies did better work, but the cleaning was average.
The worst part of our experience was my wife had to reach out to management 3 different times in order to get the final invoice. Once we finally received it the quote was higher by $120!
My wife is much nicer than I am and paid the full amount without putting up much of a fight but vowed to never use this company again. I recommend doing the same because apparently you won't know how much you'll be paying.

I was anxious about my daughter's graduation, because I wanted a clean home but I had so many things to do. I just wanted to relax and enjoy our company. It was such a relief to have Home Clean Home come in and make our home sparkle! They were thorough and efficient. I'd use them again in a heart beat.

Melissa and Brandy make an awesome team! I highly recommend Home Clean Home to friends and family! They are fast, efficient, professional, always on time and extremely hard working! They clean and care for my home ad if it were theirs! It took me some time to admit I needed help and a few things take off my plate but once I started having Melissa and Brandy out I wondered what in the heck took me so long to take the plunge! Home Clean Home is amazing and I highly recommend them for all our cleaning needs!

We’ve had Home Clean Home clean for us around 2 years. We’ve been very pleased. They did a deep clean on our new home prior to move in & they do biweekly cleanings for us. Brooke & Kaylee do a fantastic job & are super friendly. Easy communication if I need to change dates on occasion. Highly recommend.

I had a cleaning service when I had my fourth child, for a while, and although it was amazing not having to do the deep cleaning, I always felt like I had to clean before hand, and I noticed small things they missed. I thought that was normal till I found this company. They’ve restored my faith in cleaning service!! Janelle goes above and beyond! Cleans out my fridge when I ask, doesn’t skimp on the details, and my home always smells like heaven when she is done. I appreciate you guys! ❤️

Had two ladies from HomeCleanHome to my house recently. They both were extremely polite, professional and punctual! Upon arrival they asked if I had any questions or problem areas that I wanted to be focused on. They did a great job cleaning our house and we will be having them back again!

Very disappointed in this service. We have used many cleaners over the years and in fact I hire many for rental properties we own and this one is the worst hands down. Make sure you try to get an actual quote and make Jen come out for a quote in advance. Her pricing is to say how much are you willing to spend after you fill out survey, questionare, etc? Thought that alone was weird but now I know she uses that to muscle payment for work not performed. She sent three girls out and they got three out of our four bathrooms "cleaned" I am only attaching one sample pic of the shower basin and how it looked after the "cleaning" One girl actually came and asked me where the other two ladies were so you can imagine how much she cleaned. Well found out they broke the glass shower door handle off. Two of them came as I was working at home explaining it like five minutes each. Jen and another guy came out a week later almost but didn't have an allen wrench so I lent them one that they did fix. She then began to text me daily for many days straight asking for payment. My response was it is not clean.
She then added a late fee and I eventually wrote this review after she is threatening me with collections and small claims court over a $250 cleaning. Not once did she acknowledge the bad job of cleaning or offer to spend a few minutes to fix her cleaners lack of cleaning. Sending three people to clean three bathrooms then and wants $250 plus a late fee. Jen referred again to her legal paperwork and info she provided to me that payment is due on day of service but I wanted to wait until she and her handyman came back to fix the broken off shower door handle. She finally said she would take off her late fee and how do I want to proceed? All I wanted was my bathrooms cleaned and pay and move on. Hiring a cleaner once in a while is to alleviate stress and workload but in fact we will see her now in small claims court she said. I have paid every single contracted service my entire life not to mention we have had our entire house cleaned for around the same price many times. In fact I have waited to leave a review since I may have left one or two my entire life. Money hungry, ZERO customer service. All she had to do was offer to come back and actually clean what she was charging me for and we would pay and move on with life. Will update on social media when I can to let everyone know how my day in small claims court ends up over bathroom cleanings! Three bathrooms now looking at $250 bill. I also attached Jen's last responses as of now so you know the kind of business owner you will deal with. Sorry did not have time to read all her legal paperwork she made us fill out and that is all she has referred me to. With all the time corresponding and collecting payment she could have actually cleaned what three ladies did not. I try not to get laborers/cleaners in trouble etc so wanted to keep this to myself buy when the owner threatens a potential long term client with court you know what you are dealing with.

*****UPDATE---being sued now in small claims court over this issue and suing me for court fees, etc. The reason we did not respond back within 24 hours regarding the dirty uncleaned shower is because one of her cleaners broke off the handle on our shower in a different bathroom and wanted to make sure that was indeed going to be fixed as well as shower cleaned properly before paying. She brought a handyman out many days (week)later but then the handyman and her needed to borrow allen wrench from us to fix the broken shower door.

All Jen had to do was fix the broken shower handle and clean the shower like we hired them to do so there was no effort besides calling every day for the $.
