We highly recommend Seattle Sparkle Clean! They do a a wonderful job cleaning our home. They are always very responsive and professional. Additionally, each person we have worked with has been a joy to interact with. We are very happy with this company!

I’ve used this company twice and will not be using them again. The first clean was a deep clean and I thought the cleaner did a great job so I had no problem paying $200. I then booked them for a move out clean, that did not go as well. Almost all of the surfaces were cleaned. They missed wiping down the insides and tops of cupboards. They didn’t dust the tops of the closets. They didn’t clean the kitchen to my satisfaction. When I pointed out what was missed I was told “we don’t do that, it’s in the terms “.I mentioned that I felt like I was overcharged. The response was unprofessional. It cost me $369 and I have to book another cleaner to come and clean what was missed. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this warranted me speaking out.

I've been using Seattle Sparkle Clean for the past several months. They did an initial deep clean and now are doing monthly cleanings for me. I had researched many local companies and this one was the best price. The ladies that come to clean my house are always very professional and kind.

The cleaning lady did a very thorough job of cleaning my 405sqft studio apartment. It looked brand new upon completion. The pricing is a little expensive at around $150 a hour but overall I am satisfied with the service provided.

Very nice professional and responsive cleaners. I’ve had a team biweekly for a couple of years. They do a great job quickly and at a great price. The front office is very flexible and pleasant too.

Jane is very responsive! I needed to schedule a post-remodel clean quickly when I learned a week before moving in to my condo that my contractor wasn’t providing a cleaner. Jane was flexible and accommodating and able to get a team out exactly when I needed on a Friday afternoon. I reached out again when my regular cleaners cancelled last minute and she had openings. Cleaners are friendly and efficient. I look forward to working with Jane and her team going forward!

I don't like to leave negative reviews as I know how powerful they can be for small businesses - however, we were sold a false bill of goods with this company. We requested the move-in clean as we were moving into a new place that had not been thoroughly cleaned. While the house smelled like cleaning product after the cleaners were here - the floors were still filthy, bathrooms hadn't been scrubbed down, even some easy to reach countertops hadn't been touched. I contacted the owner to provide this feedback and was told I needed to reach out sooner (we are in the midst of a move so things are hectic). It was $450 and we now have to hire another cleaner. Be careful when hiring this company.

We have had a great experience with Sparkle Clean bi-weekly cleaning services. They do a great job with our service which is primarily cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms and floors with some minor dusting. As a working mom with a crazy schedule sometimes, I really appreciate their attention to detail and sliding clutter aside to clean high use areas. When you have kiddos and dogs that accumulates faster than I’d like.
They have also been great communicators for times when rescheduling is inevitable and also adding on deep cleans for baseboards, windows and more. I would highly recommend them to any working family that could use help in the keeping up on housecleaning. It makes coming home after a long day so nice!

I work from home, and the crew is very considerate and flexible while I'm on work calls. Having a clean home lifts a burden on our busy household. After reading many reviews of various companies on YELP and Google, I decided to go with Seattle Sparkle Clean, LLC. I am so glad that I did! I have never used a cleaning service because I live in a small 1 BR apartment, but with my busy job and just life in general, I am finding I have less and less time to devote to cleaning my apartment. I sent an inquiry request through YELP and JANE ( Owner ) got back to be within a few hours. We figured out a time that would work and she sent a team of cleaners to my house to do an initial deep clean. WOW! They were incredibly meticulous! I never could have devoted that kind of time- In 3 hours they were able to bring new life to my apartment that had probably never seen the light of day! Her cleaners are sweet, hard working people. They do not speak alot of English but they get right to work after you show them the areas. I have had them come back regularly to clean my apartment 1-2x a month. Victoria is my regular cleaner and she is fantastic. I even had a key made for her. I have a small dog that is friendly and she was able to work around her.

If you are hesitant about hiring this company, don't be. They are fantastic.
