Shiny house cleaning was the most affordable cleaning service I could find. They responded quickly and provided excellent service. My apartment actually looks shiny! I definitely will continue using shiny house in the future.

I love nothing more than coming home after Shiny House Cleaning has been there! The house is clean and fresh smelling! Niki and Lau are a powerhouse of cleaning! They are punctual, thorough, fast and unobtrusive. Apart from that, they are such a nice couple! Plus, they love our dog💕💕💕. They earn a solid thumbs up in my book!!

Shiny House Cleaning are the type of cleaners you don't have to do a mini cleaning before the actual cleaners come. They are extremely trustworthy, they pay attention to detail, meticulous... I could say a million things. They are easy to reach and flexible with their days and times. I've had them since we moved into our new house. They truly are the best!!

I initially found shiny house cleaning through Amazon services. I had a regular cleaner at that time but wanted someone to deep clean the house. They did an amazing job and the house was spamming clean. Both Nicki and Lau took time to clean the nook and corner of the house. I was so happy that decided to hire them on biweekly basis. They have been coming to clean our house for over a year did I cannot be happier. They have never missed an appointment and sends me a text the day before appointment to confirm. They are trustworthy, very very punctual and do a fantastic job of cleaning the house!!

Nikki at Shiny House did a total of four cleanings for me. She and her team are very polite. The first two cleanings were very good, she missed just a few small spots and I decided not to point them out thinking they would get them next time (bathroom/shower cleaning, marks on the floor, dust), again, very minor things. After the third cleaning, I pointed out a few missed spots since they missed cleaning these things. She agreed those spots can be cleaned and they will make sure to cetch them on future visits, but also said she would need to raise her price from $180 to $220 to allow for extra time. Which I found odd because they were very small requests that I watched her do within 5 minutes and should have been completed within the exsisting scope. Regardless, I agreed to the price change. The fourth time she arrives, does a great job but misses a couple items (spots on hardwood flooring throughout the house and mop streaks on our tile floors). Again, not a big issue but I want to ensure these things are remedied for future cleanings. Wanting to work with her I provided the feeback, but she decided that she can no longer work with me. It is disappointing that a client cannot communicate missed spots without price increases or quitting. I was disappointed in her lack of customer care.

Nikki has cleaned our office for at least 3 years and has always gone above and beyond with her team! They are so nice and are very pleasant to work with. I recently got a pretty serious medical diagnosis and needed our house cleaned since my immune system will be compromised. We reached out to Nikki, and again, she was nothing short of amazing! Thank you so much you guys for all your hard work and attention to detail!

My husband and I found Seattle Sparkle Clean several years ago for regular cleaning and they have been wonderful! They are reliable, flexible, and they provide a thorough clean each time (we have had different cleaning teams at different times and they always clean well and efficiently.) we have had friends and family have the same experience!

We've been using Seattle Sparkle Clean for almost a year now and have always been satisfied with their service. They respond quick to our communications and are very responsive and almost always able to accommodate us when we need to reschedule.

Our regular cleaner Lena always does an exceptional job, and has become such a fixture even our two scaredy cats at this point are just nosy little devils following her around the house watching and trying to make extra trouble for her.

Last march we moved into a new place and tried their move in cleaning service which went great and really transformed the place to something we felt better about moving into.
